Current I can't go bumping it yet, but I've updated my 1x1 interest check with pairings and fandoms. If you were looking at that before and waiting for those, I've taken care of it now.

I hate to come in just to say this, but with the approaching holidays, things are growing busier here irl. Seeing as I've fallen rather behind, and likely won't have time to catch up soon, it's probably best for me to just turn in on this, at least for now. Like I want to stick around but I seriously don't think I'll be able to pull it off right now. So uh yeah. :(

If y'all will still have me a bit down the line though, I'd be happy to come back. With a new character in Nadia's place if need be.
I went away for a few days and suddenly there's like a million people in City K and what the hell happened while my back was turned. Is Gastro dead?

Well, the car had hit its mark and exploded right in the alien's face. For just a moment, Nadia thought it was already over and everyone had just overestimated the threat. That was, of course, before the car's engine was thrown her way. Nadia had plenty of time to step out of the way, and hear the alien roar out in rage as it leapt upward, before crashing back down and shaking the earth itself into a wave. So that's how we're doing things. Clearly this alien wanted to get rough. Nadia now had to oblige. Just in time too, for a fucking dragon to show up. One of the S-Class heroes, no doubt; Nadia recalled that one of them could do that.

At least somebody would be able to draw all the media's attention for this one.

As the dragon hero roared and released an explosion of flame, Nadia charged in as well, unsheathing her sakabato and turning the sword around in her hand. This was a situation for the bladed end. As Nadia closed the gap, she swung her sword downward, aiming for the alien's arm. As much as she'd like to get this done quickly, she knew better than to rush a fight.

"After two sunders, we can basically start doing damage to it," Nadia said. Where was she? The answer was simple. She - along with two dozen of her fellow warriors of justice - were assembled in an molten cavern, glancing from a distance at a massive dragon that lied just ahead. Each and every one of them was clad in only the finest of weapons and armor. They were ready for this fight; Nadia knew it. The whole thing might have seemed more epic to onlookers if it weren't for one little issue. None of this was real. Over Nadia's ears was a headset, complete with microphone to let her vocally communicate with fellow gamers, and in front of her was a computer monitor with the "warriors of justice" all on-screen, featuring several action bars with tanking abilities Nadia had set up to use. "When it gets into phase two, nuke it as hard as possible. Until then, you--"

Her explanation of raid boss mechanics was cut short by what sounded like a small alarm going off near her. Dammit! Nadia glanced in the direction of the sound's source, to see evacuation orders issued for Cities K, S, and T. Just her luck. "Sorry guys. Duty calls. Any of you in those cities, go somewhere safe. I want to hear from all of you when this is over." Whatever had dared to threaten these cities was making it difficult to go about the activities she wanted to do on her downtime. City K was closest to her, and as such was the logical destination. No doubt the Association was already deploying heroes to all three cities. Nadia - no, Collider - would have to show whatever was behind this a thing or two about justice.

It wasn't much later that Nadia was in City K, clad in Collider costume and weapon at hand. From her spot, it was fairly easy to tell where the chaos was coming from. The spot with the fallen buildings, no doubt. There was a...good god that thing was ugly. The nearby pod type thing made it fairly clear. This was some sort of alien, right? Goodie. Fearless though she may have been, however, Nadia wasn't stupid. She had no clue what this alien was capable of. Rather than blindly charging in, she had to get an idea of its powers. And so, Nadia activated her ability for just a brief moment, granting herself superior strength and speed with which she ran toward a small car about half a block down, delivering a full-force kick to the vehicle once she was there. The vehicle flew off, toward her target.

That'll show it to mess with my raid schedule. Maybe.
Sounds like I'm headed for City K then.
Speaking of lower classes, am I good to go? *points at top of page*

If you haven't gotten to me just yet that's fine too; don't rush yourself just for me ^_^;
@Phobos Limiting the number of further S-Class applicants we get would probably be best. If everybody's already near the top, where's the fun in that?
Kinda procrastinated setting this up, but here ya go. I'll probably just stick with the one hero for now.
Oh yes, I have just the character(s) for this. A bit of tweaking here and there and I should have two characters for this if you'll have me.
