Hello everyone! I'm back from my brief hiatus and I'm looking for some roleplays. Currently, I've been craving a mermaid roleplay and I thought I might as well make a 1x1 interest check to try and fulfill that craving. Below I've listed some general things I would like my rp partner to know.

I would also like to clarify that I would like to be the one to play as the mermaid ^^

I've been roleplaying ever since middle school and I've been on RPG for a long time, since before the guild fell. I'm 21 years old. I have just finished up community college and I'm hoping to attend university in the fall.

Please read the information below on Gender Pairings

Gender Pairings I Can Play

I can play both males and females and I can do either MxM or MxF pairings. And I hate to be that kind of person but I prefer to play the female in a MxF pairing. It's not for lack of trying but every time I've played a male in a MxF setting, I lost interest in the rp quite fast. And I don't want to label my male characters a dom or a sub but they generally are not aggressive or dominant in any way. But that doesn't mean they're shy little wallflowers either. Some of them are, but others are feisty and sassy.

Grammar and punctuation. I'm not going to become a grammar Nazi but I would like an understanding of English. I'm not going to blow up over every little spelling mistake. Hell, I'm a victim of them too. I tend to type rather fast and at the end I try to comb through my post for mistakes but sometimes they slip through despite my best efforts.

Posting length. Now, I can write anywhere from two decent paragraphs to many paragraphs. I'm not asking my partner to write a novel with each post but I would like to see a decently-sized post.

I understand life can get in the way. I'm going to get slightly busy when school and work starts back up again. Notify me if you're going to be absent or the post might be delayed and I will do the same. This also applies if you are growing uninterested or are having problems thinking of a reply. Let me know and I'll do my best to help you find a way around your writers block or make the rp interesting again.

No smut or sexual interactions of any kind. It's not my cup of tea so I would prefer to fade to black.

I'm not opposed to cursing, there are just some situations that require a curse word to accurately express one's feelings but please do not make every other word a cuss word. I hear that enough in real life from my brother as it stands.

Alright boys and girls, I'm back! This shall not die, not if I have a say! That being said, I need to discuss some things with Malac because they haven't created their characters and it's a little hard for them to right now because they are currently teaching at a summer camp. But this will get started one way or another.

Also! Would you all be dears and create a four digit number for your character(s)?

I'm sorry to say but the IC will not be up this week. I know I said it would and I hate to go back on my word, but I just won't have the time to start it and then manage it. Next week is graduation and the week after that is finals so the professors are piling the work on. That is not to say that I am giving up on this roleplay, I'm not at all. I will start this, but it will most likely be after school settles down. So all I'm asking for is a little patience and to please not give up on me or this roleplay.
