@SuperTacticalDerp Yeah! That sounds great. Gharlyc is someone trying to escape from his questionable and probably not law-abiding past, so having the child of a past victim to haunt him would be awesome
NAME: Gharlyc

RELATIONSHIP WITH BUSKER: Busker and Gharlyc are old drinking buddies. They were pretty good friends, but that was many years ago.

NEED: To crush his enemies just to get a moment's peace.

OBJECT: Poisoned dagger

DETAILS: With a wide nose and perpetual bad breath, this middle aged dwarf is constantly looking around his shoulders with his large, almost lidless and bulging eyes. He has dark brown hair with silver streaks at the temples (too soon for his age). A shorter than average dwarf, Gharlyc fought his way through life by being faster and nastier than everyone else. Busker was Gharlyc's only friend. Has been away from town for 7 years, only to return just recently.
I am interested as well!
With Chie's new statement, Arienne's usual smile for her faltered and became a serious grin, eyes glazing over in an intense stare at some unseen opponent from the past.

"I don't know what these games are, but it sounds like you are practiced at them and good for you. I practice by pushing my body and mind to the limit, unifying them, making me highly tuned for combat. In my opinion, one has not truly fought, killed, or won without putting their life on the line to face down an opponent, eyes locked in a battle of willpower and skill. And for me, sparring is good enough practice for that."

Throughout her little speech, Arienne had been accidentally oozing out a creeping killing intent that got much stronger by the end. Realizing this, she immediately pulled it back and with a small shake of her head, Arienne comes back to herself and gives Chie a normal smile.
"You'll have to show me these games sometime. They sound interesting."

"Well, I'm off to sort my quarters, and maybe grab some dinner. I'll see you both later." Arienne kicks off, turns around and gives an informal salute before leaving the hanger.
haha ok. Thanks for the info, although Arienne will most likely know nothing about games.

I'll try to get a post up later today
No problem. Will there be any more reactions to the events happening in the hangar? Or the conversation between Arienne and Corina?

Then, what does Chie want to do for the 12 hours of free time on the ship? Sort through her luggage? Walk around the ship, hang out with Boom, or maybe even hanging out with one of her lancemates?
@voteforpandaa How's the character sheet coming along? :D

@VitaVitaAR May I help brainstorm? :)
Linnea was distraught. Everything was already strange and confusing, but with the sudden onset of chanting, the humongous dragon, and the earth breaking apart, reality became chaos. Linnea tried to hold onto Edwin, but between the earth rising and falling she was having a very hard time keeping steady. With the appearance of approaching monsters, Linnea instinctively let go and fled to a higher elevation shaking with fear and adrenaline. It was almost a strange sort of excitement.

Linnea just floated there, staring at the chaos and destruction When she heard "Stas! Get them to safety!" This woke Linnea up from her stupor and gave her a small glimmer of hope, until Stas' cried out "I'm trapped!"
Realizing that everyone was fighting their own battle, Linnea knew she had to help, but didn't know what to do. Frantically looking around she noticed a good sized rock that she could hold with both hands. She dove down, picked it up and flew back up again. Looking around, she chose one of the many monsters making it's way towards Edwin, raised the rock over her head and swung it down. She meant to hit it's head but instead hit it's left shoulder and knocking it over. It was still writhing on the ground but at least it was not going anywhere for the time being.
Linnea could work with this. She flew back down and started picking up all sorts of rocks and small boulders. Anything she could throw one or two handed, she dropped into her duffle bag. Always looking out for approaching monsters, she would relocate to another place if any got to close to get more projectiles until her bag was full. Maybe even too full. The bag was much too heavy for her to be able to move around normally, but she didn't notice or think about it.

Flying back up to a higher elevation this time, Linnea started throwing, one after the other, trying to incapacitate or hinder creatures that were getting close to Edwin, Stas and Juno.
Senna didn't know much about tieflings. Looking at Ken and then Ignatius, she could only imagine what it was like to have a demonic contract. But he seemed nice, or at the very least being kindly patient to Senna, so she smiled at him (a dragon's approximation of a smile anyways).
"Alright, Iggy then. I'll keep the holy water in mind. I'll probably ask you more questions later, so please continue to have patience with me."

Noticing the conversation between Karu, Anu'din and then Sebastian, Senna had started paying attention. It seemed like some of her comrades had history, making them seem even more interesting. What stories they would have!

Pushing down her excitement, Senna worked at finishing the rest of her meal, planning to go out to buy some vials of holy water.
Sorry, I was waiting for more to happen for me to respond to, or else my reply would have been really short.

I'll try to get something up tonight.
