"I may have poisoned the Blüdhaven water supply with a special designed toxin that latches itself to anything with a Y chromosome and painfully kills it. What of you?" Lily asks with a smile. The distant sound of a gunshot is heard in the canteen...then shortly after a second shot. Guards are running by the room, towards their lockers. Some of them saying something frantic about Mike and gun. Lily looks at Thorn with a wink as she chuckles, "Men...one second they are goofing off...the next they are shooting their partner before killing themselves."

Lily looks over at the at the girl as she walks in, just wearing some normal street clothes. "Wonder what she did...probably didn't pay her speeding ticket." Lily says to Thorn, a grin on her face as she does. Her eyes slowly leave the girl and notice the guy she saw earlier in their cell. "That one guy over there, is in the cell across from us." She says, pointing at the guy, Cerin.

1) Yes and no, the cuffs work as dampeners, which decrease our powers(though don't completely disable them)
2) The outfits are the normal orange you always see in prisons, though on the back there is a color: White, Green, or Red.
White means minimum threat
Green means threat
Red means high threat
Though the prisoners are allowed to wear their normal clothes(Like Lily is right now)

Lily ignores the man yelling at them as she looks at the milk in Thorn's hand and shakes her head, "I have no idea...though if you see a layer of stuff on top, I would suggest not drinking it." Lily then turns her head back to the man who was yelling at them and motions for him to come here. "Men have no purpose but to serve and further the species." She says to Thorn, a smile on her face.

But, Lily hasn't told anyone but Thorn her real name. Infact, the staff of the prison don't know her name, she wouldn't reveal anything about herself except the name "Poison Sumac" (Yes I realize it's a dumb name, but it was the name a shut in came up with to commit crime...)

"You were in Gotham? I was in Blüdhaven, with Batman's first bird." Lily walks over to the food area, and almost gags at the sight of the food. "Disgusting...this smells horrible..." She says as she walks farther from the first few items, finding a rather strange looking meatloaf. "This is least disgusting smell here..." Lily says as she puts some on a tray and walks over to an almost empty table, then looks at the men sitting there and motions for them to leave, which they do in a hurry.
