So, i've been toying with this idea for a while. But pretty after seeing some other guys do something similar, i've decided to try it out in a different way:

Pretty much, i'm looking for some writers to take part in a multiverse RP. One where weird things happen based off of Hasbro (And affiliated) properties, such as:

*Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
*Action Man
*Zoids
*Jem & The Holograms
*Beyblade
*My Little Pony
*Gobots
*M.A.S.K.
*Magic the Gathering
*Inhumanoids
*Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light

Pretty much, a whole weird and interconnected universe where you ask yourselves "What if...?" stories an help bring those stories to life in weird and wonderful ways.

What if the Power Rangers were bad guys and Rita and Zedd were the Emperor and Empress of Good? What if the Autobot/Decepticon war never spilled over to Earth? What if Cobra won and destroyed GI Joe, before setting out to take over the world? What if it was Pinkie Pie who was the Element of Magic and became the Allicorn Princess? What if it was the Gobots and Renegades were the ones who came to Earth instead of the Autobots and Decepticons?

And then there's the weird crossover ones that can happen: What if Spike Witwicky and his pals were the ones who were called by Zordon to be his Teenagers with Attitude? What if Cobra Commander was from the Changeling Hives of Equestria, instead of the Himalayan Snakemen of Cobra-La? What if Optimus Prime had scanned Bruce Sato's Rhino and helped him in his fight against Miles Mayhem? What if the Space Knights were defending the galaxy from the denizens of Dimension X instead of the Dire Wraiths? What if Phyrexia invaded Cybertron?

The possibilities are endless and i'd love to discuss some possibilities for stories.

Tentatively interested. Will all of these different AU characters come together to take down a big threat?

@Dragonfly 9 Still figuring out the details. Might run it more like a Nation RP, might run it like "Single character, or team of characters from each AU" We'll see what interest there is and what kind of stories people want to tell.

I have never seen G.I. Joe/Action Force, Zoids, Jem & The Holograms or Inhumanoids because AFAIK they never aired here in the Netherlands and all my Rom knowledge is from Linkara's retrospective but I'm interested

I'm the most familiar with power rangers, but I remember having seen M.A.S.K, Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, gobots, Action Man, Visionaries and MLP gen 1. No ideas for AUs at the moment

@Dragonfly 9@Duthguy So, what kind of RP would you guys prefer? So far i have the following idea's, and "I'm fine with whatever" is an incredibly unhelpful answer, "Preferably B, but i'm also good with A" is a good format for an answer.

A) Traditional Party RP: There is a story about characters going across the different timelines on some kind of adventure, exploring the could have beens and might haves along the way to the greater goal.
B) Nation RP: Pretty much, the RP takes place in 1 specific universe where each player gets to decide one faction that they control, be it G.I. Joe, Cobra, Decepticons, Autobots, Jem and her band, the Space Knights, the Wild Force Power Rangers, the Wind Ninja Academy, the Arashikage Clan, Earth Coprs, ETC. Conflict stems from the clashing of world governments and changing allegiances. The Joes may one day get orders from the president that those guys in Angel Grove cannot be allowed to keep their Colossal Assault Vehicles and that they will surrender them to the US Government. D'Compose might manage to infect Matt Tracker and send out orders for M.A.S.K. to attack Earth Corps.
C) Group Storytelling: Each player gets a whole world to control. They decide how it works. Maybe the Rangers, Joes, Autobots, Holograms, Earth Corps, Space Knights and the like have all been rolled into 1 grand Earth Defence Command? Maybe this is the bad timeline, where Cobra Commander is President of the World, Megatron rules Cybertron with Optimus' head on his throne, the Misfits are the one true girl-band at the top of the charts and Jem is being made to write their songs? Maybe it's a world that has only just started to learn about the new and weird stuff going around. In any case, some great big extra dimensional threat is about to rear its ugly head and all of these timelines are about to become intimately aware of each other.
D) Free Exploration: You chose character/characters that you control. You work for your respective leaders and travel this strange world at your leisure. Team up with allies, fight enemies, do what you will. Just know that, every so often, your higher ups will demand things from you.

I like A the most, personally.

I have never been in a nation rp so I say A as well
