NameJasper Simmons
AliasQuickshot
AgeSeventeen
GenderMale
AppearancePersonalityJasper is quiet and reserved, not one to put himself out there socially. He prefers to keep to himself, and would happily take a night alone over a night partying. It's not that he doesn't want to make friends, but more that he's just not interested in going out of his way to do so. Sure, he'll strike up conversations with people he knows, but strangers are out of the question. He figures that if something is important, someone will come to him, not the other way around. It makes him seem shy, and maybe even boring, but he's alright with that. Children bring him out of his shell, though, especially when he has a chance to show off.

HistoryFrom a young age, Jasper was always finding trouble. Climbing trees, rocks, and anything his hands could grip, it was a wonder his parents didn't go grey. When he was old enough, his father took his son to learn to shoot a bow and arrow, hoping to one day take him hunting with him. While Jasper took to the bow and arrow like a duck to water, he was less than keen on using the arrows on helpless animals. His father was disappointed, but let his son keep the weapon all the same. It was later that year when the circus was in town that he learned about trick arrows, and began to search for a mentor. He found one in a fellow archer, a hero, Predator. The hero swore to Jasper's parents that his education would continue, but he'd train the boy to be a hero, too. The apprenticeship lasted several years, but Jasper knew that if he wanted to make a name for himself as Quickshot, he needed to strike out on his own. Thankfully, a like-minded group around his age seemed to have a similar goal, and together they formed the Teen Titans.
OtherAs Quickshot, Jasper's costume is mostly shades of blue, with a black hero mask. His quiver and bow are also black.
He's called Quickshot for how fast he notches arrows and lets them fly - he's not one to waste arrows, though.
