I think having a certain floor (like, 42 for example) get us stuck for 3 months could make an interesting plot element. The players were missing something important, and our characters band together to do a special mission that gets it done. Also I dont want to get to the lvl 50s already (it feels too early to be halfway through the level system already). I think mid 40s is still good.
I'm cool with time-skip. Just not too far. We're on 39, so something like floor 42. Maybe those three floors took us a lot longer than the previous ones combined.

@Teancum: I was in a hurry to wrap up everything in the collab (since we had been working on it for three days by the time you made a post), so I just ended it as quickly as I could. I didn't want to keep the RP held up any longer. But if I had known you wanted to be in the battle, we could have added you to the PM. My bad, I'll take full blame for it.

Everyone is tired and wounded. Quite a few people died. On top of all this, it was only a side-boss. So we still have the main fight ahead of us.
If it dropped anything, I think it all goes to the player who got the message to pop up for them. In that case, it would be Heathcliff.
Right now, everyone should be having a break and guild leaders are counting the losses.
Also, I hope people know which one my main character is right now. Mrgrgrr... *annoyed grumble*
