Got some questions related to the school, i know that by the looks of it, it's extremely hard to like, cheat and stuff, but would you say it's impossible? also as someone not so knowledgeable about english cuisine, is it fair to say it's, at least overall, bland? or is that just an internet meme.

Not impossible, probably not too uncommon either although rarely on a large scale.

Frankie's a moderately-lean figure in build, though not quite frail, and holds the minimum portrayal of athleticism. He's short of any sort of facial hair - alternatively, he has a decent flush of dirty-blonde hair atop his head, paired with an icy-blue eye tone. His uniform often isn't any different from its default, newly bought style: the blazer remains loosely fit, the trousers and shoes are clean enough to pass, and he only often wears glasses for reading for long periods of time. The only standout difference is the small white scarf he often wraps and tucks beneath his blazer, whether around the hip or on show around the neck. In winter, he brandishes an olive parka, but all else remains much the same.


Reputation:

Not so much a remarkable one. He's known by name, maybe by class too, but whilst he isn't shy of socialising, he hasn't set his foot in the door enough to be of any inherit value.
Background:

Franciszek Stanowski hails from a quiet, little Polish family, consistent of himself, and a divorced mother and father, both split ten or so years back. Originally, Franciszek - or Frankie when anglicised for school, had grown up for the first five years of his life in Leeds, before moving southward to Sussex. His family could never boast much economic freedom, and regularly walked the line between the middle and working class social status. Much of his home and school life was without prominence yet he did his best to maintain good grades throughout his early-to-mid educational years. Where he excelled was in his literary interests, having spent so much time reading as both a hobby and as an initial way to catch up to his peers.

His offer to attend Harbour Academy came with much excitement initially. What was seen as a chance to brighten the news within his household, thankfully funded by a scholarship, the distance felt at home with his father soon dampened the chance to celebrate, and Frankie has since arrived at the academy with little direction to call his. The fault of a quiet, lonesome and bothered life quickly seemed to return to his catatonic state of inaction, and valueless ends.
Misc. :

- Duck Chow Mein noodles remain the food to his heart. Blessed be the local noodle shop during his childhood.
- His favourite book as an answer often changes throughout the week.
- That white scarf of his doesn't have a brand label on it, and is somewhat shoddily made. It's a wonder if it even keeps him warm or not.
- He's capable of holding conversation in Polish, as was the usual at home, though it's in a limited, casual sense.

Weapon:

A decently sized metal staff.

The Persona
Persona: 

Knucker
Born of the Star Arcana, the unnamed Knucker doesn't quite tote the sense of hope and joy for the future as expected, but the altruistic path is often encouraged by the beast itself, as both an honourable but also self-neglectful path to take.
Moveset: 

The Elements of Blessing; alongside the typical self-strengthening defensive effect, evocative of one's absolute stubbornness to have shut himself off.

On the food question, it's a bit up in the air. It's blander than most places from my experience, but it's very potato heavy and meat heavy. But it's bland when paired up to other places of sauce and spice. Yet there'll be no Shepherd's/Cottage Pie slander in this thread or I'll have your head.

I think that it's just a rule that most schools, no matter how much you pay, just have less than subpar food.

She aspires to be seen, but feels utterly pathetic when she tries. Her hair, a perfectly brushed midnight black drops down just past her shoulders. Her gentle faded blue eyes hint at something inside wanting to get out, but just barely.

Victoria would be known, but also not so known. Her father is wealthy and has contributed to many political campaigns in an effort to keep the name of Yarwood Electronics at the forefront. His bold personality overshadows much, including that of Victoria. Those who know her may have attended her previous school or simply acknowledge who her father is. She’s pretty much a shadow otherwise.

Background
Victoria’s life has always felt rather… empty.

Victoria Yarwood is one of the many daughters of an affluent Welsh family in Cardiff, led by the sole proprietor of a popular electronics and communications company. The majority of Tori’s life as such was spent under the care of people that didn’t really think much of her existence. Her childhood, although the byproduct of wealth and prestige, was riddled with problems. She was smart, but she wasn’t a genius. She was tall, but unathletic. She felt deeply about the morals of others, but was soft-spoken. The people who called themselves her friends never let her make decisions and she just fumbled behind them. Fifteen years of mediocrity, a by-the-numbers life. 

In many ways her transfer to Harbour Academy before the school year even began was a changing of directions. But will it do anything? Will it make up for her personal and moral failings in her mind? Can she find something to bring her true happiness–or will it be more of the same? Another face in the crowd, too weak and too scared to do anything to change the direction of her life? It remains to be seen.

AppearancePetite and pale-skinned, with a big forehead and an unnerving gaze, one that looks at, and only considers, an individual's exteriority. There's an unbelievable arrogance that pervades her every move, and she holds herself as distinct from the crowd as well, slouching or leaning at her leisure. She has all the elements of a slacker, from non-existent fashion sense to non-existent hobbies to non-existent intellect, so where on earth does she get her self-confidence from, to go about her day as if she existed on a whole other dimension from the rest of her equally wealthy peers?

ReputationA trust fund baby, and one who clearly wasn't brought up all that well, if she let her perfectly-secured future get into her head so much that she's become a habitual skipper, an apathetic delinquent, a bratty hedonist. Verity makes no effort to engage in any classroom icebreakers, only spouts off nonsensical observations in group projects, and if you lay your eyes off her, it's guaranteed that she's going to go fuck off somewhere. She treats everyone equally, in that none of them are worth truly understanding, but she lacks a sense of distance as well, able to speak casually with just about anyone, regardless of whether or not she should.

She must have some brains, at least, to not fail her classes, but she's always on just the cusp of getting kicked, and her mere existence is spitting in the faces of any scholarship students who had to actually try to get where they are now.

Really, Verity's probably the type of person to spam low kicks in fighting games.

BackgroundThe doted-on daughter of the Oxenbridges, who started off as cryptocurrency gamblers before delving more deeply into 'serious' finances. Now, they own estates on every continent and travel the world to give talks of all sorts about the future of crypto, NFTs, AI, and FIRE. They produce nothing, generate nothing, but still rake in millions every year, with seemingly no effort.

It's how it goes, after all. Once you get enough money, it just starts making itself.

Verity grew up in that opulence and excess. If she wanted it, she could buy it, and the amount of conference dinners or occasions that her parents brought her to honestly outnumbers the amount of times she ate at home. The life of the nouveau riche was decadent beyond compare, and the shittier thing was that even if the markets all crashed the next day, the Oxenbridges had a large enough rainy day fund that they could continue to live without a care for the next three generations. They will never get their comeuppance, and she...

She had nothing but time. A whole century's worth of time to whittle away as she pleased.

So at the first chance she got, Verity decided on a boarding school.

MiscVerity's the oldest of three children, and has a younger sister and a baby brother.

She chose Harbor Academy because it was in the middle of nowhere and, for whatever reason, is in Sciences.

Curiously enough, Verity has a better relationship with the people in the city than with her fellow classmates. God knows why though.

WeaponA fire axe. Hefty, unbalanced, but satisfying to swing.

PersonaShackleton. An explorer of the Antarctic famed for his ability to lead in times of disaster, but who similarly failed to adjust to regular life in society and ultimately died in great debt, as many great men are wont to do.

MovesetA menagerie of buffs and cleanses, all of which intensify in efficacy in worsening situations. Absolutely worthless in rote situations upon the seas, but will kick ass otherwise. Mostly aligned with the Ice element, but has some Gun elements too.

Scholarships are dependent on personal achievement, usually, and depend on the program. Quiz competitions, maths competitions, a lucky break at a lower form drama performance, robotics, making it on one of those global talent shows, etc. Lang/lit students might have been published in a small paper, or maybe they have a small blog online that they linked in the application. The people reading scholarship apps have a good eye for talent, public recognition isn’t necessary, but quality is. Everyone in Harbour Academy is either very good at what they do, or rich.

Generally, I’d say that there aren’t many “lower class” students in the school–privilege is such that it takes being middle class in the first place to have the opportunity to cultivate your talent. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be poor asf, just gotta think of some good reasons to be at HA.

Goodness, this RP certainly looks like a rising star. I've had a Persona-shaped hole in my heart for a good while now. But it looks like even the pool of those who've already declared interest is a couple times bigger than the goal group size of 4-7, so it might not be time to take a fresh crack at a Hanged Man. Still, I'd be interested in keeping my eyes on this.
