Anyone out there trying to write about some sad cowboys and cowgirls? I love me some western, and god is it tricky to find.

First DnD session went awesomely! My players loved it, and a dragonborn was nearly killed by a bugbear.

Heyo! I'm Tybalt, and I'm an alcoholic...
Shoot, I think I'm doing this wrong. Y'know what, I'mma just throw up a character sheet for myself, y'all know how to read those.
Name: Tybalt Species: Human. But, like, kinda Hobbit, too? Age: 24 Rank: Peasant, probably. Personality: Hard to nail down since I'm the one writing it, but I'm a type three on the Enneagram if that's worth anything. Description: Two arms, two legs, a head, no feathers. Abilities: Casual to advanced writing. I love a good advanced, but it's gotta be engaging as well as deep. Advanced is an investment, so I rarely keep up with more than one at a time. Likes: Pirates, Knights, Cowboys, and everything in-between. I don't mind a good romance, but I'm just as happy to have a bro-tp as an otp. I also love anything by Brandon Sanderson, so if we've got some other fans out there, hit me up in the pm's. Dislikes: This is less a dislike than a personal failing, but I tend to over-commit to too many stories, then not respond very quickly. You have been warned, I guess.
A casual-to-advanced Original-character-only RP based in Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn world. I don't have much experience GM'ing, though I do have a lot of experience with RP in general, and with this series, so if anyone is passionate about this world and would be willing to co-gm, I'd be much obliged.
I'm thinking that characters will mostly be mistings if we use Era 1, with maybe a couple of Mistborn or Kandra/feruchemists/inquisitors if there are people who can play them well without too much godmodding. If we were to do Era 2, Twinborn are totally okay, as are ferrings, mistings, and normal folks. Go easy on compounding, ideally.
Actual details would have to be hashed out between myself and a co-gm, but I see a lot of potential for an incredible rp, if people are willing to commit. If you have any questions, or are interested in co-gm'ing, don't hesitate to pm me.
If I manage to garner some interest, I'll throw up a character sheet format and an OOC.
@Overlord ThrakaMira's the opposite, which makes her interesting to play. She's not much like me at all, and I have to carefully think through how she would act, unlike some of mine where I can just throw down a response with no planning. That only makes me more careful, though, she's still a ton of funn to write.
@Thread Generator SINI love the way it's going, honestly, and I think it'll play out well. That aside, Mira is very good at stealing from the clothes of people, and less skillful at straight-up pickpocketing, if you catch my drift. She'd be all for knifing someone in an alley if she had to, to take it, and can hold her own in a fight, but in this situation, she's not in her element exactly. She's no all-out-brawler. Still, it'll be fun.
Mira was nothing if not quick-witted. At the arrival of the soldiers, she shifted immediately from her tired, somewhat closed-off facade to an image that fit what would be expected of her: the classic whore. She let the straps of her dress fall nearly free from her shoulders, and practically draped herself against the bar, drink held lazily in one hand. Her mouth shifted from a firm half-frown to a soft pout, and she carefully pulled a strand of her fiery-red hair free to dangle in front of her face. The transformation complete, she hoped to blend into the background of the bar, appearing at once appealing and beneath the notice of the guards and pirates alike. It was a dangerous balance; if she took the facade too far, she'd draw attention rather than avoiding it, but it was her best shot at the moment. Better to be dismissed as just another harlot than to be seen as a lovely bystander, worthy of the attention of the pirates or guards.
Half of her worries disappeared as quickly as the bullets flying into the heads of the guards. It was down to the pirates and the tavern's inhabitants, and Mira didn't fancy her chances if it came down to an altercation. She slowly began trailing one hand towards her plunging collar, resting her fingers lightly on the handle of the tiny steam-powered pistol tucked inside her garments. She hoped it wouldn't come to that, as the Pirate captain had apparent invulnerability when it came to anything metallic, which all of her weapons were. With a frustrated, though quiet, sigh, she let her arm fall back to her side. She had little to no chance if it came to a fight; it was better to stay in the background.
Her careful consideration was cut off by the arrival of the metal-clad... whatever it was. Apparently ignorant of the threat before him, the man (creature?) was suddenly the center of everyone's attention... and Mira was afforded a glimpse of the gem which had until now been hidden from her view. It was a lovely thing... well worth risking a chance at theft... But no. There were simply too many pirates. She sighed petulantly and whispered, soft as a breath, to the mute girl seated near her. "Is there any chance that you know a secret exit... maybe a trapdoor in the cellar or something? This has to be the best time to get out of here..."
