@lydyn I'll be standing by to help whenever you need.
@lydyn Hello, friend!

Indeed, we have a lot of players, and we get new applications at least once a week. This is because I never really want to close the roleplay to what could be players with potentially great characters. My only requirement for joining the RP is that you create a character that is so awesome that it makes me sweat all over the place.

And hey! The OP for the OOC specifically states that there is absolutely god-damn f*cking zero posting length requirement. Post what you need / can / want to and everybody will be happy. if you want a helping hand putting together a CS, you need only PM me and we can walk through it together.
@Free Faller You don't need permission! Give her a nice, juicy demon metal snack!

Plus the way you asked was so hopelessly adorable I can't help but say yes.
@VoiD Sounds good, though don't rush! I haven't even started responses yet. Like I always say, the RP shouldn't be a chore or source of stress to get a post in before a certain time. Get one up when you can and we'll all be happy :)
@Dawnscroll Also, that is not a bad idea. I think I have something planned for you after all! The lake is definitely a point from which something terrible and dystopian can stem.
@Dead Cruiser Eyyyy, somebody gets it ;D

But yes, to anybody who was wondering. That rune when it is properly upright is Ansuz in the Furthark alphabet (Ansuz = Ansus) and it means connection to the Gods (hence Ansus' religious tendencies). When a rune is aligned upside down as noted by DC, it is called a merkstave and it generally means the opposite of whatever the rune's actual meaning is. In this case, the Merkstave (which is also the name for something later in the RP) means a lack of communication / loss of Godliness.

Also, the Southern Continent which was noted as Raida in a previous post is an alteration of the Rune 'Raido' which means journey. Fitting, since the great journey stemmed from there.

Also, I have all these runes tattooed on my forearm for solidarity. That's how you know i'm serious.

NOTE, though. Obviously those runes don't exist in Ansus with the meaning we would associate with them. It's not earth after all, so they are simply random symbols. Just thought i'd give a little bit of background on the making of Starless :P
@Dead Cruiser Every single one of them has a strange symbol burned onto their chest.

Thanks for asking ;)
A few would likely still be intact. Likely the weapons belonging to cultists who died inside buildings and such The rest would have been disintegrated pretty bad.

Also, not demonbone. Just some unusual metal. It's very dark, very sharp, and can't be readily found anywhere on Ansus. Other than that, not too many unique properties.
@Dawnscroll He was basically a falling star. I LIKE IT!

Now, the real battle begins trying to respond to that post. I'm gonna have a fun day with this, I'm sure. Just thinking of alllllll the directions it could go...
@rivaan Illusion?

You must decide who is messing with Ki'ira. It may not be as it seems.
