I'm fine with a uniform numbering-system for the rooms. But then, I feel like you as the GM should be the one to pick thosse numbers in that case, since all of us trying to agree on or suggest an idea could get messy.

If you're asking whether Miyuki can speak Draconic, no, she cannnot. In fact, the only languages Miyuki can speak/read/write are japanese and english, and she only recently learned the latter.
