LIMITATIONS

That means that if e.g he wanted to have a sword made entirely of gold he would be able to take a rock or any elongated solid object and turn it into that sword. It's all based on his imagination. As for the Mixing thing, I don't see how this and that resemble one another. That one is more or less alchemy while this is the power of imagination.

I would also add that you cannot change mass or energy of an object and they must be the same type of item. For example metal to metal. Stone to stone. Liquid to liquid. You still cannot manipulate seawater. And you cannot manipulate anything organic. So no wood warping or anything like that. 

You also need to set a finite limit of how much mass you can do at a single time.

【Personality】
Yumeko was raised partly in the leaf and partly in the mist. She considers both to be her home and have met people from both places that are precious to her. She is usually very shy and reserved as she lacks self confidence in social matters. She would rather be on a mission than in a group of talkative people her age. It takes a special someone to break her out of her shell (yes this is a challenge :D ). She is often a bit ditzy  though. She misses jokes that people tell her and often doesn't realize that people are actually talking to her. Her free time is mostly spent alone in her Konogakure apartment or out training. The number of people she is close to can be counted on one hand.

	Despite all of her shyness and social awkwardness she isn't cold. She suffers from social anxiety and wants to be part of a group of friends but finds it painfully difficult to navigate the social structures of life. She is also incredibly lazy. She naps far too much and often has a hard time getting motivated to move around.

【History】
0-6 
	Her mother Akisora, was a prominent kirigakure ninja. She was wed to a cold and distant man known to most as the "Crimson Tempest" who held the title of Mizukage for a short seven years but dying before Yumeko's birth. Yumeko's mother, Akisora, also died when she was relatively young at only three years old. Her death was sudden and put under investigation. Little is known exactly what went down during the investigation but she was ruled to have died as "natural causes" and nothing else was ever brought up on the subject. She has just a few faint memories of her mother before her death. It seemed she had lived a good life for as much as she can recall. However after her mother's death all the way till she was six years old she was held in Konohagakure. A good friend of her mother's lived there and decided to help raise her.

	During her early school days she was shipped back and forth between Konogakure and Kirigakure. This was in part to the fact that Kirigakure was still her official home and her "guardian" was in kirigakure. However her konohagakure guardian fought for custody of her as well. However in the end the custody was lost and she had to bid farewell to her Konohagakure family for a short while till she finished school. 

	She preffered Konohagakure to be honest but she knew that her home was originally Kirigakure. In Kiri she felt she was discriminated against since her father had not been a popular Mizukage and her white hair and red eyes were often the target for bullying. Back in Konoha she had to deal with a small amount of bullying because of her foreign status but it was almost playful. Nothing like the malicious intent behind those that were bullying her in Kiri. Though over time she was accepted. In fact as many began to hit puberty she became quite popular with many boys but only ever to turn them down. 

12-16

	During her high school years she graduated into a Genin and then quickly into Chunin at age 13. Her powerful chakra and quick reflexes made it easy for her to take up the next level. However at about 15 she seemed to hit some kind of block in her development. She hasn't gained much skill or power since that age. She still trains every day and she pushes herself as much as possible...yet something is missing. If anything she feels as if she is getting weaker. Many of the people she blew past in power have now caught up or even surpassed her. It was at this time that she decided that her multiple visits to Konoha would be permanent. 

	There was an option to become an ambassador for Kiri to Konoha. She would get to keep her connections to Kiri but get to live in the lush and beautiful Konoha. However her mission statuses were a bit low and so she had to kick her rear into gear and focus more on her own achievements in order to try and get the position. However the first attempt failed. Having now assumed a more prominent role in her ninja life she managed to pull out a decent record when another position opened up a few months later. This time she was narrowly able to obtain the position. Strangely enough two of the other applicants...didn't make it on time....*flash over to the entrance to see two ninja bound in threads made of blood**flashback to regular history* It seemed the perfect change of pace that could help her advance her ninjutsu to the next level. However the results were less than satisfying as she feels she gained some strength but nothing like she had hoped. She still stands in this stifling and terrible stall of her own skills.

	You will notice that I have not mentioned many issues with friends or family except for the loose relationships she have with her mother's friend in Konoha. Her mother's friend was an ex-ninja turned bakery owner. She is a kind but strict woman who makes sure she goes to bed at a good time and forces her to do her laundry (without her she would let it pile up to the ceiling or worse wear it over again). Other than that she has actively avoided or failed to gain any meaningful relationships. She has professional relationships and even semi-friendly relationships. However she isn't part of any click and because of her constant movement she has never been a permanent member of any kind of squad or team. She longs for this and thus has been her secret goal this year to gain.

【Family ties】
Tenchi grew up mostly raised by her foster mother Nanao. She isn't a ninja but runs a bakery. She grew up helping her in the kitchen making bread. Nanao was strict but was always kind to her. She wouldn't talk to much about her parents and wouldn't talk much about her time as a ninja. It wasn't a secret it was just a conversation topic that Nanao avoided for personal reasons. She had chores and she often would train her ninja skills but much of childhood was spent alone in her room napping.

Nanao Yamadora | Foster | Currently 43 and still single. She has been a strong independent woman who didn't need no man. However she would like to see if she can get a man before she gets too old. Or a women...I don't think she is picky. She was once a ninja but left that kind of life after her two teammates were killed in a tragic mission. She felt that there was more to life that simply being a ninja and left to make bread which was her father's past time. 

【Dreams and fears】
Her dreams are simple ones. On the surface what she really really wants is to find some people she can call a family. Maybe she wants to meet someone who will be her one and only or maybe she just needs to have some close friends. Either way she wishes for a family badly. Though she has secret desires and that is to unlock her potential. She grew up learning that both her father and mother were incredible ninja capable of great things. However now she is 17 years old and only a basic Chunin with hardly any improvement in two years. 

	Her greatest fear is that she will never be able to get over her own awkwardness and anxieties. She fears she will live her life all alone and when Nanao dies she won't ever have any kind of family left. She also fears being weak for the rest of her life. She fears that she will be a disappointment. Often she falls into a deep depression and questions if she should even exist in this world at all if she is just meant to be a failure. 

	Someone looking into it would see her holding a knife to her throat and thinking about resons why she should or shouldn't. A tear falls down the side of her cheek. On the first image she cuts into her neck. The second image she stays that way forever frozen in time and unable to put the knife down. Both are equally terrifying to her.

【Fighting style】
She fights with weapons or taijutsu enhanced by her own blood. Her focus is mostly on an aggressive close to mid range tactics based on her high speed regeneration and unexpectedly dexterous blood. She also has the ability to heal herself rapidly after taking damage to a non-vital part of her body. Often she will take an attack so she can get a better vantage point to counter attack.

【Kekkei genkai, or bloodline limit】
Chiton
The Tenchi Kekkei Genkai is the ability for her to use her blood at her will. The basis of which is she can command it to replicate at lighting speeds to create as much blood as she can create with her chakra. Her body contains about 30 percent more blood than a normal person of the same size. 
	
	The advantage of using blood is the fact that it is in fact thicker than water. Any water jutsu faced off again blood will lose if it has the same power. It also has the advantage of not being weak to earth type chakra. However the weakness is that it is not extra effective against fire. It is neutral to all elements. 

	The next portion of her Kekkei Genkai is that she has incredibly fast regenerative abilities. She cannot regenerate her internal organs but her skin and blood vessels she can heal in seconds. An example is if she is cut in the arm and a huge gash is sliced in she can health that quickly. However if she is stabbed in the stomach she will go down from the same internal injury to her liver as anyone else. 

	The last portion of her Kekkei genkai that gives people the creeps. She can drink the blood of others to absorb the latent chakra within the blood. Its post powerful if drank directly from the blood vessels of a living person. Blood that has been sitting out or from a dead body will be devoid of chakra. She can only drink it fresh. There is also a limit to how much chakra she can absorb at one time from drinking blood.
Strengths:

At her current level she has mastered several blood based jutsu. At any point in time she is able to heal most of her surface injuries quickly in battle without having to expend much chakra for it. The most powerful jutsu she is able to do is the great blood dragon. Because of the fact she has to create the blood she expends extra energy for the amount of volume the weapon or jutsu will require. However once it is created it doesn't take that much to manipulate it so long as it doesn't stray to far from her original body. 

	The greatest advantage however isn't combat but rather the fact she can re-charge her chakra though drinking the blood of her enemies. Its not uncommon for her to be seen bent over the wounded and drink from their wounds in the midst of battle. Then she will stand up with red splashed across her alabaster face and ruby stains in her snow white hair.

Weaknesses:

Chiton or blood ninjutsu requires a lot of chakra. If not used correctly she can easily drain herself. Also if she uses to much of her own blood without considering the chakra that it takes to replenish her personal supply she may cause herself to black out from anemia. As stated before there is no element that takes an advantage over her blood jutsu but that also means there is no element that it is particularly useful against.

Range:Mid to long range. Roughly 50% more than a regular shuriken range.

Description:Having exposed either her blood from the veins or from blood of hers already outside of her body she takes a bit into her hand and slings it at an opponent. The shape of the blood isn't necessarily set. She can make it shaped like a senbon needle or a spinning shuriken. It is possible to keep them as beads of blood to keep it from being non-lethal. The force the attack is greater than a regular shuriken of the same size and the range is slightly longer

Description:She uses her blood to create a bladed weapon she can wield. The weapon moves from solid to liquid at her will and allows her to change its shape and size to suit the needs of the combat. Common things she makes them into would be swords, scythe and spear. She can create more vague shapes such as floating blades that she can control independent to her body. At this stage the weapons are only as powerful as normal weapons. The only advantage she has is that she is able to move the weaposn both with her physical strength and with her control of the blood making them seem lighter. However the durability and edge of weapons are no better than your standard issue steel weapons. This is one of her major road blocks in development she is currently trying to get over.

Description:The jutsu allows her to regenerate soft tissue in her body. She can clot wounds almost immediately. She is able to repair her heart and other vital arteries as well as her veins. It enhances the time it takes to heal from broken bones but that is over time (such as weeks rather than months to heal from a broken bone). It does little to nothing to heal her other internal organs such as liver, lungs or eyes. She is unable to use this ability on anyone else so it doesn't qualify as a medical ninjutsu.

Description:The jutsu functions pretty much the same as any other elemental dragon technique. However its purely made of blood and requires a huge amount of chakra. However after the blood is created it is often able to be used again in new techniques afterwards.

Description: It works as any other clone jutsu of an elemental type. When the clone is destroyed however the blood splatters around as the volume used to create the body will still exist. This is used often with other jutsu. An example of a combination is to use a clone to attack an opponent who strikes it down. however the blood from the clone is used to create a weapon to strike down the opponent.

Description: The Jutsu works by creating a red mist that obscures the vision of the opponent. It also creates an opportunity to create weapons out of the air. To a very vague extent the mist can be used as a sensory style technique and allow her to get a vague idea of where an opponent is as they make contact with the bloody mist.
