Delilah
I love mom's warm smile. I never have gotten to say tell that to her... Delilah begun walking out of the castle, one hand in her mother's. Her other hand reached up, grabbing the wrist of the hand that held onto hers gently, pressing her cheek against the back of her mom's hand and smiling widely. The tips of her fangs scarped against her upper lip as she did so. The small scrape it made bled a small amount for a moment. The drop of blood spread over her tongue, the taste fading away in time. All while this was happening, Vlad was whispering a couple of vile words to her mother. Her ears should have been able to pick up their conversation, but she was in a trance of the small taste of her own blood. It was... glorious . Her tail flicked violently to the side once, brushing against her mother's dress as her fox-like ears perked up.
"H-Huh?" She stuttered as her mother started walking out of the castle and pulling her along with her hand tightly around hers out of the trrance. The tightness was too much to show affection, more of...tenseness...alert... danger. She hadn't even notice her father was there- so she would've missed out on his harsh words and false love. She didn't know what was wrong. Timidly, she walked close enough to step on her mother skirt, sighing as a weight went off her chest as they emerged outside."It's okay, Momie. Don't cry." She chimed, reassuring her mother although she had no idea what was wrong.
The air smelled heavily of pine wood, and the castle's pebble pathways were spotless and planted over where the foliage would be deemed as unruly. There was a gold foundation adorned by a bed of roses surrounding it. Delilah keeled quickly to snatch one from it's roots and hold it up to her mother childishly. "Remember when daddy always used to do that?"
Delilah's eyes were bright and cheerful. That unsure feeling of the 'blank' face in her memories came back, dragging down her cheerfulness to a dim, bitter-sweet one. "I-I have to ask you about somethings. Can we go out into the forest? I love it because it is wild...this place here is beautiful and proper, but it's...amazing out there. Daddy might not know that i've done that on my own, and i told issac i did just before you showed up...he didn't look happy, and i think I...." She shook her head, not about to divvy out her worries before they went beyond the range of eavesdropping ears. "There's a lake in the forest. I have heard it but i haven't seen it but it is maybe a forth of the mile out into the forest borders. I never went that far because i was worried about getting lost or hurt.I didn't tell daddy because i knew he might not have time and...lock me in my room. But nothing can ever happen while you're here!"
Kaori and Alfons- xAsunawolf/ Cartwright collab - Torture scene pt.2
Alfons sighed a bit on the inside upon hearing Kaori's voice, the girl he had entrusted his sword to long ago before their weapons were taken from them. He listened and nodded to her information, clearing his throat before he spoke. "You're the only familiar face I've seen throughout my time here... Don't you smell the fresh blood of the others every day? Wait... You're not a Lycan.." The reverend trailed off, coughing for a moment as Kaori spoke once more.
Upon hearing her inquiry about love his eyes opened wide and shot up to the girl, his ears twitching a bit. "Why Kaori love is many things... It's an emotion, a drive for partnership until the end. I could go deeper into it but.. I fear our time together was not here to exchange words between one another. " He tugged on the chains again, panting softly when he had given up as his eyes drifted back up to Kaori. "Kaori I am in chains and you are not.. That can only mean one thing."
Kaori cut him off, quieting his observations with a shake of her head, stepping into the line that would block the small link of light from the cramped window and cast darkness onto him. " Shh, I figured that out while you were sleeping. I'd even considered starting while you were asleep in hopes that you wouldn't have to feel it happening to you.." Similar to the dentist's office, there was a set of torture equipment, except it sat around all sides of the table and even hung over head. There was a large drilling machine that was among the things over head- with a quick off and On button, and a lever the would cause the drill to come down onto the target's forehead. This machine was child's play to some of the other things laying about the room.
Kaori flipped her head to the side and ran her thumb over a harmless looking knife like she was caressing an infant. She picked up her thumb and showed the lycan a deep cut. "But these weapons don't play around. Probably could cut through steel if you let it." Out of the corner of her eyes, she scanned the door where guards where waiting outside, speaking casually. She leaned in to whisper to alfons, long brown locks of her hair tickling his cheek.
"To the best of my ability, i will not let silver cut you. I might place it on you, and if i remember it just tingles to you, or you'll sense it somehow.....you need to act like it's the most painful thing ever. If they want to see pain, that is what they will get. Only you can make that happen." With a solemn smile, she steps back from the table as her right hand rises to her waist, squeezing her hip. She said nothing, but her eyes conveyed the message perfectly- 'Are you ready?'
Alfons watched Kaori's every move and took in every word. When the news confirmed his suspicion he already began steeling himself for what was to come, taking a deep breath as a sign he understood. "Kaori the manager had someone already put silver inside me.. I can't get worse than that." The reverend reminded her in a hushed tone, sitting back in his seat with a slight smirk before speaking in a more audible volume. "Well, lets get this over with... Kaori it's good to see you."
