Interesting. This looks like it would be good for other host to get into as well, since they could be better at actually forming the Dreamscape.

Personality could be added to the character sheet, for both in and out of the Dreamscape.

What happens when you get hurt or die in the Dreamscape? Is your ability to enter the Dreamscape destroyed? Does your Physical body show signs of the injuries? Or is their no affect?

What about daydreaming? Can you only enter the Dreamscape at certain times? Or can it be entered at any time?

What about location? Does it matter where you are in the "real" world?

@Tachi For the most part yes. Specifically it increases his attack strength, and makes it slightly harder to see where the blade itself is, making it harder to block. Not only that, but anything that is weak to dark based attacks takes additional damage. However, bright light (like the noon sun for instance) weakens both the damage increase and the difficulty to block. Training will fix this (as he learns to absorb the light through the shadows) but that is months, if not years, away depending on how he is trained.

Edited to fit better. Hikatokage no shōhisha is now a dagger on Hisoka's waist, and Hisoka's outfit changes to something from a magical girl show for a male character.

Hisoka Himura

Appearance

Personality: Hisoka is generally a quiet boy, keeping to himself unless others come to him. When they do (although with 'Hikatokage no shōhisha' on his back, this is rare) they find a moderately friendly person who would like to make friends and help save the world, or at least his part of it. Hisoka also dreams of finding the perfect, or relativity perfect wife, although he does not know what that might entail, but knows enough to not discount any girl right out.

Abilities: Hisoka is extremely strong and tough, and heals quickly. He wields the unique Runeblade 'Hikatokage no shōhisha' (seen in the appearance hider) which is capable of using a wide verity of light and Dark based attacks, while at the same time being able to negate attacks of those same properties. When not in use, Hikatokage no shōhisha is a small dagger on Hisoka's waist; but when drawn transforms both itself an Hisoka. Hikatokage no shōhisha takes the appearance of the sword in the image, while Hisoka takes on an outfit similar to this one, except that the pants and gloves are a pure white. Hikatokage no shōhisha is also capable of communicating and (at least to a point) training its wielder. As of now, Hisoka is just barely able to draw on 'Hikatokage no shōhisha's' abilities and can only shoot out light based projectiles (with minimum control) and cover his blade in shadows.

Skills: Right now Hisoka only knows the basics of fighting with a sword, as he only recently found 'Hikatokage no shōhisha', but he is learning. Hisoka is also an excellent cook and dancer, both of which he taught himself so that he would have an easier time with the ladies.

Brief Back-story: Hisoka grew up normally, and lived a normal life. That was, until a Runeblade wielder went mad and started destroying everything. The rampage didn't last long and didn't kill anyone due to the Runeblade turning on its wielder and cutting off his power. The Runeblade then flew into the sky and landed at Hisoka's feet. This awoke in Hisoka his powers and was the beginning of Hisoka's new life, and he has had his new-found powers for almost two weeks now.

A couple of things I think would make this better...

First of all, you should make it so that there are multiple locations like this with the story only taking place here. This would give your world a bit more depth and realism.

Also, CS guides (Age ranges and stuff like that) and power restrictions (unless you want a bunch of Magical Lyrical Nanohas running around) would be nice in my opinion.

"Single Worst location"...

Personality: Chaz is mostly A nice person who doesn't really make friends. He often stops to help people out when he can, but doesn't allow people to get close to him in case they discover his secret. Because of this, he remains closed off from most people. However for those who do manage to enter into the realm of madness know as his circle of friends, they find a crazy, helpful, playfully insulting (he NEVER harms anyone with his words, he views that as just wrong), and scary person is hidden behind the calm exterior. Very few have seen Chaz get truly mad, and none have walked away from his direct anger.

When it come to the government, Chaz is very much against the way they handle thing in some areas, and very supportive in others. He would much rather have the government just keep a registry of the CotD then hunt them down. Just like you would keep a registry of people with a weapons permit. His views on other areas are similar, if it doesn't cause a problem, then it shouldn't be seen as a problem.

Bio: Chaz grew up in the corporate circle, and has had a relatively normal life. He went to school, learned how to run the family tech store, and got all of the licenses necessary. The only times he has ever had anything out of the ordinary happen is one time, when he was fifteen, his best friend was killed in an accident caused by the MPF, which caused him to close up; and a time when a CotD tried to kidnap him and he turned its own power (the power to cause major allergic reactions) against it, killing it. The fallout of the killing was actually pretty minor as the death was put down as an unlucky accident.
Skills: Bartering, cooking, organizing, finances, store-keeping/managing, understands how to use any piece of technology that doesn’t interface with the human body, as well most clean (aka doesn't need any extra tools or medical knowledge) interfacing tech. Advanced programming skills and basic electronic skills are also a necessity for his job.
Power: Chaz has the power to identify and copy and other Child of the Dark's power, however he can only identify a persons powers by seeing them; or mimic a persons power if he has touched them, and only for as long as he touched them. This can stack indefinitely, so if he knocks out a CofD, or interacts with them physically then he is building up the amount of time he can use their power. He can store any number of powers.
Drawback: Chaz has a headache that slowly builds up as he absorbs others power. The headache grows in relation to the amount of time he has charged for each power, however the headache goes away as long as he is not charging his power. Each power he charges causes a different headache, and they don't combine. This means that if he charges one power up to the point of a migraine, then goes and starts charging another, then the headache starts at the bottom again. However, if he starts charging the first power again, the headache goes right back to where it was. As of now, this limits him to no more then an hour long charge for any power, as that is all of the pain he can stand. In addition to his personal drawback, while using another's powers, he has all of their drawbacks.
Possessions: In addition to partial ownership of the store (to prevent anything going wrong if his parents died); he has a small amount of saved up wealth; a moderately good condition vehicle custom rigged by hand that he personally maintains; and several household tech devices. Nothing like what the R&D or political circles have (he can't afford it), but a fair amount nonetheless.
Other: Not much more to tell...yet.

Bio: 3200BC- 3100BC: The earliest memory "John" has, is waking up in another man's home, with that man claiming to have saved his life. In order to repay him, John helped out in his smithy (with copper mostly) until one day he accidentally mixed the copper with something else, and overheated it. However the material that came out was far stronger then the copper he was used to. Over the next couple of weeks, the smithy went from smelting and forging a moderate amount of copper, to experimenting with what would soon be known in the region as bronze. It took years to to find what he had first stumbled upon that day, and to find the best combination of ores and heat to smelt and forge good bronze. However, over this time people had started whispering about him, for they had noticed something he had not. He didn't age, and even when almost the entire village got sick he was perfectly fine. Eventually, although he helped around the village, although mainly in the smithy, the people eventually chased him away.

3100BC- 1800BC: After being chased out of the village, he wondered from place to place, earning his way by giving out the secrets of bronze working. It wasn't long until he saw the improvement bronze had on peoples lives. So over the years he taught one people after another how to work bronze, or if/when they already knew some other technology, in return for learning something that only they know; or if nothing like that was available, for coin and valuables. Over these millennia he picked up a large verity of skills and gained and lost riches that would make anyone envious, at one point even becoming a secret advisor for the emperor of China. Although that didn't last long, it lasted long enough for him to learn the art of the politician.

1800BC- 1700AD: John spent these years much as he had the last couple of millennia, wondering around and trading technology, combat techniques, arts, and any other information he could gather, learning language after language and watching each one grow and change. Many of his other technological feats include steel, gunpowder, and the rifle. While travelling he has been in and out of numerous courts, led armies, gathered treasures, lost his treasures, and gathered more.

1700AD- 1900AD: John was one of the first to travel to the "New World". It was the first time since he could remember that he felt true despair for the natives were thousands of years behind much of the rest of the world and it would take generations for him to catch them up. He didn't get very long to try as the invasion of the new world began, and he soon gave up on this endeavour and hid himself away for a small time, coming back out to see the "colonies" rebelling against the homelands. He joined the side of the rebels, soon to be revolutionaries, and spent the next decade or two fighting. Afterwords, he helped build up the nation that would become the "United States of America", assisting in the creation of several technologies that helped pave the way. However, he has never stopped fighting for the suppressed, and joins any cause that is truly suppression of freedom. Slavery, Equal rights, and many other instances have often seen him as a background leader, giving them the tools and ideas necessary to win.

1900AD- 1945AD: John spent much of this time in the background working on technologies to assist the USA, and slowly building up his wealth. However when the attack on Pearl Harbor happened, he went full out. Developing weapon after weapon to give America and her allies as much of an advantage as he could. The final weapon he ever developed was "Fat Man". This was the beginning of his current problems, since almost every project had a group picture at some point.

1945AD-1980AD: After the devastation of "Fat Man" John changed. Yes, many of his technologies has killed people, but no single weapon was responsible for so much death, so quickly. It took years before he could come to terms with it. He has even attempted to kill himself once or twice. However, even though he was staying out of the lime light, the government had already started to look for him. You see, all of the projects he had worked on over the years had pictures. With him in them. It didn't take long for the government to realize that he wasn't ageing in the photos. With the rise of the computer the problem just got worse.

1980AD- Present: John has spent much of this time living normally, or as normally as he could having to move every 10 years or so. Whenever some new scientific discovery was made, he learned everything about it he could, and was actually fairly certain of Vestis' existence long before it was discovered, but due to being hunted he wasn't able to do anything about it. However with ID security being what it is he has had a large multitude of problems hiding, but so far he has managed.
