@propro I think of Red X as a PG version of Red Hood to be fair so I could understand why they wouldn't want him in the comics since he's somilar to Jason personality and moral-wise

It's gonna be amusing having Red X with the robins when he sides with or against them. I imagined a feud with Damian and a sort of playful-sarcastic-bickering with Kuroko.

NAME: Velius Phan
AGE: 16
ALIAS: Red X, 'X'
APPEARANCE: Velius is normally seen with jet black -fluffy- hair that appears neither unkempt nor neat, The type of hair which causes one to develop an urge of habitually giving it a tousle of some sort. His skin is slightly tanned and his eyes are his most notable features due to it's coloration of being a light brownish-reddish color. A signature trait of his however, is how his facial features are quite expressive, especially his lips which apparently curve into a cheshire-like grin of mischief and barely a smirk which radiates kindness.

'Street-wise' or in 'civilian clothing', Velius appears to dress a bit like a rebel one can say. Well to put it simply, he has no particular style and tends to wear whatever is comfortable. Sweats, an ugly flannel, etc; Velius keeps it simple and doesn't feel the need to 'dress to impress' and could care less what anyone says about how he dresses. However as 'Red X', Velius dons a black suit apparently marked with a red X across his chest on the left side. His mask resembles a skull which is also marked with that signature 'X', and he wears a belt and specially made gloves. From a glance, it is quite simple in structure, lightly armored rather than being heavy and he depends on timing and speed as well as stealth more than anything else. [X] [X]
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Utility Belt: X's belt has an invisibility and teleportation device. However if he desires to be hidden, it only lasts for a solid 6 minutes while his teleportation device only allows him to travel within a 2.5 mile radius only 4 times before he has to wait for it to recharge again for 8 minutes. It is geared with smoke and Explosive pellets, X-shaped shurikens, Electric X's..

@RubyOooh, That sounds nice :) Thank you, i'm up for the idea if you're serious (Of course I understand that I can't power play and whatnot ; and that there'll be some shit happening through X's actions B)) Which makes this even more better and amusing ).

@RubyI'm aware, thank you :) But I think I may just go with a genderbent-version of cheshire with some OC elements perhaps.. Plus I don't know to much about wildcat and Catman truly either (Some information about them, but other than that not a lot) so yeah. I mean I was meaning to make Cassandra Cain, but It seemed like there was plenty of heroes so I decided not to and had the idea of an infiltrator/information broker/assassin-type thing. I guess similar to Red-X with the 'Cheshire' name since a 16 year old assassin wouldn't be allowed yet or at all (maybe later in the role-play--Heck if I know)? :)

My ideas are all over the place. I can't explain it clearly without it being jumbled up!

Edit: uff... now that i think about it, the idea is similar to red X I guess <_< oeihfoiefhoewhf

@ProProAwesome! I'll make a neutral ; It seems like most of the cast are 'old' and theres basically only 1 kid/tween/teen whatever you wish to call the robin, So.... I might try the teen thing out and make a 16 year old I guess.
He shall be catwoman/cheshire-esque.. I'll keep it street level, so most likely I guess he'll be like the cattleman (damn macbook corrections) from Gotham. Don't know yet, the idea is very vague in my mind.

@BrinkThis will be interesting since i'm making a 3rd division captain in the works with GMs, and one thing about her would be that at one point she had twin children. ( I only saw prodigy and age, so I could only imagine the dynamic will be very interesting c:)
