That's a question people back in my home have been asking for millennia. There's no real clear answer. The best advice I can give is to not be too hard on yourself; you're young and going to be growing for a long time. You have plenty of time to figure out what you want to be and how to be it. But if it helps, the rest of us are here to remind you that you're worth more than you can imagine.

Dawn, I don't think it means anything. That's just the name for our family. If you're a part of it, that's what matters, not that you hold up to some ideal of it. You don't need to meet any standards that anyone other than yourself has for you. As a parent, it's my job to give you the tools you need to be happy and to live up to the standards you set for yourself. That's all there is to it.

I don't really think I was, at best I was strongest, not best. But that's not the point. Even the greatest people have flaws and problems. Nobody is free of them. I don't know why we have the ones we have, but I intend to do my best to help with them.

Ah... Well, a lot of them are. She tends to embellish some of them, but... Most of them are at least somewhat true.

Cheating is wrong, and I hope she knows that already, but I don't think it registers to her that she was cheating.
