Prefered Alias: Jay Mathews
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Description: Jay stands at 6'1, and weighs at around 250 lbs. Cyborgs are heavy things, after all. His hair is an average length for men his age. He usually just lets his hair do as it pleases, not being one for a stylized appearance, and he ends up with some sort of permanent bed hair style. Believing being a shaved man makes him stand out in a crowd, he usually adorns a light stuble.
History: Dumpster babies are the government's favorite things. Jay is no exception. When someone working for the shady facilites found a deformed child, on the brink of death in some equally shady alley way, experiment 08345-00089 began. They began by trading the infant's low-functioning limbs for high tech new ones, complete with synthetic skin and little hairs. Jay had been one of the governments first big projects.
As he grew over the years, the scientists were determined to make Jay the most human-like weapon the world would never known existed. Along with years of being taught essential skills known by any assassin, the scientists continued their experiments. When Jay was 14, they traded one of his human eyes for a fake one. One that would work better than a human eye, allowing him to see farther and crisper than ever before. When he was 16, they traded his heart for a synthetic one. One that would boost his cardiovascular strength exponentionally and allow him to run much farther without tireing out his heart. The scars left by the transplant were wiped away by the same technique the government used in Leonel. When Jay was 18, they replaced his lungs for artificial ones, similar to his heart. Even with an artificial heart, the operation had been traumatic on his body, and Jay barley survived. After rehabilitation, however, Jay's new lungs worked more effictiently than his old ones and are still not easily punctured.
He completed his first assassination at 19. It was clean, textbook work, and played a huge part in making Jay the man he is today.
