Are these abilities okay?
Level 1 - Irritation - 1.5x Melee Damage, 10% Ground Speed Increase, 2 Turns (or time equivalent). .85x accuracy multiplier to ranged weapons.
Level 2 - Masochism - Upon activation, a hit counter tallies the number of hits dealt to the user; a regeneration buff is applied with potency scaled to the number of hits received. (GM determines the scaling.)
Level 3 - Invidian Veil - The user takes on the appearance of a generic NPC monster (none when inside a city / town) but cannot enter combat state while using the veil. Players within 10 meters will automatically see through the illusion.
Level 5 - Ardent Resilience - Eating gives a regeneration and defense buff; scales with volume of food eaten within casting time. Lasts until a battle is finished, but cannot stack with itself (it can, however, stack with other regeneration sources).
Level 7 - Eucalyptan Haze - Activates a 50m AOE mist, rendering all acrobatic and movement speed buffs null (includes feats). The user is also affected, and loses all their mobility buffs until the ability is canceled. Abilities that force the user to speed up or make a special maneuver are unaffected.
Level 9 - Superbia Overdrive - Renders all movement penalties (weight, crippled limbs, debuffs, grappled, etc.) null; melee attacks deal a flat 5% damage to health, ignoring all armor. 25% raw damage mitigation before armor is taken into consideration.
