Blue Arrow would have elected to stay behind, helping to coordinate their strike as they zoomed out before him. Being one without powers, getting places quickly was always a concern. He was much better at striking out than rushing head first into the fray. He decided to take the time to work further on his new vehicles, namely the jet, his original Arrow-cycle, and a new hover board that he had been trying to develop. It was being made to move at least as fast as Wondergirl could fly, but the mechanics were very hard to work out. He was simply awaiting their return.

There was silence throughout the warehouse. The city was noisy around it, but there was barely a sound to be heard. There was a dark feeling over the warehouse, when the echo of footsteps made its way through the air. A lone figure walked through the building as he muttered softly to himself, clutching at his hands and looking about with his glowing green eyes. He sighed as he sat down at his workbench, his tanned face looking a bit tired and worn. He settled into his seat and looked over his lists, his plans, his maps. He just wished that he had someone to share it all with...
He shook his head, then suddenly his eyes widened when he realized he was still wearing his mask. He peeled it off, exposing his stark white skin and the deep red "lipstick" that crossed his face. He smiled to himself softly as he held the idea of a sidekick, maybe a minion of sorts. "Well, I do suppose that could be in the cards... If I weren't stacking the deck, it wouldn't be, anyway." He would say, laughing quietly to himself...
