Well if music is important than in my mind I can see a wind based magic user controlling the air around them to play multiple instruments at the same time. Like a flute and manipulating the strings of pianos and guitar. But it would take great concentration and training to do so. ^^

In my personal opinion they could but it would be a little bit harder, and maybe for the more elite of water users. But I will ask Gilgex her thoughts when she gets back on. Sorry if I am seeming cautious but I don't want to tell you one thing while the other GMs have another opinion. I hope you understand ^^'.
