Flight would have to be something you'd have from a weapon/power, but it's certainly possible. As for increased physical attributes, yes, that's an automatic. Tsunami was hit by an entire clip and still managed to save the hostages before expiring in the hospital. You just aren't Superman-level.

My own sheet will be up sometime this afternoon.
Yes.
Accepted.
@shagranoz ok, not sure what her power set will be yet, but what about a character who is one of the scientists who was working on studying the magical girl phenomena?

I love it.

Sorry for the delayed arrival.
I'll start to work on my CS in just a bit, been a busy with week so far thanks to minor holidays and usual retail-hellscape issues (like our suppliers not delivering our wares)...
But hey, at least I got the mid-30's jaded mature adult-bit down, huehuehue...

EDIT:

@shagranoz

Regarding the "old" or "first" magical girls though, like Sugar Pink. Are they in their mid-late thirties or early fourties now too? Or are they retired from duty after passing 20? Just curious.

Oh, and regarding out transformed states.
Do we retain our eye and hair color, physique and hairstyle, meaning we just look like our "Mundane" selves, but in a fancy new costume. Or, do our physical features change as well? If the former, is there some kind of "magic masking" going on to prevent everyone from identifying us in our mundane form? Or are people just gonna walk up to us off the street and go: "Gurl, you too old to be wearin' a mini-skirt and tassled gloves."?

Pink is retired of her own accord, and while rumors of other first-generation girls pop up occasionally, most believe them to be the same way. It's not an easy life, and even civilians have to deal with burnout. As for your second question, transformation often changes your appearance, but not always, and even then, several magical girls have outed their civilian identities for various reasons.
If I recall correctly, I had the physics teacher in that one...
So, what sort of ideas does everyone have for their characters?

It was a crisp April day in the Big Apple. The last bits of winter’s chill were still in the air, but even a two-foot blizzard wouldn’t stop The City that Never Sleeps. Something that would, however, was on the horizon.

Brittany was getting her daily walk in, with Spark riding in her purse. She often wondered about the looks she’d get if people could actually see her magical mascot, but the dragon was invisible to anyone except magical girls, so it was all a moot point. Suddenly, two things happened at the same time: Spark sniffed the air, and her cell phone rang.

“I think you miiight want to get that, Brit.”

She checked it, and it was an alert. A monster attack? Here, in New York?! I don't think we've ever had one. Central Park... we're close... Spark glanced at his charge. "Alright, Brit. This is it. No more talking, the real deal. You ready?"

A deep breath to steady her nerves. "I am. Magical Girl! Blazing Heart! Burning Bright!

Spark rose up and breathed a jet of flame over her. Inside, her clothes shifted, and she could feel the magic awaken inside her. Finally, the flames subsided, and for the first time, Blazing Heart stood ready to fight evil and protect the innocent.

"Time to go to work."
