Well, on with the plots~

An Unfamiliar Sound | Status: Taken

A girl has been looking for a singer for her band and stumbles upon one she didn't expect. Unfortunately he doesn't like being in the spotlight. She eventually gets him to agree and during their first show he doesn't seem himself. His presence is totally different and even his singing is somewhat changed. He has a another personality and while he's aware of the other persona it terrifies him, feeling they are better suited to be the dominant side. While he acts like he doesn't know about it the girl takes advantage of his other personality to further the band's career but as she becomes closer to him she begins to feel guilty.

Thanks for your guy's understanding. Yes, life can get in the way but as I've said it wasn't anything too time consuming or stressful for it to pull me away from here. The least in could have done was keep you all informed and I didn't even do that. I take full responsibility for it all. Anyway, I'm glad you guys will stick around. I'm sure that all if not most of the others will be back I can't wait to get back into the swing of things~

I'm So Very Sorry

What's it been now? Going on three weeks? I could not be more ashamed and disappointed in myself if I tried! By no means can I justify my behavior but I will explain it. The initial cause of my absence was a sudden increase in my work hours that left me quite worn out. Why didn't I make some sort of announcement? Honestly, I don't know. It's an awful communication habit of mine, hell I don't even call my own family on my own initiative. Still, no excuse for my lack of communication. After that initial week of hell is hours, my schedule was still in a state of Flux but it wasn't too serious. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only contributer to my absence. Some family issues came up as well as preparation for classes this semester. However, it wasn't so busy that this absence is justified. This leads to the other bad habit of mine. When I feel I need to make sure these IRL issues are taken care of something else falls off my radar and usually thats my presence on the Internet which is really only here on RPG. Again, not an excuse because these issues weren't so severe for me to neglect the RP. The reasons for my awful performance as the host of this RP are bad habits in reaction to outside problems and not the problems themselves.

In conclusion, I'm incredibly sorry and am back and ready to get things moving again. If everyone is still willing to RP with me and make this an enjoyably memorable experience, I promise to put my best efforts forward and be the GM you all deserve.

Writing it right now. Heh, got a kick out of writing the guild master punishing Vega~ The post will be up soon. In the meantime this post will end the event and we'll move on to some missions so if anyone's got ideas to pitch for the job boards nows the time. Character story missions be handled a little differently so leave those for later.

Odinn used his rifts to send Ria into the lake. Vega escaped due to the nature of his magic but Ria is currently no longer the vicinity of where the squabble began. So your post is completely invalid ^.^;

I know you weren't here during the interest check phase but I've said that this RP will be very char focused. The bulk of arcs will be character stories and it's up to the player who they want involved. There will be overall story arcs of course but we won't be moving from arc to arc without much in between. Anyway, the festival is not a set up for something to interrupt it and introduce anything but the guilds and they're rivalry. I don't want them to have to band together right off the bat. That was a problem I had with the original version of this RP. Even before a major arc the guilds were forced to cohabitate and get along before the rivalry was really explored. Anyway the festival will be ending once I bring in Golem's master to intervene and then everyone can do at least one mission then we'll jump into a major arc. I'll also be honest, I haven't developed the overarching story yet, like I said I developed this as more of a sandbox character driven RP.
