Her chocolate brown hair, falls down her back, resting just at her lower back. Often, she wears it partially or entirely up, not one for leaving it to cascade down her back as she finds it quickly looked unkept. Her clothing is that fit for a Lady to the Queen, made of fine silk and other materials. She is rarely seen out of her fine attire as she feels that it is necessary to keep a good image in the court. She does not often wear jewelery other than for occasions where she believes it is required of her to do so.

She is goofy, fun loving, and although she is protecting her virtue for her husband, she has been known to be rather flirtatious.

The only child of her parents, she was treated as both male and female by them. She is intelligent in more than a lady of her station should be. She understands politics but also fiances and even knows how to wield certain weapons. Despite her dainty appearance, she can hand her own against most men in combat. This allows her to be confident around men more than some women at court due to the fact that she can protect herself if need be. Of course, by looking at her, you would never be able to tell what she is capable of.

Juliet was born in the summer months to her mother and father. Her father, hoping for a boy seemed to detest her. However, as she grew older and her father started to believe that she might be his only child, he joined her mother in rearing her. At the age of 7, she began to learn the proper etiquette of a lady in court as well as how to wield a sword. Always a quick learning, she began picked up both quite quickly as she wished to please both of her parents.

As she grew older, her mother began to fear that due to her capabilities that Juliet would never find a husband. Sending her with the Queen to a Maid in Waiting was a way for the girl to be around more men and less swords. Juliet, knowing that her father also wished for her to find a bride, packed her things and went to the Queen's aide. She had been attending to the Queen for a few years when the King died and the girl was to be sent to Thermos. Juliet followed without questioning it, knowing that it was not only what her parents would want from her but also what her friend, the Queen, would wish for as well.

Lachlan stands tall at 6 feet with broad shoulders. He is a perfect example of a rugged knight that parents warn their daughters to steer clear from. His brown hair is shaggy and unkept, sometimes when left uncut, it falls into his eyes. His beard, however, is never left to become anything more than stumble, as Lachlan finds it grows itchy quickly. Often, his wears his suit of armour as he must be prepared for battle at any moment. His armour is simple with small gold detailing around the edges. However, due to his discomfort in the clothing, it is more likely that you will find him in simpletons' clothing with his weaponry attached at his hip. His body, though remaining rather slim, is muscular due to his hours of training for battle. He is covered in scars but most remain hidden beneath his clothing, except for a small scar that sits just above his left eyebrow. He has a tender and warm smile but rarely displays in around people.

Despite being a bastard, Lachlan has managed to get the basics of what he desires (Such as watching his sisters grow up) with clever thinking. He prefers to use his words before his bares his sword but is quick to identify situations where words will be of no use.

Lachlan is a charmer with no land and it is for this reason that most Ladies of the court are ushered quickly away from him. Lachlan is very accepting of the fact that he will never become King and that he will most likely never marry a woman with a title or a large dowry due to his own station in life. Lachlan does not reach for the throne in the slightest as he knows what might happen to his siblings if he ever dared.

He is caring and protective of his family, which is the reason he chose to go to Thermos.

Born a bastard, Lachlan counted his lucky stars that, as his only son, he fell into the King's favour. This was how he remained at court and slowly made his way through the ranks of the knights, despite the Queen disdain for him.

Much to her delight, Lachlan was often out of the castle fighting battles but he always returned because he had someone to return to. Two someones in fact. Each time Lachlan would leave, he would promise his sisters of his quick return with stories of grandeur and each time he returned more decorated than the last.

The last time he returned to the news of his father's death. In less than a week, his mother, at the Queen Regent's orders, followed. Lachlan survived the noose due to his standing in the Royal Guard but he was stripped of all and any luxuries he had previously owned. Title, land, riches. It is for this reason that Lachlan finds himself no longer loyal to his country. Leaving the thrill of returning to battle, he chose to follow his sisters to Thirmos to protect them.
