Jinx, Kuro and Shiro
"Star Guardian to the rescue! Am I doing it right?"Gender:
Female
Age:
16
Series:
League of Legends
Species:
Human
Role/Occupation:
Village "Peacekeeper"/Lookout
Skills:
Switcheroo!: Kuro and Shiro fight with Jinx in tandem, Kuro manifesting as a rocket launcher and Shiro a minigun. She prefers to use one at a time, presumably because having both out at the same time can be a bit grating, not to mention heavy!
Zap!: Jinx can slow down her target via an electrifying shooting star fired from her fingertips, literally.
Super Mega Death Rocket!: Double trouble is the name of the game. By pooling her powers and that of her familiars, Jinx is more than happy to put a big firework show. Just don’t blame her when her stage is left as a smoldering crater; her familiars have minds of their own after all!
Home:
Jinx had taken a fancy to a small house located on a higher position that allows her to overlook the village. Having taken the time to decorate the door with a visible graffiti of black and white wings, she has claimed the sole bedroom to herself while relegating Shiro and Kuro to the living room, or a place resembling one. It has access to a small backyard where she, Kuro and Shiro can rest, stargaze and muse about the many ways they can blow up the gold armored
butt monkey of a 'king' and take his shiny crown.
Personality:
People who is even remotely aware of Jinx’s reputation always have three running theme when describing her: Crazy, trigger happy and violent. Her two favorite sights are explosions,
more explosions and stars. Despite that, she’s anything but brooding and sulky. Jinx is rather jovial with a tongue as explosive as her guns and loves to have fun. It’s just that her fun, more often than note, involves shooting and mayhem, which is at odds with the more orderly members of the village.
Rebellious and free-spirited, Jinx hates rules and convention, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t willing to stand up for what's right. She will happily uphold justice and peace with the side dish of glitter, starlight and magical bullets.
Backstory:
The newest member of the Star Guardians, Jinx is a natural rebel who rages against anyone attempting to control her life. Unlike other Star Guardians, she does things her own way, be it upholding justice or bringing down evil. Many often question how a girl as trigger-happy and as violent as Jinx could possibly be entrusted with such role, but there seems to be no doubt that her heart is in the right place.
Life in the Town:
In her early days, Jinx enjoyed not having to listen to her fellow Star Guardians preach about rules and walking on the ‘short and narrow’ path when fighting evil and the strange village's self-appointed 'law enforcers' weren't that high on the authority scale either. Strange tower, expanse of fog, endless forest and occasional ‘Monster of the Few Weeks’ means that she was never short of entertainment,
butt that was a little bit hampered with her powers being weakened, presumably due to her connection with her world of origin disrupted, if not seemingly severed. The worst part of the deal: she couldn't fly anymore. It was as if something was limiting her powers.
She didn’t exactly get along with those who were similarly trapped in the village either, at first believing them to be just as uptight as the leader of the Star Guardians, but she learned to come around when she realized how much fun she could have with them, though she believed the skeletal sheriff could certainly learn to loosen up and the king could use more glitter on his armor to compliment his intellect, or lack thereof.
Other aspects of her new life that she enjoyed were the lack of homework and the fact that she didn’t have to worry too much about being careful or serious about her job, her powers or the inevitable chaos that ensued whenever Kuro and Shiro were 'playing around'. Now, she spends her time keeping an eye on the village and its surrounding. Rumors of a crazy man in the forest intrigues her, but she never come close to gaining a foothold in the forest, which is quite vexing. However, the constant stream of strange creatures coming to the village is enough to keep her violent urges satisfied and she's quite happy to dish out some gung-ho justice. It’s not like she had to pay for the damages anyway, not if the ‘sheriff’ didn’t know who did it.
Prized Possession:
Kuro and Shiro, her familiars, weapons and occasional glow sticks. Though her treatment of them can be somewhat questionable at best, there is no doubt that Jinx loves them as much as they do her. It does help that all three seem to have similar penchant for violence.
