So for a character I was thinking someone with dream based powers, When her powers are active the boundary between reality and dreams is blurred for the most part this is like a hallucination and if injuries are sustained in this dream no injuries will happen in real life. but some things seem to contradict the hallucination hypothosis such as people "waking up" a long distance away. Basically when this character shows up and uses her power things get weird.

As a weakness her grasp of reality is starting to slip, her dreams are indistinguishable from reality and reality is indistinguishable from a dream She still tries to behave normally but as her sanity slips and reality falls apart that gets harder and harder. Her nightmares also sometimes get dragged in with her dreams.

Sounds pretty similar to what I have.

Unfortunately, even if she did that Sid would totally roll with it and attempt to flirt with the audience with her new voice~ xD

Gaia too, of course. Hope she likes being flirted with xP

Princess CB should be careful about writing checks that she can't cash ;P

Pfft~

Sidney doesn't need a sound engineer to sound like that.

According to her at least~
She's the best thing in all the regions, no fancy audio magic required~ xD

Do not argue with The Goddess of Sound! Else she will make you sound like a horde of Graveler coming down a mountain! XD

If you've got the skills to pull it off, then there's nothing wrong with taking good and making it better :)
@Absolis
So it's the first day then, and no ones started working yet? I'll have Sidney have been hired to host a talk show, then, if that's alright.

Then she can go meet her sound engineer who's gonna make her sound like Johto's most eligible bachelorette :)
There was a certain buzz of excitement in the air around the Radio Tower. New hires, new programs, new equipment, a lot of things were “new” this day. Dozens of people were streaming into the tower, hopped up and excited to create things and to bring a bit of joy into the lives of as many Johtoans as possible.

There was one person, however, who did not share in the happy mood. In fact, she was distinctly unhappy. One might even suggest that she was somewhat peeved, or perhaps even a little bit cross. The truth, actually, was that Gaia, the new sound engineer of Goldenrod Radio Tower, was equally terrified and pissed. The former because she half convinced, and steadily moving towards fully convinced, that she was going to be fired on her first day.

She was pissed because Thera, her Joltik, was missing. Again. And if she did get fired today, it would that fuzzy little traitor’s fault.

The worst part was that she didn't have time to look for the Attaching Pokemon. She had too much on her plate breaking in the new equipment in the sound booth and making sure all of it worked. “I'm gonna squash that little piece of shit,” she grumbled to herself as she flicked through various switches, her sound board lighting up. Despite her foul mood, however, a slight smile crossed her face. This was her area of expertise, her queendom, and she its Goddess of Sound. Everything was going to sound perfect, because she would not allow any other option.

Gaia leaned towards her mike, looking through the glass at the boy in the booth she had dragged along with her on her way up the stairs. “Alright Josh, start talking. I'd like this sound check to be done before the others get here.”

@PatrickDrummer
@IgnisMendacium Question: does Denni already have an apartment and is looking for a roommate, or is she looking for someone to room with?
@Ally610Bloop?
@Airalin Just to let you know, Stasya's now wearing a white t-shirt and white shorts.
Stasya Volkov

Location: Hallway → Lyra’s Room @Airalin

Slowly padding through the hallway, Stasya kept a sharp eye out for the other teens, her senses straining. Thus far, she hadn’t encountered anyone, which was just fine with her. She’d gotten enough stares at her scales from them in the auditorium. Kara hadn’t acted like she had noticed them, but then she worked for them; she’d probably seen things like this before.

As she continued creeping, she took note of her surroundings. In all honesty, it was a very nice looking place, like one of those fancy hotels that Stasya had seen from the outside but never been in. It was a place that Natali would have liked to have seen. Unfortunately, just because a cage was pretty to look at doesn’t change the fact that it was still a cage. Right now, however, she just wanted to go back to her room, shower, and then sleep. Then she could start thinking about how she was going to get out of her and back home.

As she entered the hallway with all the rooms, she faintly heard someone crying through one of the doors. If her memory was correct, this was around where her room had been, but the crying wasn’t on that side.

Recalling only a few hours(?) ago, she stopped. Lyra? Was the little girl back in her room? Had she been hurt? Creeping closer, she pressed her ear to one of the doors. Yes, there was definitely somebody crying inside. Stasya bit her lip, then gently knocked on the door before opening it a crack and hesitantly sticking her head in. Hopefully she wouldn’t scare the girl this time. “Lyra?” she cautiously asked, the name thick and unfamiliar on her tongue, “С тобой все в порядке? Почему ты опять плачешь? (Are you alright? Why are you crying again?)”
