Yugioh: The King's Shadow

Cora too was watching closely. She thought it a unique combination for Joey and Mr. Kaiba to be dueling together. She was honestly invested, especially while the two would occasionly bicker throughout the Duel. To her they sounded like an old married couple and laughed.

Eight turns in with Team Joey: LP 2000, Team Kyo: 1900.

It was Kaiba's turn and team Kyo had a monster face-down, Spellbinding Circle which was binding Blue-eyes White Dragon. Joey and Seto and a card face-down set by Joey and Seto was calculating their next move when he had an idea. He looked to Wheeler who looked back and nodded.

"I play Mystical Space Typhoon, removing the one card you have in your Spell/Trap zone, Spellbinding Circle. Then, I play the card Silver's Cry. Allowing me to select a Dragon type monster from my graveyard and special summon it onto the field. Allowing me to bring back my other Blue eyes White Dragon! Now I have one of my Blue eyes attack your Face-down monster!" Effectively destroying a monster with 2000 defense. "Now my other Blue eyes! Attack them directly! White Lightning!" Taking Team Kyo down to zero lifepoints.

"And with that Ladies and Gentlemen! Team Joey Wins and moves on to the next round!" The Announcer says with excitement. The Group cheers on their friends victory as does the crowd.

Seto and Joey come back to the group before sitting back down. "Congratulations!" Cora cheers. "That was awesome you two!" Tristen comments with Excitement. The two had oddly enough played in sync despite their usual bickering.

I might do some skipping here and there, I was thinking, Cora and Yugi might encounter a pair of Brotherhood members as well, but they are a bit more honorable than what Yami and Serena would be facing. I figure let Yugi have some payback as well, though gives Cora a taste of what she would be witnessing.

The Duelists took to the Dueling Ring as the Announcer spoke again, "Alllriiight Duelists! It's Time to Duel!" All Four Duelists drew the cards as the screen showed 4000 LP for both sides, The Right side: Joey Wheeler, Seto Kaiba. The Left Side: Kyo Kirimura, Yuri Kurama. Right side: Heads, Left side: Tails. A coin flips on the screen in the middle of the Life points. It lands on tails.

Kyo goes first, playing a face-down card on the monster zone, and one face-down on the spell trap zone. He ends his turn. Joey goes next. drawing a card then playing Gearfried the Iron Knight in Attack Mode. He then goes for the attack, which reveals Giant Soldier of Stone which brings Joey and Kaiba's Life Points to 3800 LP. Joey saw it worth it to reveal the monster this way. He lays a face down in the Spell/Trap zone and ends his turn.

Maltoron shook his head as he comes back with two bowls. One with potatoes in it. "Until Orion comes back. It is wise to rest there. He still needs to tend to your headache, and even a headache can slow one's reaction should something happen for something even as simple as peeling potatoes." He explains. "However if you wish to help, I believe tending to the flame will suffice." He says with a soft smile. He didn't want to leave her out of helping but with how bad her headache seemed, he did want her to hurt herself further that she may even accidentally cut her finger off.

Orion wondered that too but they seemed to still be different in some aspects. "I will determine how alright you are when we return to camp. I have to tend to you and Ash and double check on Scarlet even though she is helping me." He explains as they tread back.

When they make it back, Orion has both of them go over to the wagon where he has Shinlo sit on the low step of the wagon. He pulls one of his bags over and opens it. He grabs a container and a roll of cloth. "This ointment is to help moisturize the skin to soothe it. It's the best I can come up with for now." He says as he uses some of the ointment on his arm before wrapping it up. While he does that he glances to Scarlet. "Scarlet, if you are able could you grab a green vial from this bag and go give it to Ash. It will help with her headache."

Maltoron shakes his head. "You are still recovering. Hopefully some food will help out." Once back to camp, Maltoran helps Ash sit down by the fire. The camp set up and ready, even with a table and food next to the wagon and table which is by the wagon. Altoron begins to make dinner.

Orion gets an arm over his shoulder and with the help of Scarlet while Kanarus takes leaf and helping guide them back to came.

Seto looks to Serena before he shrugs. "We might. Would be interesting at least."

Marik nods in agreement with his sister. "True."

With that the Duel Ring was illuminating as a spokesman comes onto the stage while the room dimmed a bit but enough for people to see while the Neon light didn't change. Cora hurried them to sit down as the games were about to begin.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to The Nightingale's Weekend Dueling Club Tournament! Where we love to Duel and have fun! Those are the rules and I don't make the rules!" The Announcer starts off as you can hear some laughter from within the crowd.

"Today's Duels are Tag team, therefore it's two versus two! Rules are simple for the newbies. Each Duelist gets a turn within their little Duo, no Duelist goes a second time unless they have effect cards. Other than that, Life points are four thousand shared each team. Surrenders and Zero life points end the duel. Have fun, no cheating and Let's get to Dueling!" The crowd cheers as a white screen lowers.

"First ones up to get us started is: Team Joey and Team Kyo!" With that Joey and Seto get up and head to the Dueling ring. The crowd roars when they notice that Seto Kaiba is Dueling amongst them.

"Have you learned to change you arm back to its original form?" Orion asks. Figuring if it was taxing enough then it was better to reverse the transformation. Maltoran steadies Ash before taking her back to camp, figuring she better rest. Carth follows them, lowering his head a little to make it easier to see and walk with them. Kanurus decided to wait till Scarlet was ready to go back as well while Altoronleft with Maltoran, Ash and Carth.

"Im sorry. Lets hold off on flying for now." Carth puts his foot down on this. He wanted Shinlo to care for himself than worry about him. Yes he needed to learn all of this but his health came first. Head moves toward the direction of camp.

Orion gingerly examines this arm. "Does it hurt all over or a specific spot?" He asks, getting an idea of what he could do to help.
