Her morpher can summon a bladed staff. It's long haft can be swung around for both offense and defense, but the tip is especially damaging. The staff is also capable of discharging a small energy blast at range.
Human Appearance
Sarah has long wavy hair with a bright platinum blonde color. She has fair skin and pretty features, but she tends to go around with a messy look and casual clothes. She has dull greenish eyes and often wears black.
Real Appearance
The varrigal are apex predators on their home world. They have a monstrous appearance with batlike wings and large claws, but that isn't why they are feared throughout the VXN quadrant. That would be because of their ability to shapeshift and perfectly mimic other creatures, making them dangerous spies and assassins.
Personality
She has a very serious manner when going about her business, which has given her the reputation of being a cold-blooded woman. That's mostly because it's too dangerous to show weakness in her position. In truth, it was when she was lazing around and goofing off with her brother that she was most happy. But until he's found, she's on edge and worried about him. She might be difficult and snappy at times, and it's true that she can't seem to stay out of trouble. But Sey'riss is perceptive and capable. She could be a very dependable ally once befriended.
'Sarah' has been living on earth for a while now, and is starting to figure out how to get by. She seems for all the world like a gloomy hipster girl.
Skills
Impersonation skills and a fiercely instinctual knack for battle. She is also moderately proficient with computers and starships like the one she used to travel to earth.
Powers
Her previously mentioned shapeshifting is top-notch. It is very difficult to detect a member of her species in disguise, even with advanced equipment. So 'Sarah' does not use technology to create her persona.
As a varrigal, she can partially revert to use the wings or claws of her original form if needed.
Background
The varrigal's home planet was well-suited to their kind, and starkly beautiful. But after so many millennia supporting her kind, its resources were no longer abundant. Members of her species were able to fetch a high price as bounty hunters, spies, or assassins. So, like many others, she left her homeworld to seek profitable employment in the galaxy's dark underworld.
There were a lot of profits to be had, and Sey'riss certainly learned the nature of greed. But it was a difficult life, too, between the gangs that she'd crossed and the Velcon empire's enforcers on the other. She took on some questionable contracts, pushed herself to the bone, and even forgot who she was for a while there. But she wasn't completely alone. Wicked as their reputation may be, the varrigal are known to honor deep ties of kinship. In particular, she always kept in touch with her brother. In between jobs, they would often slum around together and spend ludicrous amounts of money on entertainment. But she hadn't heard from him in months. The last she heard, he'd gotten a job to hunt down a strange colorful group on planet Earth. The Power Rangers.
Eventually, Sey'riss couldn't take the worrying anymore, and she decided to track down her brother herself. She saved up some money and took a starship to Earth. She's been living in disguise there for a little while, trying to track down the Power Rangers. She found many references to them, but unfortunately, the rangers hadn't showed their faces publicly in some time. It seemed that they, too, had gone missing. Just as her intel warned her, the Velcons were soon approaching earth with a forward attack. This could be her chance to find out more...

I'm somewhat interested as well. Maybe I could play a side character if you fill up on rangers. Trying to brew up some possibilities with that angle. A human resisting or caught up in the invasion? Or perhaps an alien or mutant unrelated to the Velcons?

The Emperor of Mankind a mysterious figure who appeared one day on the old world of Terra and united it under his banner. From there, he would make an agreement with the Cult Mechanicum and secure their support for the Emperor's ambitions to create a human empire with Terra as its capital, and he would venture out to unite the shattered remnants of humanity.
But he was missing one important thing, his children, his Primarchs. Twenty superhuman individuals who were created from the Emperor's genes, his personal project that these individuals would aid him during the unification of humanity. Only for the ruinous powers of Chaos to ruin his plans and send his primarchs across space and to other worlds in the galaxy.
Despite this setback, the Emperor continued his plans, and once the empire was able to expand outside of the Sol system. Did the hunt for the missing primarchs begin, and one after one, the missing primarchs were discovered and returned to the imperial fold. All except for one that, despite searches, has yet to be found. Still, this did not stop the Emperor of Mankind from going forward with the Great Crusade and uniting humanity under the Emperor's rule.
Which, in the closing days of the Great Crusade, this was accomplished and now the Imperium of Man was officially the only voice of humanity in the galaxy. However, a question still remained. Where is the last primarch and why has they not been found yet? A question that their legion, the twentieth legion or otherwise known as the Star Raptors, are eager to find and unite with their missing primarch.
Still, with the Great Crusade coming to an end and a victory celebration to be held in the world of Talos. Rumors say that the Emperor plans on choosing one of the Primarchs to be the Warmaster. To most, it seems like a golden age under the Emperor of Mankind is at hand with humanity untied and with most threats to the Imperium vanquished at the moment. None would suspect the coming storm that would start with the sudden return of the last primarch and the chaos that would come with it.

Overview
Hello and welcome to the rp. So, in this rp, you will be playing as one of the original nineteen Primarchs who were spirited away by Chaos and ended up on a human world where they would grow up and later come into contact with the Imperium and the Emperor of Mankind. Joining them and after fighting in the Great Crusade. They are now expected to attend a victory celebration in the world of Talos celebrating the success of the Great Crusade, and this is where the rp will begin. The year is somewhere in the 31st Millennium.
Now you are free to make up what world and how your character was brought up, only that they had to join up with the Imperium and the Emperor of Mankind and become the leader of your space marine legion. Which you are free to make and customize to your liking. As long as it does not conflict with another, mainly in how your legion conducts warfare.
So, to say this now, while the spare marines will be male only, the Primarchs can be of either gender. Plus, while there will be a civil war like the Horus Heresy in the rp, I am going to have it that there will be a third option for players that may seek it where they can form into a third faction that opposes both the Emperor and Chaos. This may be a harder route to do, but players can do it if they wish. Though as long as not too many people go for it.
Also, since I am not a 40k-30k lore master, if anyone wishes to help me with the rp and be a co-gm than say something.

Cool-headed and collected, Miztli can be seen as rather distant from his fellow brothers and sisters. Preferring to spend time with his legion and is very much interested in astronomy. A strong warrior and expect tactician, Miztli leads from the first if possible. Miztli has a personal code of honor that he rarely deviates from and can be to stubborn on issues he deems important.

Legion Special Units
Spectres - The elite unit of Obsidian Warriors that is made up of the best infiltrators, saboteurs, and scouts. The Spectres are normally armed with silent sniper rifles, explosives, melee weapons, and other tools. Often operating behind enemy lines to disrupt the enemy, such as sabotage and assassination. Considered to be among the best infiltrators in the Imperium.
Sun Guard - The elite bodyguards of the primarch, each Sun Guard is handpicked by Miztli and is given the best equipment and weapons the legion has.
Jaguars - Elite masters of close-combat, the Jaguars are made up of the best close combat fighters the legion has. Given power and relic weapons and strong refactor shields. The Jaguars are a force to be reckoned with when close up.

Led by the Gloriana-class Battleship the Kalramia's Sword, the fleet includes six other battleships, eight battle barges along with many cruisers and escorts

Spear of Thoria - A ancient Power Spear found in one of the ruins on Kalramia and is capable of discharging energy at a target
Maul of Kalramia - A master-crafted Power Maul that was given as a gift to Miztli and used frequently by him when not using his main weapon.
Green Death - A master-crafted silent Bolt Sniper Rifle that is used by the most gifted Spectre and is said to never miss once a target has been acquired
Stalker Armor - Artificer Armour contains advanced cloaking technology that renders an individual invisible to both sight and any sensor. Also lightweight and stronger than most power armor.
So I am looking for another player in the rp since one dropped. The opening is for a black power ranger, and if anyone is interested, then say something.
So, since one of my players has dropped out. There is a space open for a new character. Specifically for a black power ranger, and if anyone interested has any questions, then feel free to ask.
Zano was making sure he was out of the way when Arkadios spoke to him and nodded to Arkadios. "Yes, sir, and it will be done," he said in an affirmative tone. Now he can be useful, he thought as he went to gather a team to disconnect the cables. He may not seem like it, but he knows how an airship works and can actually show it.
Zano went down the airship, gathering those he could find and after getting a team together. He led the team down to the cables and went about disconnecting them one by one. It's a good thing he knows what he is doing, and though it may be his first time actually working on an airship. Zano does feel confident in himself despite that, more so after the pilot training with Itzi. It helped him and the fact that company was on their way, it made him motivated to get the airship up in the air but as safely as possible. He knows he has the time for that.
As the beam disappeared and only hitting one of the rangers, the green ranger. Uion would have expressed anger at this and target the red ranger who was looking after the fallen green ranger. But the sight of the blue ranger jumping down and charging him. It made Uion reconsider his actions and focus on the incoming threat first. "So you dodged my beam. Well, time to show you what else I have." Saying it in a clearly irritated tone. Taking out a one-handed axe and countered charged the blue ranger. "Face my axe!" He said in a threatening tone as he brought it down on her.
As Grydon went to inspect Ven. He would see that Ven was clearly alive yet injured and breathing hard. As Ven noticed that Grydon was checking him, he spoke. "Hey, did anyone else get hit? I... think I can still fight, but that beam really knocked me down, and my chest hurts." Ven briefly grabbing his chest for a moment and then went to grab his swords. "Help me up," Ven said in a determined yet pained tone as he tried to get up. "I am not out of this fight yet."

"The owner certainly looked traumatized from what had happened, and... yeah, I think I should go to another place if I want any baked goods for a while." Shame, he thought, the first bakery he goes to and it gets attacked by a monster. Bad timing, and Elijah wondered if the owner would serve any of them again. They may have saved the day, but something tells him that going back right now would not be the best call.
Still, Elijah is curious as to why that thing went after a bakery, and maybe it was after the owner, but why? He may try to investigate further, though it may be hard if the owner is not talking to him after the attack.
When Elena returned and Loni talked about her magic. It piqued Elijah's interest when she said she is a green and black lux user. He knows enough about lux to know what both mean and what they can do. In concert with each other, they can do some great things. Which explains her shield and how she made that thing weaker during the fight. "Your magic is useful, Loni, and you did what you could to protect others and your daughter." Sounding congratulatory and honest.
"Your magic does sound useful, Elena and not all magic is flashy. But it still gets the job down and gets results." Elijah sounding sincere.
Though about sharing details about himself. Elijah was wary of doing that with people he barely knows. Yes, they are Adepts and thus know about magic and whatnot. But strangers are still the same, and maybe he can share some knowledge of himself with them, given how open Loni was.
"Well, for me, I have already told Loni I live in the Southside, and I was not always a stabbing with a spear person. I am an Agent and I picked up the spear a while ago under... a not ideal circumstance, and it has been with me since. It was made by someone who wished to hunt the rare and exotic paranormal creatures and beings that he deemed worthy prey. I am not related to that person, but the spear has its own tricks that make it a good weapon for killing paranormals." There, he stopped and wondered if he should continue. After a moment, he spoke, "I do not hunt anything, but I know how to use it and fight with it. Which if you knew me, you would know I am more of a scholar than a fighter, but things change." Elijah's voice saddened a bit when he said those last words.
Elijah hoped that that was enough for now and his voice started to chipper up. "It is good to meet and know you two, but I think it may be time for me to leave unless either one of you has something you want to say or talk about?"
