More like the picture you showed me- appearance wise.
Rex stayed in the car and when she opened the door he simply shimmed over to the passenger seat. Curling his toes within his shoes and stuffing his hands into his pockets, trying to starve off the cold. When she started talking he nodded, perhaps with too much enthusiasm given his voice lacked it. “Yeah. It certainly seems that way.” He about told her to hurry up and close the door but she had finally did so.

“We need to stop to get gas soon and should eat something while we are at it. You haven’t in awhile.” Hunched down in the seat he wasn’t as cold but didn’t know how long that would last him with snow continuing to fall. “Also… we are getting low on water.” She had drank more than they had prepared for while in the grasp of that fever.
I'm pretty sure it would move something like the creatures in this: http://youtu.be/mwZiE3tfw_o
Probably something similar. I'll show you my contribution to design tomorrow. I have to go sleep so I can work in the morning.
It did frustrate him. As a dragon he failed to see how they could be so blind. It was clear to him that the man wasn’t what he seem- that he bristled of cold edged energy just beneath the surface. It disturbed him greatly because he knew what this beast was but could pin no name on it, this thing without substance but of great power. So great it was terrifying and Blizzard was very much afraid. He growled again.

Clutching the blanket, pulling it taunt over his shoulders as he balled his fist. “I don’t know how to explain it!” His frustration buckled his voice and he gashed his teeth, struggling again upon the ancient word of a race separate from humans. A few clicks and curdled vowels on inferior vocal cords. He choked on the attempt and howled in anger, turning and stomping heavy on what felt like clumpy human feet. Even with their language he couldn’t rely the pure terror that was this beast. The power. The hunger.

Toothless slunk into the room, barking at his rider.

Blizzard scrunched his nose in response to his father’s appearance and huffed “I know you see it.” Also that Toothless wasn’t so foolish to attack something like that- wrapped in feeble human flesh or now. “You go with this man he will gut out your core and wear your life bloods and skin.” He plucked at the bottom hem of her shirt “like these skins.” He wasn’t good at explain things in ways humans would understand. Dragons were more emotion than vocabulary.
That's okay. I'm not sure or on the name or if it even has a tangible form or is more a being of per energy.
So, while not what i had been thinking... Blizzard gave me an idea. What if Orien (or whatever his name is) isn't really a human but an ancient beast similar to dragons but not of the same race. Able to control dragons with fear, not will power because he is a creature of such greater magic that its frightening.

And maybe the beast isn't actually him but has taken his body as its own and intends to do the same to Ava but was waiting for her to finish growing first. Because growing pains are uncomfortable in someone else's skin.
Hiccup understood where she was coming from but that wasn’t the problem here- if that man wanted a war then refusing his demands would just be the excuse. Later on he’d find another to attack. There was no reason they couldn’t just end this now. Berk would fight if called upon to defend one of their own but Ava wished to keep peace here. She saw that giving up herself was better than giving up countless lives in the sake of protecting her. As proud as he was as her selflessness he wished she’d just let him handle this. He’d push the point again- knowing she’d probably just sneak out later and go against whatever he said.

Before he could draw a breath for the next round Blizzard burst through the doorway- looking livid but very much human. “You aren’t going!” He snarled at her, exposing his teeth and hastily yanking a blanket around himself because her usual reaction would not favor his point. “He’s a beast masquerading as a man!”

Hiccup expected some things from the dragon but now this. “What?”

“Did you not hear me?” Blizzard snapped sharply “he’s wearing the skin of a human. Just below the surface- he’s-” There was no word that would translate this from his natural tongue and the clicks caught on his human vocal cords. He hissed with irritation. “You don’t believe me?”
Hiccup paced a few steps and though his prosthetic didn’t usually seem to pain him it made this action stiff. He walked this course as she spoke and then turned to grasp her by the shoulders as serious as he had ever been. “A chief protects his own.” He mirrored his father with this phrase but then breathed the weight out of him, voice softer, strung with affection for his daughter. He loosened his grip and urged her to really look at him. “Ava… when I was younger and still trying to find myself in this world a horrible man had sought to destroy everything we worked so hard to achieve and yet… I could not see him for what he was. I believed that peace could be forged with reason and truth… but this man was not one that could be reasoned with.”

“This man had wanted a war. My father and mother both had warned me and yet I believed by putting myself before him and stating my case I could stop the battle. He had turned Toothless against me and killed my father, though I had never struck a single blow. I had believed things could be resolved peacefully but men without reason can not be reasoned with.” He hoped to impress this upon her as his parents could not him. “This man was Einar’s father and I see in Einar that same hatred. Even if you go to him I don’t believe he will be so kind as to honor his words. He will still call the skrill as to ensure you will never be taken again.”
“Ava.” Hiccup’s voice was sharp- unwilling to stand down despite his daughter’s own desire to sacrifice herself to this villain. Regardless of what he would have said or done Blizzard moved first. The man had a smile so smug at to make Hiccup feel sick with dread and to make that same feeling transform within Blizzard until it was hot as any fire. The dragon sprung as does a coiled snake, tackling the man. The two tumbled and Blizzard reared up with gas surging up in his throat. Einar struck, a blow to neck choked the shot off prematurely still with his body the flash of a wicked looking knife caught Blizzard near the collar bone.

Toothless sprung from the far end of the dock flinging Einar aside with a flick of his wing. Garbage to the night fury. The man pulled himself up- face twisting with a scowl. “You’ve sealed your fate.” Overcome by outrage he twisted away to stalk towards his boat but he paused before boarding. “You have until twilight to bring her to me. I will be waiting at the furthers point of your pitiful Berk.” He spat.
