Stumbling up the steps, he looked around the entrance crammed with kids. Frowning, he looked around the side of the building and in the other direction, he waits to get in the doors. On entering, he finds his way to the cafeteria, and awkwardly fumbles with his books and a small box of cereal, Frosted Flakes, hoping to get something in his system before the bell would ring. Taking a seat at a mostly empty table, he helps himself to a quick breakfast.

Scott opened his eyes, slowly, blinking, everything was fuzzy. Was it drugs? Was it smoky?
Nah, Scott fumbled around....it was his lack of glasses...he forgot them on the nearby nightstand, in a messy room surrounded by books on various subjects. However, with the glasses on, something was wrong. The clock still looked funny...then he realized.
He was upside down on the bed...and had about three minutes to get to class.
Oh crud.
Suddenly Scott fell through his bed, hitting the floor. Crawling out from under the bed, Scott brushed himself off, checked what he was already wearing, rumpled t-shirt, blue jeans and sneakers, he picked up three books on the way through and started out the door.

Picture/description: Black hair, scar below his right eye, glasses and has a little size to him. He's 6'2, and usually seen carrying either a aluminum bat or a golf club.
Personality: Sports nut before everything went south, doesn't like guns much, because "they're loud", but can swing for the fences....been getting good at it too.
Biography: Born out in the Dakotas, came to New York with a few degrees under his belt and the idea he could make some money. Why not in the big apple?
Foils: tends to tire from running after a while, can get winded.
Starting/ primary weapon: Aluminum bat, from the local sporting goods store.

I'd say that would be one way to work it, or a small squad from a vault decides to get out, fighting their way out and discover things aren't all that rosy on the outside.

Could have some fun use here, given grew up studying strategy, tactics and military history while other kids were taught to throw a football.

Short Bio:Scott, one of four brothers literally stumbled into his ability, when a brother threw him into a wall, and didn't stop. Aside from being scared badly, it took the other brothers to pull him back out, then a couple days to explain he wasn't possessed by a demon. After taking some time, has fewer episodes, but once in a while, will randomly phase.
Other: Works well in a team, might come off cold, but just wants to help. Hopes he can get his powers under control, and quit being called a "weirdo" by his brothers.

Shiny objects are fun, except when the sun is too bright, then they can be a bit squinty...or glaring. Either way, get a fun pointy helmet though, deflects impacts.

Hello, i'm tossing up a general RP concept involving a small crew in the army, during a siege in 14th century England. The basic setting would involve a myriad of opportunities, interacting with non-pcs in the encampment, as well working with other players for operations around the camp, including, yes, using siege weapons. I'd be looking for six people interested in this idea, from there, i'll develop how to start everyone, on arrival at said castle, then break it all down. If interested, just let me know. If I've picked up six....who knows, people die when a boulder lands on them...no cartoon characters or God-Chars allowed.
