The Demon Inside: Unleashed

A new beginning for an old roleplay from the old guild.

A few years back, youngsters Liam and Sarina left their homes and their families to rid Liam of a demon that haunted him day and night. Many thing happened on their travels and they met many people. Exorcists mostly. Some wanted to help, others wanted to destroy Liam and his demon altogether. Liam relied on Sarina to keep his demon at bay, maybe a bit to much. He had countless painful experiences that bled out into the real world from his head. It became very concerning after a while. At one point Sarina's own inner demon from which was created from her own fear, revealed herself and had to be defeated by Liam and his demon, Ferdia. After these events, Ferdia's past became known to the duo. Sarina and Liam wanted to help though Liam and his demon were a bit skeptical. While in Paris, Liam was separated from Sarina for a short time and was lured by a real demon to fight. The demon, Enoch, was working for a stronger demon to see what Liam's true power was, and it was revealed then. Ferdia gave Liam his strength and skills, altering the young man's body. However, Liam almost lost his life and was saved by a strong, high-ranking exorcist named Seraphina (or whatever). After which she took him to the Vatican to interrogate him and at least try to get him to return to normal human form. He did, but kept small horns on his forehead so he would have to keep hidden. When the leaders of the Vatican and all the exorcists found out about Liam they took him away from Sera and took him to a terrible place.

That's where our story begins. Three years into the future after Liam was locked away and forgotten. Forgotten by the exorcists at least, not by those who cared about him. For three years Sarina searched for her best friend, and trained to become stronger so whenever someone tried to stop her from finding him, she could crush them into dust. She trained under Gray, a strong exorcist and friend, for a while until she could no longer learn anything else from him. After her training she received a weapon from Sera that would help her protect herself during her search for Liam. Sarina returned to Italy, where the Vatican was, in hopes that Liam was somewhere there. She reunited with Jay, one of the first exorcists she encountered with Liam in the past. He was good to her and helped her however he could even though it was going against the other exorcists to help her find the demon boy. Now she was getting close, so close to finding him. It was only a matter of time before she found and freed him. Only a matter of time...

Age: 19
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 100 lbs
Appearance: Light blonde hair that goes halfway down her back, sometimes she keeps it in a ponytail. Her eyes are blue-green and her skin is somewhat pale. She is fairly thin but not sickly skinny.
Demon: Shado, kept under control by Sarina, her powers are used by Sarina in an emergency. Shado is a psycho killer demon who was created from a child's fears, Sarina's fears and was defeated in the past by Ferdia. At some point Sarina gained the ability to tap into Shado's power and use it for her own.
Abilities: Sarina can use Shado's dark telekinesis power. She can also use spells like that of Gray but without the use of cards. Sarina's own personal power is that of orbs from her hands of varying elements: Darkness, Light, Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Electricity, and Etc. It is a powerful but limited ability that drains her just as using Shado's power does.
Weapons: Kunai kept at her belt and a pure white katana that is kept sheathed on her back.

Name: Liam
Age: 19
Height: 5'10"
Weight:145 lbs.
Appearance: He has a smooth jaw line that rounds evenly at the chin, his cheeks are flush with his eyes, the bridge of his nose extends outward slightly and his lips are smoothly shaped and full. His eyes are rather large but his lids hang low at times, they hold a dark brown tint that can often change to a golden brown. His hair lays loose and slightly curled, shaded a dark ashy brown with a soft silk like texture. His shoulders are wide and well built with toned arms. His chest sticks forward a bit with muscular pecs that roll down his abdomen. His hips are fit well with his body now (unlike before with an hourglass shape), extending thick thighs and robust calfs. Due to Ferdia he now has a series of small horns that lay at the frontal part of his skill just above his forehead, and dark black claws where his nails used to be on his hands, though they are often small they can grow to 2 inches long and become thick and shark enough to slice through steel.
Demon: Ferdia, once an Officer as an Angel that fell in a forbidden love with a Demon, the two vowed to be together forever and created an unbreakable bond, they tried to escape and be on their own away from their own kind. Sadly their plans were discovered, his lover Furia, was sentenced to eternal suffering, while Ferdia was exhiled, his wings stripped from his body and he fell down to hell. He started like every other human entering hell, but with the knowledge and skill that he had from being an Angel, he survived and grew stronger each day. Hell corrupted his mind and slowly began to take his body as it's own, giving him a true appearance and making him one of the strongest and highly respected Demons to roam the underworld. Since the bond between him and Furia, once he became a Demon, he was capable of connecting to her directly and removing any pain and suffering she felt into his own body. The more pain he took the weaker he became and decided it best to bestow that pain into Liam, who at the time was vulnerable and already had a weakness (Asthma), though the pain wasn't permanent, it was a way for it to be exhausted, into nothing once the the mental torture had ceased.
Abilities: Liam can take on of the physical strength of Ferdia along with his speed and combat skill. If the situation so needed it, he can allow Ferdie to be released through his body taking on the form of his demon self without the wings, becoming stronger and gaining the ability to mentally torture or corrupt the sanity of someone from a distance.

Extra: Liam's body has adapted and grown, no longer having asthma or allergies
