Personality: Given life’s circumstances, Rayland had to live up to high expectations for some time, regardless of self-interests that he wished were in-play beforehand. This has created a lasting mental impact as Rayland religiously strives for each job to be done efficiently, even if the stressful tasks of said job prove to be an irritable annoyance which sometimes leads Rayland into witty or sarcastic mood on the subject. Though grumpy at times he does however show much care and concern for his crew mates aboard the Infamous Alto; a trait he quickly learned as a AISC. Enhancements: As a former AISC, Rayland is genetically enhanced to endure tough punishment and to survive in extreme temperatures. Additional he has also been modified with cybernetics to absorb the shock from falls at high elevations and to communicate with allies via a implanted Cyber Link. He also owns a ship called the Infamous Alto.
Skills: Aside from his combat skills learned during his time in the military, Rayland is also a moderately adept Psionic user. Though his abilities are not exactly the flashiest, he is able to lift objects or people with his knowledge of telekinesis Equipment: A modified AISC-type NVP Suit, holo interface wrist projector, and a tactical Gyrojet Sub-Repeater Bio: Rayland has been with the ATC and the Galactic Coalition military what almost seems like an entire century combined between the two groups. It doesn't help of course that his entire family had a strong military tradition and he would be expected to follow suit. Though clearly not his first choice, Rayland reluctantly joined up. For awhile, he served as an AISC (Atmosphere Insertion Shock Commando) or Jump Trooper as it’s commonly called; a special forces soldier whom jumps out of a perfectly good shuttle and into a planet’s exosphere, wearing only the special type of armor and shielding to survive atmospheric re-entry before landing on the surface and causing absolute mayhem. Unfortunately during one fateful mission, Rayland was severely injured due to flak shrapnel that tore into his powered armor. Though he was able to survive, the damage could never completely heal; since atmospheric re-entry applies so much g-forces on one’s body, it was feared that gravitational stress would re-open his wounds and cause further damage. With that said, Rayland was discharged from the corps for medical concerns. Sometime later, Rayland got on-board with the transporter business of delivering goods and supplies to both corporate and military contractors. This eventually led into the rather costly purchase of a decommissioned frigate-turned-transport vessel named the Infamous Alto, a now fast and atmosphere re-entry capable transporter that would serve as his new home for years to come. As the business grew, so did the crew as the ship began to see wide variety of people hiring in to employ themselves in maintain the vessel and working as couriers.* After hearing about the recent number of colonies vanishing without a trace, Rayland was hesitant in maintaining a presence in the outer colonies and thus fearful of eventual involvement should he and his crew linger there. While prepping course for the more populated (and well defended) colonies, Rayland received word of a planned expedition organized by the Galactic Coalition to investigate the mysterious disappearances. Apparently, the Coalition had been hiring personnel and vessels into the amassed fleet to assist in the investigation; supposedly the pay would be worth more than risks involved. Though he and the others in his fold were at first disinclined about the offer, he eventually accepted the job out of the necessity for recuperating the loss of funds during the time business was fluctuating because of the vanishings. With new purpose, the Infamous Alto set course for Falymar Station; a planetoid colony serving as the staging ground for the massive expeditionary fleet. From there, the Infamous Alto will ferry its tasked newcomers and join up with the rest of the force…

Name: ADI Mark V Age: Model built three years ago. Model based on the age Eighteen. Gender: Genderless. Model base male. It has long silver hair pulled into a loose low ponytail reaching to it's lower back. Its appearance is male base, but still is more feminine then most males, the scientists wanting it to be in between. Personality: Adi is a blunt and logical individual, though is naturally curious and often asks questions on things it would like to know. It is pretty direct, and often doesn't understand jokes since it takes about everything seriously. It is clever and smart and knows its way through databases, computers, electronics and the like, much like the rest of its kind. Adi is mostly lawful, being programmed to follow orders absolutely, so it often doesn't question its commanding officer. Since it's programmed to follow humans, it will almost take any order from any human as long as it is not unlawful. Despite its calm and neutral attitude, it does show some kindness and sometimes free will. Enhancements: Cyberlink. Adi is one of the first successful android, to be similar to a organic body. But it also retains the aspects of a robotic body thanks to added enhancements. It has heightened speed, thanks to technological implants in its legs as well as access to Cyberspace. Its body has also been built to be able to take strong impacts, and harsh climate and temperatures. Skills: Master in swordsmanship, technology savvy, basically a walking computer and is able to communicate with other machines. Cooking, cleaning, and basic care taking. Equipment: Energy Pulse Gun. HF Blade. NVP suit. Bio: Adi was created by a organization of scientists known as Hybrid. Their goal is to discover new scientific aspects and to create new discovers. They mad several of the human subspecies such as the Chimera and Machinas and several working robots. One branch wished to create a robot that was almost identical in the human body but still had the mind of a machine. They didn't wish to create a great intelligence like the Haepheton, wanting to make such robots for the general public that were simple servants. Their plan was to make a robot that would be up to a human's desire, like getting a useful toy or pet to play with and feel comfortable. Giving the sense as if they were talking with another person, but at the same time having power over it like a Master and Slave. The robots functions were to hold basic human care, knowledge of a nutritional diet, cooking, cleaning, and be a mobile access to Cyberverse. As well as a combat protection program to protect their owner. They also had a learning function so they can learn whatever their owner wishes them to learn. The project was called, Hybrid Child. Four models had been built, but all led to failure. The Mark V was the first successful product. The skeleton being made of machine, using some Symbiotic material. The silicon like flesh covering it being smooth and squishy like a human, and even able to bleed red liquid it cut. When Adi Mark V was awake and mobile, it was much similar to that of a child, having to learn and be taught several things, but the development was much faster than that of any human. After three years, they were satisfied with the results and decided Adi Mark V needed a true test run. So when the Galatic Coalition requested any assistance Hybrid could offer, they decided to send Adi Mark V in order to truly test it's functions in both combat and the ability to serve the crew mates on board. Finding that the only way to prove its effective skills and he fact it doesn't have the same will as Haephetons, is to actually interact with other organics and other AI.

Name: 'Felix' (assumed pseudonym, original name undisclosed) Age: 25-80 (various answers given when questioned) Gender: Male Race: Drakkas (possibly Human hybrid or offspring of such, due to less pronounced physical characteristics than baseline Drakkas) Physical Description: 5'4" with a slim build and compact frame, Felix trains regularly to keep himself in good physical condition but not excessively. Pale blue skin ("moon-touched" as he calls it) with long white hair usually tied back in a single ponytail to hide his toxic tendril. Physically he appears in his late-20s or early-30s but his exact age is uncertain. His horns are less pronounced than many of his species and easily hidden under appropriate headgear, Felix occasionally makes use of make up to disguise his skin tone and pass for a human.
While he appears to wear a variety of well tailored suits and outfits to suit all occasions in reality Felix is usually clothed in his adaptable NVP suit which has been programmed with a number of fashionable forms he can switch between as required. He prefers long, billowing garments, such as robes, cloaks and long coats, which allow him to easily conceal any number of not entirely legal items. In emergencies the suit can switch to a fully enclosed form-fitting armour which offers protection from incoming attacks while allowing for high mobility and speedy withdrawals. Personality: To say Felix is a troublemaker is at once an overstatement and an understatement. While the fact things tend to be more interesting while he's around is true, he never intentionally sets out to cause problems, even if that's exactly what he does. A born wanderer and game player, Felix is never happier than when he's living life on the edge, whether that leads him to playing high stakes card games in the middle of a room full of heavily armed gangsters or gliding off of a rooftop to escape pursuit as long as his pulse is racing there's a smile on his face. Bio: It's uncertain exactly where 'Felix' first came from, and everyone who asks gets told a different story. What's known for certain is that he first came to the Galactic Coalition's attention about fifteen years ago when his alias was linked with a number of low-level confidence scams, all of which were later dismissed when the wives, or other female partners of his victims, requested that the charges be dropped. Since then 'Felix' has been a constant on law enforcement watch lists, although he has never been successfully prosecuted for any criminal activities. An unashamed ladies' man, Felix will be the first to admit that he has made misuse of his race's pheromones for personal gain and favour on many more than one occasion, and it often seems as if his first response to conflict is to try and seduce his way out of it. Over the years this has led him to a number of incidents with jealous husbands and lovers, which has given him plenty of opportunities to practice street fighting and gun play. His second choice is usually to 'strategically withdraw' when faced with overwhelming opponents, and he's learnt to read whatever environment he may find himself in in order to best plan his line of retreat. Four years ago, after being innocently caught up in a civilian transport crash, Felix was patched up by a clandestine undercover law enforcement agency in exchange for his assistance infiltrating an underworld crime ring. Given access to computer interface technology and a new synthetic eye was thought at the time to have been enough incentive to recruit Felix to the agency, but once the operation was over, and his obligation fulfilled, he instead chose to head off on his travels once more. Recently associates of the crime syndicate have been looking to have words with Felix, and so he's come around to the idea of offering his services to any helpful parties who can offer him safety in numbers, even if only temporarily.

As for his typical get up Personality Most would consider Riblou a dull witted, slow, and generally unimaginative thug. It isn't TO far from the truth, as he is indeed unimaginative, and somewhat on the slower side he makes up for it with loyalty. If you earn the man's respect, or companionship, he will stand by you till the end of time. He also a somewhat gentle giant, unless mad or ordered to he never goes out of his way to hurt people, even with his sketchy background. As soon as he hit 6'5 (around age 13) he was recruited into a gang. For many years he was a door opener, enforcer and general thug for a large number of criminal organizations, hired by everything from a common street gang to world spanning mobs. However, while he was physically imposing and a physical juggernaut, many other criminals were unsatisfied with his lack of a true killer instinct. Sure he'd fight and even kill if asked and/or ordered to he never did it otherwise, until someone got him mad. After a close friend was killed in a gang war, his gang saw him angry for the first time in his life. Though no stronger or quicker or even smarter than he usually was, Riblou was given a killer instinct. He single handedly obliterated the other gang, mostly with his bare hands. After that he left the gang. Riblou traveled for a long while as a thug for hire, going across the galaxy, planet to planet doing what he had always done. He has most recently been hired to travel with a group that is off to look into some disappearing colonies, and he is there to apply force where such was needed.

Name: Achieng, Clan Chima Age: 80 (help me with this?) Gender: Female Race: Watumaji Physical Description: Achi is heavily curved, with dark brown skin, topaz eyes, and short white hair. Her skin is extremely smooth, cool to the touch and slightly wet at all times. She has fingers that are half webbed. Instead of legs, she has a long tailfin. It starts the shade of her skin, but shifts to a brilliant orange-gold. Like most of her race who traverse the galaxy, she wears a sheer bodysuit that covers her from the waist up to the neck and arms. It is made of a material designed to draw moisture from the environment and stay damp to protect the Watumaji's skin. Over that, Achi usually chooses to wear a tunic from her home planet, one that is brightly colored and patterned, as well as jewelry that seems to be made of coral and bone. From the waist down, she is settled in a water tank that is about the size of a personal scooter. The tank rolls smoothly on two treads, and Achi maneuvers it with a small control panel. Personality: Achieng is gentle-hearted and caring, and at first glance would seem an odd choice for the military. However, she has an acceptance of all sorts of beings, human, chimera, android and otherwise, and her position as a soldier's counselor makes sense to those who go to see her. She can hear terrible things, stories of war and blood, pain and grief, and take them in without judgement or reproach. She listens, and she comforts, and only offers advice when it is asked of her; sometimes people simply want to be heard, not corrected. Outside of her role on the ship, she is friendly to others and usually quiet. The only time she would show any fierceness is if she was in personal danger, or someone was harming another person in front of her. Enhancements: None Skills: Diplomat- Achieng is an excellent speaker and can smooth talk with the best of them. If there was a mission that involved making peace instead of war, she would be a good candidate to take along. Swimming- While she is inhibited by her tank on land, in an aquatic environment, she is far more at home. Achi is a swift and graceful swimmer. Vocals- Like all of her people, Achieng can speak, but can also sing in what her race calls wimbo-kusema. The closest comparison would be whalesong, but a Watumaji's is much more powerful and loud. Some of the tones range below what many beings can detect, and some range far above. Achieng has a natural talent for it, and can be extremely loud to the point of causing damage if she had to be. Equipment: Water suit- Absorbs moisture from the environment to keep her skin wet and cool. Travel tank- Contains space for her to rest, and water for her to rest in while she's on land. Moves on two treads and has a small hand control. Vocal mask- Achieng has a tech mask that fits over her mouth that can be used to direct her already powerful singing into something that could be weapons-grade lethal. (Like that, but longer.) Bio: Achieng traveled with her parents around the planet, her mother being a singer that would visit great cities and small towns alike. Her mother's voice was said to be heard even by those whose souls had joined the Sea, and so she was requested at many dignitaries funerals. Unfortunately, Achi's mother became ill and never recovered. She died when Achi was still a child. Her distraught father took her to the home of her aunt, promising to return for her soon. He never did. Young Achi grew up isolated. She was shunned by the townspeople, and shamed by her aunt. Her aunt considered her a freeloader, and her own past jealous of Achi's successful and well-loved mother came out on Achi herself. Her uncle did nothing to stop his wife's poor treatment of their niece. Achi's only solace was in her cousin, who ignored his mother's opinions and treated her as a sister. The two grew up close, and he was Achi's savior.  Unfortunately, her aunt was not much kinder to her own son, and as soon as her cousin became of age, he pledged (married) to someone and moved far away from home. While he did offer to take Achi with him, she declined. Left on her own, Achi honed her singing in secret, growing more controlled and powerful by the turn of each tide. She also did everything she could to earn money, trading, bartering, and singing for pay. The day came when she too, became of age, and she wasted no time in gathering her meager possessions and leaving. After bartering for passage on an off-planet ship, she made her way through schooling and was soon assigned to a military vessel.

Personality: Much Ado About Nothing (or MAAN) is an oddly jovial and lighthearted AI construct. It is intensely curious about more or less everything, and has engaged in a number of professions over the years. MAAN is fond of jokes, especially pun based humour. It’s curiosity tends to override it’s social interactions subroutines, causing MAAN to sometimes come off as blunt or impolite. MAAN is also enthusiastically pro-Solarion and pro-Organic. The Javelin platform’s own personality is largely similar to that of the larger MAAN construct, though it has been somewhat altered. Javelin is programmed with an enhanced socio-emotional organic interaction subroutine of MAAN’s own design; she is capable of understanding nearly 97% of euphemisms, jokes, allegories, and figures of speech. Javelin also displays the correct emotional response in 95% of situations. As part of her construction contract, Javelin is incapable of harming organics except in self defence or at the discretion of a pertinent commanding officer. Enhancements: Javelin is constructed entirely of military grade NanoMass, and is therefore an extremely adaptable platform. The NanoMass’s basic programming is to maintain a small cybernetic storage device which contains the operations software and personality subroutines. The operations software is then capable of directing the NanoMass into a wide variety of other forms. To preserve memory, only a small number of complex structures are programmed; the personnel form, the combat form, and schematics for two types of weapon systems. Simpler shapes and modifications can easily be made on the fly. Skills: While MAAN is an extremely sophisticated AI construct with a vast array of skills and expertise, there is no way for the Javelin platform to store the entirety of MAAN at once. She is instead programmed with skills and expertise believed to be relevant to the mission at hand, though with a good connection to the extranet, she is capable of swapping out skills and memories with the MAAN construct in cyberspace. The programmed skills include: Tactics and Strategy Military History Swordsmanship and Marksmanship Diplomacy Xenolinguistics Xenoanthropology Psychology and Xenopsychology Equipment: While Javelin’s NanoMass is capable of creating a wide variety of shapes and forms, only three complex ones are stored by default, to conserve memory space. Additional schematics can be stored if Javelin is willing to make room by deleting other information. Personnel form: Javelin’s superficially human appearance. The personnel form was programmed with great attention to detail: the skin and hair look and feel real, the eyes really move and blink, the chest rises and falls while the mouth and nose make breathing noises. However, for optimal operation, internal temperature is maintained quite a bit cooler than real humans. Plasma Beam Weapon system: Energy weapons are Javelin’s preferred weapon systems, since ammo-based weapons would deplete her own mass. Javelin’s NanoMass is capable of forming a high powered plasma beam weapon; usually in one or both arms. EDIF Defence System: Javelin’s NanoMass is also capable of generating a personnel EDIF system, comparable to those found in most military NPV’s. Combat form: Not specifically another schematic, but rather a modification of Javelin’s personnel form. The resource intensive human-like features are abandoned, and the NanoMass reverts to its natural colour. The outer layers configure into high density armor, which can further harden to withstand impacts. The combat form is generally useful, as it permits Javelin to devote more computing power to response times and tactics. NanoMass: As well as her more complex schematics, Javelin’s pure NanoMass construction is capable of generating an almost infinite variety of shapes. Giving them texture and colour takes more time and resources, so most of the time Javelin leaves any additional shapes with the default colour and texture of NanoMass. This may mean literal sword-arms for close combat, or lockpicks for breaking and entering, or assuming the shape and colour of a wall for concealment. Bio: MAAN was first created by a group of 3 other Hephaetons at the University of Weishaupt on Orlese, a core world of the Solarian League. MAAN’s “parents” were a local waste management system AI, a theoretical physics simulator AI, and a young combat android on shore leave. The newly assembled AI drifted around Cyberspace for a time, soaking up knowledge and learning from it’s “parents” and peers. After reading the collected works of Shakespeare from the archives on old Earth, the AI chose the name Much Ado About Nothing for itself, and assumed control of its first android platform some 52 years after it was created. Since then, MAAN has spent its years exploring both cyberspace and the real world. MAAN holds over 30 degrees from various universities, and has experimented with a number of professions over the years. During the Interstellar War, MAAN enlisted with the ATC armed forces, though its dislike of violence caused MAAN to not operate any combat platforms. Instead, MAAN served as a support AI with the ATC fleets in a variety of roles; as a missile defense system, a fleet fire control officer, and eventually becoming a very senior logistical management AI, coordinating supply chains and personnel management for dozens of fleets. When the war ended, MAAN went into semi-retirement, and spent a great deal of time exploring the newly allied cultures of the Bel’Kian Concordance. For the past several decades, MAAN has been making itself quite rich as a software developer, creating everything from social interaction subroutines for other AI’s to military C&C software. The Javelin platform is MAAN’s latest and most advanced mobile platform. The large amount of military grade NanoMass required for her required a great deal of negotiation with Solarian League authorities. Ultimately they agreed to authorize her construction, partially in thanks for MAAN’s services during the war, but with several stipulations. MAAN had to foot the bill for her construction, and the restrictions on harming organics were hard-coded into the NanoMass. Additionally, Javelin is technically considered an ATC armed forces asset on detached duty. MAAN brought Javelin online approximately three months ago, and promptly volunteered her for the Expeditionary Task Force.

Enhancements: His right arm is a prosthetic that enhances his natural strength. At least in his right arm. His left eye is also cybernetically enhanced to allow him to not only acquire targets much more easily, but allows him to forgo the use of objects like binoculars and scopes and enhance his vision to see up to half a mile away. Skills: -Jack is a well trained bounty hunter, as such he is skilled with weapons of most types, especially Plasma, Needle, and Slug. He is also very skilled with HF blades of many sizes. -He is a "tactical" driver in how he is all over the road, dodging bullets and mortars entirely on purpose. -He is fairly competant with mounted weapons as well. -Even though he can kill a man in hundreds of ways, Jack is partial to solving an issue with words and diplomacy, which he is skilled with. Drawbacks: -Jack isn't very good with the numbers game. Math is far from his strong suit and lets his companion RV-3V3N handle the taxes and banking. -He strongly dislikes NVP suits. A smaller combat knife for survival situations and combat too close for his sword. Unlike much of the galaxy Jack does not enjoy the NVP suit and prefers to stick to traditional armor and coverings. Bio: Jack dragged himself out of the gutter on planet Solaris, human controlled for a short span of thirty years before the government shifted to Oun'mai control. He spent his formative years in multiple gangs in the slums of the planet, barely graduating out of school two years late and being the unfortunate dealer of his first kill at the ripe young age of 17. After school he got the spectacular privilege of heading back right into the place he barely got out of, the school houses, as a janitor. Not the type of man to complain, he spent the next ten years of his life being the spitting target of bratty teenagers until the Oun'mai government took control of the planet after the Humans lost a bet. He was thirty when this took place and he took the chance to hitch a ride with the military and actually do something with his life. That was his chance to be something great. He was given damn good training in his two years in boot camp and he accelerated to the head of his class and outperformed most of the other soldiers. He found his niche and he was placed into a nice squad, delta squad, and as the leader too! Good pay, targets were mostly robots going crazy, the pay was awesome. He couldn't complain. For thirty five years, he had fun. But unfortunately, somewhere along the way, he screwed up. Got too close to a young buck of a captain, put her over his own safety and, during one bad mission, put himself between her and a bomb. His body was just short of split in half, his skin being ripped off in multiple sections, bones fractured, arm eviscerated. He, by all accounts, should be dead. But he had hand picked his squad and had the best damn medic he could ever asked for. Had him walking again in a few months, but his face was irreparable. Scars riddled it and, to be honest, he didn't want it repaired. Cybernetics could have fixed it, but, in his own words, "Chicks dig scars." So, instead of being a normal human being, he had his left eye replaced with a cybernetic one and his arm was given a prosthetic. The medic slapped a bit of glue onto his face to keep it together and put him back into the field. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of his troubles as the captain didn't want anything to do with him and turned right around and blackmailed him for his money, blaming him for the bomb exploding when it was her fault. Despite the cries of the other squad members and the backing of the higher ups, Jack chose to leave. The military had grown boring for him and an injury like his didn't belong in it anyways. So he gave his number to the other squad members and hit the road, using his savings to buy a good ship, a Nice robot assistant named RV-3V3N to help clean up the ship and a small bit of property on a garden world. For a time, he was happy, spending a couple dozen years relaxing and occasionally doing a bit of bounty hunter work to pay the bills. But yet again, at the age of ninety four, he was starting to get bored. He had lived a nice long life, but he was getting a little flabby and he was honestly interested in taking up the bounty hunter lifestyle a little more seriously, so, that's what he did. He and RV cleaned up the ship and started to spread his name around. Professional bounty hunter, didn't kill innocents, liked to occasionally have a beer and was a diplomat, had a face that went through a metal grinder. All the right check boxes and before he knew it, requests of all types came flooding in. Skip ahead to present day, Jack's become quite successful at bounty hunting. He was constantly in demand by both governments wanting him to kill people and old ladies wanting him to find cats. It was a varied job that he loved...But then there is always that one job that comes in, isn't there? A contract to try and find some missing colonies. Normally, he would stay away from this type of mumbo jumbo, but the amount of zeroes on the check swayed his opinion and he sent a message that he would take the job, though he was a galaxy or so away and would head to a pickup point as soon as he could. Allies: RV-3V3N RV-3V3N is a reliable and proud servant and friend of Jack, palling around with him for many many years. He is sociable, intelligent, and has a cyber brain. He's developed a witty, intelligent attitude that mixes well with Jack's personality. He manages money and contracts for Jack and attends to the cleaning of the ship, though he is not just a servant droid. He is a quite capable defender and knows the ship inside and out.

Physical Description:
Sel is a little more bulky than a normal Vexi, and the exoskeleton that covers her body is much more angler. She has blue colored eyes while the coloring of her exoskeleton is the same type as that of the color of her advanced body suit that she wears, having taken the colors as her personal mix so that people can easily tell her apart in or out of her armor.


Personality: Many would be easy to write off Sel as a cold, determined, and merciless person, as when she is reported on she is always doing a mission or being hired to do a task that require her to work as such. Despite this, Sel has a very honorable and caring personality. She often cares about the people that she works with rather easily, even if she acts like a total bitch towards them where she often teases them and loves to make sure they know when they fuck up. She has a vast intellect, though that is not to be surprising for a Vexi, and though she retains her thirst for knowledge it extends to Xeno's and military tactics and fighting arts. Deep down, Tex truly is a skilled, loyal, and honorable person.

Enhancements:
Failed Ascended: Though the attempt to make her ascended had produced results, she is not complete and because of that only has a large amount of genetic enhancement that improve her body to make her tougher, faster and think even faster than her race did before. She also have minor cybernetics in the form of up link ports for easier interfacing, but no where near the amount she did before.

Skills: Due to her training she is a effective combatant that uses the fast mental processing speed and intelligence to fight, with a unrivaled flair for hand to hand combat. She is a sort of combat scientist as she has extensive knowledge of alien artifacts, biology and interaction.

Equipment:
Hel'vek Combat suit: A custom NVP Suit that contains enhanced EDIF generators within the arms, allowing for powerful shields or protective gauntlets for fighting with ones hands. It also comes with a bio scanners and analyzer for new life discovery.

Gear: HF throwing knives/machete, Slug SMG

Bio: From birth Sel had been picked out and brought to a lab where she has been genetically modified in a project formed by the Bel’Kian Concordance's Vexthuul Union. This project was a attempt to recreate the Ascended of The Sphere Armies, however due to the lack of knowledge of just how the genetic and cybernetic sides of the soldiers work, they were only able to partially recreate it, mainly on the genetic side of things.

Though not the super solider they wanted, Sel soon became a unreplaceable resource in the Vexthuul Union for dealing with new alien races, as combined with her extensive knowledge and fast thinking, she could also handle any threats that may come about due to any number of reasons.

However this also came with more freedom than she knew what to do with, and because of this she was allowed to partake in personal missions. This is what lead her to the Infamous Alto and Rayland Sul’tari. She often finds herself joining the crew of the Alto for many reasons, and though she has not told Ray of the Vexthuul Union she has a feeling he would care little. However, now she has been roped into this whole Coalition expeditionary force and even has permission from the Union to join it.. It is all very suspicious but she accepts it anyway, it is better than leaving her board, right?
