Personality:
Finella looks towards life to have fun, she has vague memories of The Lost Boys an of course Peter, and treats almost all encounters she has as at play. She is loyal to her friends and a royal pain to those who aren't, and though she can be cruel she is never violent to anyone.
Strengths:
Loyal: Once Finella decides someone is her friend, nothing will change that. She will support and help them as best she can (and still have time for the odd joke.)
Flight: She does have wings.
Weaknesses:
Chained: Fin will stay in one relationship with any male (whether he wants it or not) until released, which occurs when he finds true love with someone else. The unlucky fellow will get all of Fin's love and attention (and jokes and spells) usually more so than her friends. If she is not in a relationship, then she has to be someones Fairy Godmother
Memory: Her small cerebium means she has long term memory loss, only by staying with the same people over time will she remeber them and events.
Tiny Thing: Fin is barely 4" tall and has the strength to match.
What does your character like/Hate the most: Having fun, making people happy and especially keeping her current man/Godchild.

Powers/Abilities:
Glows: She can change her from faint to bright, and it is a pleasant blue to match her wings, dress, hair and eyes.
Pouch of Fairy Dust Sprinkling Fairy Dust invokes a totally random effect on whatever it is applied to. It takes time to gather new fairy dust to replenish any that is used. (It is best not to ask what Fairy Dust is exactly.)
Spells: Though she is highly magical, Fin's diminutive size means she can't retain more than 3 spells at a time. She can swap out spells but it takes to do this. Her current favorite spells are;
Invisiblity: Makes one target invisible for a short time.
Animate Object: Allows her to control 1 object for a very short time. (Great for undoing trouser belts.)
Resize: This spell will make big things small or little things big. Effects one person and gear for awhile.
History/Biography:
Finella has no idea how old she actually is. Her long term memory is lost to her at the present time (and the
very little research she has put into this made her think it is because of her small
brain body.) Fin's last relationship was with Peter, unfortunately for Fin he not only found love in Wendy but the great ursurper Tinkerbell also took over from her man. She barely remembers Peter and The Lost Boys but she still hates Tinkerbell with a passion.
Unknown to herself (or just forgotton) Finella has been far to many different fairies through the years, she has even been a fairy Godmother a feew times to some "darling" children. Maybe someone out there remembers her but at present she doesn't have a clue.
Finella somehow ended up in a different realm after trying to hit Tinkerbell with her Fairy Dust pouch and actually coating herself in its random effects.
Other Information:
Since the Fairy Dust is so random, I was going to have any effects either written in by GM/CO-GM or veto'd by the GM/CO-GM.
If the chained weakness seems unworkable or if noone else is interested, Fin will most likely by The Princesses Fairy Godmother.
Background is weak at the moment, with no long term memory it can add some plothooks later.
