The only problem I have with the char is that he misses the point of Golem's existence. Golem was founded to protect Luna Crescente and its people. Being selfish isn't the problem as much as it the degree. If he won't put his life on the line for the citizens of Crescente then I don't think Golem would accept him. It's a bit of a conundrum cause I understand what your doing with the char to set him apart but it just but at the same time I don't see how he would get into Golem.

He's a maker mage, it should be expected that he is well versed in many weapons. Besides, most of the weapons are just advanced variations of the basic forms of his weapons. I mean look at Gray, he uses many forms of weapons made of ice.

Yes he does use many different weapons made from his magic but a lot of those, conjuring then weapon is the attack itself and then it's gone. He's not wielding most of those like what it seems with your spells. Zeroths idea works to cut down the number of Spells cause I will admit that was what was nagging at me is the redundancy of listing all the different kinds of swords. So it comes down to is he actually wielding this weapon or is it just for one attack? If that makes senee.

A companion relevant to the char is fine, like an exceed for a Dragon Slayer. That's just an example, I don't mean to say they have to be some animal like companion I just mean in terms of being important to the char without being a full char themself.

Cut down the number of Spells, I reccomend in the weapon types as it's quite a stretch to believe he'd be proficient in so many kinds of weaponry. A couple of the animal types too.

Kyuuten is actually very considerate of people's feelings. He wouldn't try something like that after just meeting her. It would more of a development at came around as she got to know and get used to Kyuuten and understand that despite his curiosity it really is just a playful with no real intention if pulling off the hood. If he ever did manage to get his hand on it he would simply let it go.

Maybe Kyuuten is super curious about what she looks like under the cloak so he tries to unhood her and such on a regular basis but he never takes it too far. Its more playful than anything. And maybe she looks to him and his bright and sunny demeanor to help with her social anxiety?
