 Biography:  
Florian has been brought up in a very old and notable pure-blood family of eastern Europe, who's bloodline can be traced back for over a thousand years and are said to have even helped establish the Durmstrang school of witchcraft and wizardry. As a child he hadn't shown much interest in learning magic at all, as it was expected of someone of his status and was instead very drawn to the muggle world. Nonetheless, things changed rapidly as he grew, gaining more knowledge and appetite to learn new things. The muggle world stayed behind while he immersed himself in the teachings of his ancestors.

Although he shows great promise and talent to carry on the family name proudly, the pressure of his notoriously cold-hearted father to be the very best often brings him to doubt his own capabilities. Despite his father's tough love, it's one of the main forces that guide him to be better and learn more in order to gain his acceptance. 
He graduated top of the class at Durmstrang and was briefly in his father's service when he received a call from the Ministry of Wizardry to join a secret task force that would employ his hard-aquired skills. Although his father initially saw it as a step further towards greatness, his own selfishness quickly overcame him and he forbid his son to go, however, after years of hard work and living under his father's iron ruling and despite not knowing what he's getting himself into, he made a seldom decision to disobey him this one and only time and leave his home at the cover of darkness and create his own life path.

Finally free and with the ability to run his own life as he pleases, he quickly learned that the new job he has decided to accept ignorantly carried great dangers, but also an unlikely mix of his old childhood interests and life-long reality.

-Owns an unusual wand made of a very special and rare type of wood. It was a gift from his father, although it has been in the family for generations and was a gift from an old family friend from Brazil, as this particular wood can only be found in the rainforests of South America. Only a select few family members were able to wield it, however.
-Calls his wand Sybil.
-He is not an antimagus, though he's hoping to become one at some point.
-In his case, a Boggart takes the form of his father, and the way to defend against it is performing his patronus as a way of showing his capabilities (it being a difficult magic to master)

Isadora Albescu Fuji -"Being of an eastern European descent myself, I have heard of the Albescu family, though my knowledge is limited. She seems to live up to the family name, that is - being unusual. I've personally seen more than once her inexplainable attraction of creatures."

Nichole Arminstance - "She's an acquired taste. One I haven't fully digested quite yet. That aside, her skills in transfiguration have come in handy on a few occasions. We've spent a drunk night together once and I'm not sure what she thinks of it, but I'm staying clear of any sort of attachment."

Kieran McMillan - "Bit of a house pet. But, he gives an insight from the more non-human perspective which is acceptable."

Velvet Gertrude Moon - "She seems a bit prudish, though a valuable team member. I'm not a huge fan of obsessively happy people but as long as they carry their weight. What her family is in the muggle world, mine is in the wizard world... and more." 

Arthur Stone - "Dusty. He's not a fan of my area of expertise, just like most except he's a little more vocal about it. Perhaps because I'm closer to him than most others. On a side note, I recognize great benefit of his specialty in this line of work."

Natalia Jade DeVito - "Something odd is going on with her and I'm drawn to finding out what it is. She's very careful about what she shares about her past."

Athos Du Vallon - "Crow guy. Not really sure what to think of him. We haven't crossed paths often."

Felix Twycross - "Another silent type. Yet those eyes seem to stab my very essence whenever he looks at me. I'm getting a feeling he, too, dislikes my choice in magical learnings."

Sebastian Montague - "Another new guy. I've no opinion of him except for the fact that I consider his specialty a wasted talent."

Richard Baar - "I respect his tenacity and need to prove his self-worth, but he's a bit of a knucklehead. Running head-first into a situation is probably not the smartest approach, especially in our line of business."

The Caretaker - "An unusual creature unlike any I've encountered in my studies. Despite his odd appearance he seems to still posses some levels of humanity in him. His vast knowledge on the both wizard and muggle world is enough to have him around. As for his attitude, I've never really cared enough to hear his story, though. All these old people tend to whine about the same problems."
