Hey this RP is awesome, like friggen radically so, however I just don't have the time to keep up with the constant stream of epic posts coming from you guys! So yeah. Sorry guys but I gots to bail. Have fun though!
Gil got to his feet as it looked like a fight was going to break out but as things settled down again so did he although with a slightly disappointed expression although he had to admit it was probably better off this way. He began to relax in his seat and his eyes caught sight of a young lady whose hair seemed to be floating above her as though she was under water. "Woah." He said under his breath. "Hey!" He called out as loud as he dared. "Um... your hair is floating. Like, how?" He asked with note of curiosity in his voice. An older man stood up in front of all the students and Gil's attention snapped to him as he spoke about the dormitories and sleeping arrangements. Excitement bubbled up inside him as he felt the approaching year of this academy.
Gil watched and waited to one side as the first 'group' of people introduced themselves to the school. His interest was peaked at the first kid, someone who called himself Slick, when he mentioned he was a pyromancer. A fire user Gil thought to himself as a small smile pulled at his mouth. He wasn't inherently competetive but he was curious and seeing someone else with fire magic immediately made him want to see the possible variety and he made a mental note to speak to this Slick later. The other two students looked every bit as interesting as the first although he felt a chill creep through his spine at the Mark's warning about challenging him. Finally, seeing a gap, he went up himself for his own introduction. "'Sup" he started looking around expectadly. There was no cue or interruption so he figured he just sort of continued. "I'm Gil. Uh Gil Cob." He glanced at Slick and flashed a small smile. "A pyromancer. Sort of. It's dragon fire." He paused and opened his mouth to continue then shook his head and went to sit down. No need to mention his rank or his remarkably average scores in the exams.
So is this sort of the point where all the charaters are introducing themselves or is just like members of the student council or what?
Name: Gil Cob Photo: Age: 17 Gender: Male Abilities: Dragon Fire Generation and Manipulation. How you could work in a team: Offensive. Personality: Brash and impatient and, often unfortunately, full of energy. He is excitable and loves being entertained whether it be through a fight or chilling with friends. When it does come to the former however he loses his normal easy-going demeanor and becomes totally focused on the task at hand. History: Gil's parents were thieves and unfortunately not particularly good. He spent most of his early childhood living in squalor before his parents were caught and he was taken away to live in a foster home. It was four years before his parents came back and when they did he relished the opportunity to leave with them, then leave them. Striking out on his own at a young age he fell in with the 'wrong' crowd and quickly found them distasteful. In an effort to get away from all of it he inadvertently discovered his burgeoning abilities. Not long after that a silent onlooker approached about the opportunity to go somewhere that would enhance and train his abilities. Other: His greatest wish is that he learn to fly...
