I believe the CS was meant to mimic the starting screen of a dating sim or similar roleplaying game. Because most of us will be playing game characters, we'll use a separate CS that will be developed. There was a suggestion for street gangs, which is where the entire 'city of crime' idea came in, whilst still incorporating elements of magic/etc. While the premise of the RP is characters trapped in a video game, the focus can be anything from trying to escape, to them adapting to their new lives, or even them just trying to survive until the next day.
