Anthony, the sole child of his parents, was given full attention and love but not to the point of spoiling him. Until when he was seven, his family was involved in a car accident, and he was the sole survivor. Depressed that his parents were dead, he was given to his uncle, who lived in Phoenix. At first, Anthony and his uncle were on good terms, and things went well for him. Up until he started to notice his uncle's bad habits, and one night, his uncle came home drunk and started yelling at Anthony. It turns out that Anthony's uncle, as Anthony would discover, is a gambler whose seemingly good luck died when Anthony moved in. Now, losing money and getting drunk was a result. Anthony's uncle would often come home drunk and angrily yell at Anthony, blaming him for his change in fortune, and sometimes his uncle would hurt him. For two years, this went on until one day, the yelling turned very violent, and Anthony, in fear, ran from home and ended up at a friend's house. His friend's parents would call the police when Anthony explained why he ran from home. His uncle would be arrested by the police after briefly resisting and would be sent to jail sometime afterward. Now, without any family to support him, Anthony was given to the state and to a local orphanage. He was adopted after a year of spending time there. It would not work out, and Anthony would end up bouncing from house to house, the scars of his time with his uncle making it hard for him to trust an adult. He had given up on finding a new true home. Then came Matilda Holland, an old woman who could have been Anthony's grandmother, who adopted him and despite a rocky start. It turned out to be the best person for him. She helped him with the trauma caused by his uncle and the death of his parents, and by the time he was sixteen. Things were looking good for him. Then Matilda had had a serious accident, and Anthony desperately did not want her to die like his parents. It was then he realized as he touched her he was a Hyperhuman. For he felt great pain while touching her but saw that she was healing at a very fast rate. Fast enough that she would be stable by the time she reached the hospital, but Anthony was soon outed as a Hyperhuman. Now a known Hyperhuman and forced to hear the inhibitor. Anthony, despite helping someone with his powers, was shunned by most and has most of his friends. But Matilda did not abandon him and knew well the type of person he was and did not wish for him to grow into a spiteful or hateful person. Dreading what this could do to him. So she contacted H.E.L.P and with their help, Anthony was sent to P.R.C.U and has been there hoping that time there would help him and help him figure out what to do with his life. D E T A I L E D A P P E A R A N C E & A E S T H E T I C D E T A I L E D A P P E A R A N C E & A E S T H E T I C - OPTIONAL Anthony tends to wear casual yet comfortable clothing. Nothing too fancy unless the situation calls for it. He likes having long hair and does his best to maintain it so he does not get knots or any other problems that can happen with long hair. Other than that, Anthony does not care much about his appearance, though he keeps his facial hair thin and does not shave it outright. Also, Anthony always seems to have his vintage coin necklace but does not say why most of the time. While he does like his school uniform, he does not like enough to wear it all the time and only wears it when he has to. M A N N E R I S M S & P E R S O N A L I T Y M A N N E R I S M S & P E R S O N A L I T Y - OPTIONAL Anthony is a person who tends to come off as standoffish and not talking much at a first glance. He cannot help but seem like this to new people. But he can actually be a friendly person with people, and with people he is comfortable with or knows, he can carry on a conversation and even be chatty. Even if Anthony does like his alone time and likes to relax by listening to music. Still he is still healing from his trauma as a child. Anthony does not like to talk about his past, mainly his childhood, and only talks about his time with his foster mother if the subject gets brought up. This makes him not want to pry information from people and understand that people have limits since he has some as well. Plus, he is a person who will listen if someone needs an ear and try his best to help that person out. Mainly out of his own experience and getting help from his foster mother, who helped him with his own problems. Along with being protective of the people he cares about, he is loyal to those he trusts and calls friends. Not wanting to lose any more people close to him. Despite all of this, Anthony can still harbor ill feelings toward people, mainly those who have crossed him or reminded him of his uncle. He becomes cold and distant. He does have lingering anger towards normal humans over being shunned because he used his power to save someone close to him. He views it as unfair and tries not to think about it. This does not happen a lot, but when it happens, people can tell the shift in his behavior when he is in a bad mood. |
A B I L I T I E S, L I M I T A T I O N S, & W E A K N E S S E S A B I L I T I E S, L I M I T A T I O N S, & W E A K N E S S E S H Y P E R H U M A N A B I L I T Y || Hyper Healing __PRIMARY CLASSIFICATION || Exoteric __SECONDARY CLASSIFICATION || Biologial __POWER SCALE || TBD __THREAT CLASSIFICATION || TBD Anthony has the power of healing, albeit by not how you would think. For his power allows him to augment the body's natural healing rate and cause it to accelerate at a very fast rate. Healing most small wounds and injuries instantly and other more serious wounds or injuries that could take days or weeks to fully heal. Anthony can make the healing process faster so those wounded can get back on their feet faster. Even accelerate his own body's natural healing rate as well. L I M I T A T I O N S || Painfully Healing, One Per Anthony, in order to heal someone, he has to take in their physical pain as a cost of accelerating their natural healing rate. No matter the pain, he has to bear it for the healing to work, which puts strain on his body as he forces himself to heal despite the pain. When he heals himself, the pain is still there and he has to be in pain to use his healing on himself. No exceptions. Currently, Anthony is best at healing one person at a time. He has tried to heal two people at once, but he can still heal them. It is at a reduced healing rate than with a single person and puts more strain on his body due to the pain from two people. So, he is best at healing one person at a time. W E A K N E S S E S || Healing Touch, Only Healing, Healing Limit, One or the Other, Anthony can only heal those that he physically touches. No touch, no healing, and he has to touch their body. He has tried and cannot heal from a distance, and it has to be a person's physical skin. No, just touching their clothes, it has to be skin in order for the helping to work. Plus, he can only heal, Anthony's power is neither offensive nor defensive, which makes him have to rely on others during combat. That and he can only maintain the accelerated healing rate until he runs out of stamina and has to recover before he can try again. That and he cannot heal fatal wounds. Plus, he cannot heal someone else and himself at the same time. The people here are like you, and it is a place where you can be yourself without worry. I know how nervous I was when I first came here and had doubts. But I have been wrong in thinking that and proven otherwise. Just relax and make some friends. You are with good people and it is time to enjoy the time you have here and make something of yourself.

Honestly, I did not know what to expect, and I did not know what I wanted to do in life. Being a Hyperhuman does that to someone, but now that I confidently say I know what I want to do in life. I want to help people, with humans or hyperhumans who cannot get help themselves, and help them through the pain that I had to deal with growing up. But what has stayed the same, you ask? Alot has stayed the same, I am still the same old me, but now with a purpose in life, thanks to coming here.

I wished... I had not told with some people during a low point and told them about my childhood. It was too soon, and yeah, I was still dealing with the trauma caused by my uncle. I... I should have said nothing, and yeah, things are better now, but luckily, most people here do not know about my past, and I treat that as a good thing. Because people do not need to know everything about a person.
