Personality: Seen to all those who are lucky enough to know her as an extremely forceful and independent young woman; Erin has always been noted to be not only exceedingly intelligent, but also a relatively hard working and quite the hard-hearted individual- her time within Camp Half-Blood proving her to be quite studious whenever she feels the need to be so, and most times her blunt nature coupled with her readily relied on logic helping her to deduce and search out information that most others would have missed out on completely. Though she is also seen at times to show a vast amount of not only social conscience, but also social tenacity and then at sometimes social awkwardness (brought on my her many years of abuse); Erin's strong emphasis on logic has more times than not made her quite skeptical about accepting almost anything without being presented with any sort of rational proof or hard and physical evidence; nevertheless, as her years within the camp have passed her by and she has both seen and learnt more about the world she is apart of, and as such, she has become slightly more willing to accept things as they are, willing to also come to intuitive conclusions.

Though rarely ever showing others the quite high sense of responsibility she feels due to being a child of one of the big three, or the dreaded fear and scarring terror that she holds thanks to her past, Erin rarely ever regrets any of the choices that she has made which have led her to where it is that she stands in the present- the mostly closed-off though still only slightly free-spirited young woman usually always seen to be putting up with the those lucky enough to be considered her friends, occasionally coming across to those around her as sharp of tongue, and exceedingly quick-witted; her light cynicism and on the rare occasion, bad moods and snarky attitude oftentimes leaving her to be the voice of reason among her more impulsive of friends, to varying levels of success. Despite her seemingly anti-social and cold-hearted nature towards all of those around her, Erin does have indeed have a softer and a more compassionate side to her; her fierce loyalty towards those she both calls and considers to be her friends shining through, and more times than none showing itself when those that she is close to are in trouble, are in immediate danger, are seriously injured or are on their way to death; however she oftentimes does all that she can to keep this side of her well hidden, choosing instead to become quite vengeful and to hold grudges against those who are responsible for whatever it is that has caused her to feel that way, showing all around her that she does not forgive others easily.

Nevertheless, in spite of her straitlaced disposition, Erin is not above using coercion and threats to get just what it is that she wants; the young demigod learning from her father that she needs to be unafraid to stand up to not only her enemies, but also to those that she calls and considers to be her friends, especially when she truly believes that it is in their best interests or when she feels in her heart that they are in the wrong- however, it is shown that she can also be extremely cruel and harsh towards those that cross her, or those of whom she dislikes; her determination and focus showing that she can become absolutely relentless, the woman herself not above taking revenge on those who have wronged the people in her life- whether it be something as simple as kicking their ass on the training field or pulling them into the darkness, or something more permanent such as opening up a chasm to the Underworld or even condemning a soul to the depths of tartarus. Despite of her overly opinionated and oftentimes interfering nature; Erin in her younger years held fast to her status of being quite the sweet, shy, sensitive and caring girl, though now that she is older and has a better understanding of the world she is apart of, her sometimes abrasive attitude, masked with her many deep insecurities and her strong fear of failure, cause her most at times feel the need that she had to prove herself to both her father and all those who were around her- however this is partly because of the many people who look down upon her due to the reputation that she gained due to being a daughter of the Lord Hades himself.

Nevertheless, Erin never truly lets anyone use her past life as a means to bully or belittle her, and never had any issues when it comes to both ignoring, standing up to, and engaging any morons who dare to and are stupid enough to try and get on her nerves or bad side; despite her strong confidence in both her skills and within her abilities, she is rarely ever shown to be exceedingly arrogant or conceited; and although she is not seen in public to be as short-tempered as her friends, she is quick to get annoyed and frustrated- never once backing down from an argument, an strong attitude that would shake even Olympus, and an indescribable passion for justice, Erin does all that she can to try her best at what she does, even if nothing ever truly works out for her in the end.

Skills: Due to rarely ever being seen training with others in the camp, or socializing with her friends within the camp, not many people know what Erin's skills truly are- the young girl not completely fussed with promoting what it is that she can and cannot do.

Biography:
After her birth Erin's mother worked hard to provide her only daughter with everything that she never had when she was young, juggling several jobs just to be able to make ends meet. Growing up Erin found that she never really fit in with anyone, noticing that strange things always happened around her causing her classmates to pick on & tease her. With some encouragement from her mother though, Erin pushed forward eventually making a small group of friends who, despite what they had heard, welcomed her with open arms. As she continued to grow into a beautiful young lady Erin found that the strange occurrences that had happened around her as a child became more frequent; shadowy figures watching from a far, strange behavior from other students. Her own nervousness & slight fear causing her to turn her interests into more indoor & isolated interests in life; a love of both reading & drawing consuming her time & soon she let herself become absorbed in their worlds of wonder & awe. Wishing to pursue this path further she began to keep sketch books filling the pages with drawings of the things she had thought she had seen, keeping them to herself in the fear that she would get pushed aside & rejected by those she had grown close to. Her growing thirst for knowledge & her strange sense of artwork sending those who made her life hard to continue, the small jibes about her turning into bullying as the years passed by.

Hitting high school Erin found it easier to get through life hanging around with the guys in her year level rather than deal with the nasty bitching that came with the girls. Finding herself in a new relationship with one of the guys she knew she found herself beginning to feel things she never realized she had been capable of feeling; though his ever growing jealousy of her close bonds & relationships slowly caused her to put distance between her & those who had always been there for her & after many one sided conversations the two of them decided that it was time she took responsibility for her life. Not wishing to be a burden on her mother any longer she took on a job & eventually moved out, her determination something she was not willing to let be broken. Reluctant to let her go, her mother finally agreed making her promise that she would continue to put all her effort into her education so that she could have a good life. With the encouragement & help of both her friends and family, Erin settled down working to increase her grades & intelligence; feeling as though her relationship was stronger than ever. However, few months into the relationship she found that his jealousy began to grow even more extensive allowing her to see less & less of those she loved, soon out of hand she found herself being handled roughly her integrity as a woman being torn down bit by bit with every little thing she did wrong. Seen as nothing but a possession to be used in his eyes, she found herself showing up to school with anything that would allow her to hide the bruising she had received from the abuse being served to her at home.

Pulling further & further away from them, her friends & family soon became worried questioning her about her sudden actions & drastic change in personality. Refusing to answer their questions she tried pushing them away terrified of what would happen if they found out what was truly going on behind the doors of her home. Not believing her denial they pushed at her harder, eventually catching sight of the truth. Furious about her slip up he became worse than ever forcing her to stay home while the beatings became more frequent, cuts big & small joining the ones she had already had covering her body. After a particularly bad night she slipped away fleeing into night as she tried to get away from the torment in her life, her battered & weak body unable to keep up with the stress that had befallen it collapsed in the street unable to go any further. Growing worried about not being able to contact her, her friends spread out eventually coming across her laying in the street. Deciding enough was enough, Sophia sat them down revealing the truth about her daughters parentage before begging them to take her away to a place she had been told would keep her safe from the dangers in the world, reluctant at first they made their way to Camp Half-Blood leaving everything else behind in hopes of a better life. Now living full time in the camp, Erin sunk deep into isolation and depression throwing up walls & forcing a change in her attitude to keep people away; hiding the fear of being hurt again deep within her ever cold heart, though her short fuse & twisted sense of justice tend to get her more attention than she likes.

~Weaponry Information~


Weapon/s: Gifted to her by her father, the Lord Hades himself; Erin had no other choice when it came to learning how to both wielding weapons, and learning how to fight against any threat which comes her way- the demigod herself preferring to train on her own and out in the forest, than within a pairing or a group.
Weapon/s Name: Ἔρεβος and φθορά, ᾶς, ἡ - 'Darkness' or 'Shadow' and 'Destruction' or 'Corrupted'.
Weapon/s Type: Twin Typhoon daggers & Throwing Needles.
Attributes: Earning their name 'Shadow'; her twin daggers, made of stygian iron which was both mined and forged within the Underworld itself, emit a black mist or aura around them, and once leaving her hands, will return to her and her alone when she goes and calls upon them.



~Other Information~


Other: Though she refuses to show anyone around her, not even those she considers to be her friends, how she truly feels about what happened to her in the past before moving to Camp Half-Blood; Erin is only ever truly terrified of one thing in the world, that thing happening to be the very ex-boyfriend who abused her not only mentally, but also physically as well for a large portion of her life.

Seemingly enjoying to just sit back and relax without letting on that anything is bothering her in any way; when not hanging out with her friends somewhere within the camp, Erin is often found sitting alone within her cabin either reading, sketching or listening to music- the only thing that truly gets her to show any sort of love and excitement being the one holiday of the year that she truly enjoys; Halloween.

Absolutely hating to be used or caught up within large crowds of people when it can be avoided; Erin has quite a large disdain for those who tend to gain unfairly against others, and has no qualms with both interfering in and and putting a complete stop to such situations- the young demigod often choosing to hide away alone within the isolation of her cabin with a brooding mood whenever the Christmas holiday comes around.

Quite the talented artist when it comes to drawing and painting, Erin chooses to mainly keep this particular talent to herself, though doesn't go out of her way to hide her sketchbooks or artworks from those who are brave enough to visit with her in her cabin- the demigod having no issues answering their questions if asked.

~Personal Information~


Personality: Being one of the Big Three children, it can sometimes take a toll on those who have become it, but it has never really seemed to affect Claire. In fact, she has welcomed both criticism and amazement from those who talk to her about her father, or her mother. Claire is considered to be a very friendly, welcoming person when everyone first meets her. She cares a lot for the ocean, especially the creatures and the people who swim in it. She likes rain. She is slightly weird because she loves to go out and dance in the rain, but it almost never touches her because when she walks out, she has the ability to repel the rain away from her, which means she rarely gets wet. She tends to always be nice to newer people, but after you get to know her...

Claire is very much a perfectionist, something she gets from her mother. When she was put into ballet when she was little, the perfectionist mindset was driven into her because according to the dance teacher, everything needed to be perfect. She has a slight OCD problem, which is why her cabin room looks like everything was measured out to the centimeter with a measuring tape, because it technically was. She is very hard working and driven, and if someone gets in her way, she has no problem running them over to get what she wants. Normally people do not get in her way though. Whenever she is given a challenge, she takes it on full force and does that challenge to the best of her ability. If it is physical, she drives herself to her limits. If it is mental, she uses all of her mental capacity. The only problem she has yet to deal with is an emotional one, but she is always preparing for it to happen.

However driven she can seem at times, though, she is a very humble victor. She tries not to rub her victory in others' faces, but she does tend to flaunt sometimes. She is always hard on herself and tells herself she can do better than what she did before, even if she did it perfect the previous time before. She has a very low self-esteem, especially when it comes to her looks because she has honestly just given up because she feels like no one will ever her like her in that way, since her position of power that rests with her father dominates over many of the other demi-gods. She tends not to let that get her down though, but it is noticeable when she is having a bad day on account of that because she throws herself into whatever challenge has been presented to her.

Skills: Claire's skills are fairly lady like when it comes to being out of the water. She is very good at sewing, knitting, and writing. She is also very good at fighting, mainly hand to hand combat rather than with weapons, but she can still fight pretty well with a sword or weapon. She has an amazing singing voice and a pretty good gift with music, though she rarely enchants anyone with either of those two things. She has the ability to hold her breath underwater much longer than the average person can and she is also able to see underwater better than anyone else. In fact, she always claims that she can see underwater better than she can see in air. She is an amazing swimmer as well. Most of this comes from doing swim team for a few years, but she relates a few of it to her father.

Of course, as all children of Poseidon, Claire has hydrokinesis, the ability to control and create water. She can create hurricanes, or just make it rain if she wanted to. She has the ability to communicate with horses and sea creatures alike. She also has Geokinesis, the ability to create earthquakes, but she rarely deals with that because she loves water so much. With ice, she has the ability to melt ice and turn it into plain water, but she cannot freeze, or refreeze, any form of water. She has a few problems with her abilities though. For one, the ability to create rain is sometimes linked to her emotions, which unfortunately, sometimes causes downpours whenever she is angry or sad. It tends to happen just over the camp. She is still working on controlling her powers, but it is noticeable that she is one of the more powerful demi-gods.

Biography:
Claire was born in a very painful birth to her mother Adrianne Fleur Bellerose, who, most of the time, required Claire to call her Madame Adri. Mme Adri lived in a small apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, which was where Claire lived for most of her childhood. Her mother never being around, Claire always had her governess around, thanks to the wealthy managers for the ballet troupe that Mme Adri danced with. Claire's governess's name was Annabelle, a young American woman who had come from New York City to become a ballet dancer herself but had injured herself a few months back that had kept her from dancing ever again. Annabelle never told Claire what the injury was, but Claire always noticed a slight hobble to the governess's step.

Claire didn't mind being alone with Annabelle and her mother never being home. That just gave her more free time to herself, to go out and explore the beach or to go swimming in the water. The Mediterranean, which was always a fairly calm sea, one night suddenly kicked up and dragged her out into the sea. She screamed for help, but Annabelle was too far away to get to Claire fast enough. Before Claire blacked out from being knocked around by the water too many times, she saw a young man with dark hair and dark eyes looking at her from the ocean. That was before she blacked out. She was only five years old at the time. She woke up a few hours later back in her bedroom after being found on the beach, unscathed.

Mme Adri, scared that she would lose her daughter to the ocean that had once drew her in, fired Annabelle and put Claire into a performing arts school. Claire hated it, but she never wanted to disappoint her mother. She worked her hardest and it was here that her OCD and perfectionist attitude developed. She went to the school for almost ten years before there was that knock on the door. That is always what Claire refers it to. She was not around for it, but her mother told her that a young man had come by and dropped off a letter for her, with the seal of a trident on the back of it. Claire, her curiosity getting the better of her, tore open the letter and found it written in a beautiful script. She read that she was invited to go to this Camp Half-Blood. When she asked her mother for a clarification as to what Half-Blood meant, her mother finally told her the truth, about her father, about who she was... And Claire hated it. She didn't like that her mother had kept this from her all of these years and had been so overprotective of her going near water because her father hurt Mme Adri.

Claire immediately packed up her bags and took off for Camp Half-Blood, spending the last two years of her life there. Her powers, forced into hiding by not being near water, bloomed and exposed themselves at the camp itself. She has come to love the place and hopes to help out with many other lost demi-gods who need to find a place in the world with their own kind.

Weapon/s Name:ισχυρό κύμα - Means Powerful Wave in Greek.
Weapon/s Type: Trident.
Attributes: ισχυρό κύμα or κύμα as Claire calls it has the ability to help Claire focus her powers in a more general area and make her be able to control more than she had been able to before. However, the trident only amplifies her water powers slightly and using κύμα causes a serious decrease in her strength.

Personality: Known to all those around her to be an exceedingly sweet and charming young lady; Syleste is an extremely graceful and very loving, kind-hearted girl who cares deeply for all those of whom she not only believes herself to be close to, but also those she holds dear to her within her heart; the dreamy-eyed girl showing her love and affection to all those close to her. Overly curious and full of life she tends to find herself, more often than not, walking into some sort of danger or trouble; whether it be something as minor as receiving a slight paper cut on her finger, or something that's of far more serious consequence such as following her curiosity and accidentally falling off the bank and into the camps lake- the bubbly teenager never showing any signs that she's willing to let her disability get in the way of her living the life she wants to. Though coming off sometimes as shy at first when a situation seems to overwhelm her (large crowds of people surrounding her, loads of information being given to her at one time, ect.), once she has had time to adjust, Syleste seems to have no issues putting herself out there for others to see; the young girl never truly having a problem whenever it comes to being an open book, or making friends.

Although a kind and graceful soul, Syleste is also known for being stubborn when it comes to something that she truly believes in, choosing to stand up for it rather than backing down once she has already made up her mind, usually making it near impossible to convince her otherwise. Quite mature and oddly grown-up for her age thanks to living her whole life with her disability, Syleste often does all she can not to be, or to be considered a "burden" to all those who are around her, the young woman doing everything she can and more to help out (cleaning, cooking, ect.), even sometimes choosing to put her own needs aside in favor of others, no matter how difficult the task may seem for her; the girl trying her best at everything and anything that she seems to set her mind to.

Coming across at times as being quietly confident and extremely calm, she sometimes tends to pull away from the company of others becoming very reserved and thoughtful, choosing instead to lose herself within her own mind and in her own little world. Unnaturally bright and unique in her own way, Syleste has the aptitude for thinking outside of the box on general occasion, always coming up with strange ideas that would normally otherwise be considered near impossible to pull off, though with the young woman's odd way of using her intelligence she is known for being able to twist them to the point of making it all work out.

Skills: Thanks to her disability, Syleste's other senses (hearing, smell, taste and touch) have become slightly more enhanced than that of a normal person, adding to her skills and talents when it comes to music, such as singing and playing piano. Syleste is also quite skilled when it comes to reading anything in braille, whether it be music sheets, books, class notes, ect.



Biography:
Blind from birth and constantly being fussed over by the only parent that she had within her life; Syleste was always both a very curious and outgoing young child, her mother (mostly having to raise her on her own) always did her best to keep her close by her side, however, it never seemed to stop her from always following her heart and managing to find herself in some sort of trouble or dangerous situation. Soon growing into a beautiful young teenager, and quickly coming to the realization that she didn't want to rely or be a burden on her mother, she tried her best, taking on more of the responsibilities at home, doing all that she could to allow her mother a break from stressing over her daughters care and well-being. Never having an issue opening up to those few who had accepted her for who she truly was, she began to become the confident young lady that her mother always meant for her to be; however her mothers long-term fear of others bullying her daughter for being different soon became a harsh and cruel reality once the young girl hit high school.

Trying her best to get through each and every single day without causing too much trouble for those that she cares about, the bubbly young teenager could often be found sitting on her own reading or studying; though with her curiosity for life ever playing on her mind, she never ceases to find a way to try and satisfy the need to explore much to her overly-cautious mother's disgust. Soon coming to the realization that it was no longer safe for her to stay in the the family home, her mother finally came to the hard decision that it was high-time that Syleste knew the truth about her father, and about her heritage. Packing up all of her possessions, the two of them worked together; helping her to move into the camp that her father had always intended for her to go to- a place where he thought that she would have a better chance at life... a life with people who would finally and completely accept her for who she is.

~Demigod Information~


Demigod Abilities: Born as a child of both dreams and sleep; Syleste has been able to inherit two of her father's more note worthy of traits and abilities; the demigod herself holding an extremely strong and rather controlled power over not only the ability of sleep manipulation, but also the more rarer of her father's inherited abilities, dream walking and manipulation- the young demigod herself, the first after her own father to master moving about the dream realm with the same ease as her dad.

Sleep Manipulation - Like most children of the God of dreams; Syleste has a strong hold over the ability to manipulate sleep within both herself and others around her, allowing her to not only induce and extract sleep from a person but to also manipulate and enhance all aspects of sleep itself- the young demigod, though innocent in looks and sweet in nature, is able to manipulate the sleep patterns of a person, as well as be able to choose how long they are able to sleep for and how deep a sleep the person is having. Strong enough to induce not only a deep, but also instantaneous sleep on those around her, even to the extent that she could potentially be able to induce perpetual insomnia or push a demigod into a comatose state; Syleste is also able to both reduce and or remove a person's need for sleep all together, causing them to become dreadfully tired and drowsy at all times- the young child of Morpheus also helpful in the sense that she is able to also awaken a person from any type of sleeping state, regardless of the circumstances.

Dream walking/ manipulation - Both inheriting and managing to master her father's more rare talents, Syleste has the unique ability to enter a world she knows as "The Dream Realm"; allowing her to not only slip in and out of the dreams of others with ease, but also to summon others into that of her own dreams. Along with this form of power, Syleste has also been able to become exceedingly proficient in the ability to manipulate every aspect of the dreams that she finds herself in; giving her the power to bring both the sweetest of dreams to a person, as well as the most terrible of nightmares- however over her time exploring this ability, she has learnt that it also comes with a terribly dangerous side-effect. While moving about the Dream Realm, should a person, including herself get hurt, the injuries sustained would travel through the dreams before transferring out and onto that persons physical body, making this a dangerous ability that she very rarely uses outside of both the trials she holds, and her personal use. This particular ability (mostly) only happening to work if the person contacting/ or being contacted by her, is within the same country as she is, and it is shown that takes quite a lot of her energy to get it to work across oceans; however, the stronger a bond she shares with the person being contacted/ contacting her, the less energy it takes to do so.

* Though her disability is rarely ever shown to bother the young demigod; Syleste has found that while she is in the Dream Realm, she is able to see everything with perfect vision- her father's gift to her allowing her to see things that she wouldn't normally be able to see.

Other: Syleste has a deep love of most the creatures (Rabbits, cats, dogs, foxes, deer, ect.) that roam the exciting and unexplored world that surrounds her; she also has strong liking for drinking hot chocolates and cuddling up with those that she cares about in her life- her love of music also helping the young girl when it comes to being able to express herself in situations that may have her feeling both overwhelmed or upset.

Though she may seem confident and semi-competent when it comes to things she sets her mind to, Syleste has a fear of swimming and is terrified at the very thought of deep water, along with this fear she is also scared of being left alone, and being treated differently due to her disability.

While quite talented in both singing and playing the piano, Syleste has found that she is more confident with her skills when she is on her own or with someone she is extremely close to, the young girl too shy and embarrassed to show her musical talents to others.

Understanding that people can become quite uncomfortable with her disability, Syleste keeps a bit of light blue material with her which she uses to hide her eyes from view, not wanting others to have to deal with the strange look of her eyes- though the young demigod's goal is to one day find a place where she really belongs, and a life surrounded by people who truly accepted for who she is.

Though never talking about it without first being asked, Syleste has a small though meaningful tattoo situated behind her right ear that not even her mother knows that she had done.

With what seems to be an unquenchable thirst for fun; Arianna always manages to find something in which to occupy her time, whether it be heading out on a road trip with best friend to a music festival, or relaxing back in her cabin drinking it up with her mates- she does all that she can to live her life to the fullest and to the best of her ability, though with her fathers madness forever tugging at her mind, it's best not to make her mad.

Biography:
After her birth Arianna’s mother, Jean, threw herself into her work trying as hard as she could to provide her daughter with anything she would need growing up though with a growing business and a busy club being a single mother was never an easy feat. Growing up surrounded by music, alcohol and a vast amount of staff whom she always considered her family, the young outgoing child was found the center of attention; never letting there be a dull moment in the lives of all those she knew. With worry for how her surroundings might impact her future her mother and the rest of the staff pulled together teaching her as best they could things that she had always shown an interest in; defense and how to fight from the bouncers and the security guards, music and mixing from the DJ’s and bands that her mother employed, and as she grew older she learnt how to mix and create her own drinks from the bartenders who had watched over her throughout her life. Hitting high school Arianna never found it hard to make friends with those surrounding her, quickly making close bonds and relationships with those she felt she could truly trust though with her laid back and curious nature the girl always had a flair for cruising through life with not many worries clouding her head. With the encouragement and help of her friends and family though, Arianna managed to push up her grades all the while honing her skills in the areas she found she had a love of; her already vast collection of music and alcohol growing immensely with each year that passed her by.

Extremely protective over her friends she kept a close watch over them stepping in whenever someone made small jibes or rumors about any of them though as it began to turn into full blown bullying her patience, and unbeknownst to her, her sanity began to wear thin. After a particularly nasty day for her best friend ending with the two huddled in the hospital with the nurse wrapping bandages around her wrists Arianna had had enough a small switch clicking over in her mind causing her to step over the edge causing everyone to begin to grow weary of her, tip-toeing around her careful not to make a wrong move. Catching up with the one the guy who had put her friend in the hospital under constant watch she forced her way into his home economics class confronting him all the while ignoring the protests of the teacher, having enough of his crap and wanting to put him through the same pain that he had put her friend through she grabbed his arm shoving his hand into the blender that was being used by one of the other students causing the school to go into a full blown panic. Not knowing what else to do with her the justice system had her sent away separating her from the world she loved by placing her in an asylum far from the company of her family and friends. After a year locked away in a padded cell for her crime Arianna was released back into her mother’s care with a new nickname and a new instilled fear of losing control of herself again; deciding the time was right Jean sat her down telling her the truth about her father and where she could find him, taking that as a hint she packed her bags up and with the help of her family she made her way to the camp. Now living full time in the camp with her father, Arianna tries to keep herself in good spirits though whenever she can she always jumps at the chance of going to festivals, spending more time away then in her own cabin.

Demigod Abilities: Born as a child of partying and madness; Arianna has been not only lucky, but also unlucky enough to inherit five of her father's more notable of traits and abilities; the bubbly and young party girl herself holding a rather impressive power and control over both Chlorokinesis and Alcokinesis, as well as being able to wield the gifted abilities of Party Sense and Endless Supply- however, Arianna's more impressive and slightly worrying trait is her ability (like that of her father's) to Cure Madness within others.

Chlorokinesis - Taking after most other children of Dionysus when it comes to her purely natural and rather impressive hold over plant life; Arianna is able to not only skillfully grow plants around her, but she is also able to both control and summon them- though like her father and brothers before her, she does indeed prefer the grape and strawberry vines that she helps to tend to during her time within the camp. Able to use her abilities in combat and against any opponents that come up against her in battle; Arianna is able to manipulate her plants and vines to the point which she is able to not only bind her enemy, but if her head is not in the right place, she is also able to suffocate and strangle them until there are no longer any signs of life- her vines both exceedingly strong and durable, almost matching the same quality of Dionysus himself.

Alcokinesis - Following closely within her father's footsteps when it comes to her love of drinking; Arianna has the strong ability to not only create and brew her own alcohol, but to also manipulate alcohols of any kind that she comes across. No where near as masterful in her abilities as others within the camp; Arianna will often seek out her father or call upon her older half-brother, Pollux, for both advice and also help when it comes to practicing her alcohol transformation and conjuration- and while the young daughter of Dionysus seems to be able to hold her own in a drinking competition against her father, it's shown that she is almost completely immune to the affects that alcohol has on other around her; the daughter of wine only ever able to get and maintain the perfect buzz that comes with drinking.

Curing Madness - The daughter of madness herself; Arianna has the rare ability to cure people of any madness that plagues their minds or haunts them, the young girl able to pull it straight from them just like that of her father before her, leaving the person once affected no longer feeling any ties to the madness which afflicted them in the first place- however, a double-edged blade, Arianna only ever uses this ability as a last resort and with a heavy heart as the madness which she removes from the person that she's curing, piles up and only adds to her own, causing her own condition to worsen each time she uses it.

Partying/ Party Sense - Taking after her infamous father before her when it comes to their love and flair for the thrill of the party scene; Arianna has the ability to sense not only if there is a party going on, but also where that party is being held at the time, allowing the daughter of Dionysus to intentionally seek out and join in on the fun- also known as the camps resident party girl, and thanks to her father's Godly influence on her abilities, Arianna is known for being able to throw parties and other shin-digs that are not only considered to be wild, but are also some of the most memorable in camps history.

Endless Supply - Seen to all (including herself) as almost nothing more than an amusing party trick; Arianna was gifted with the not only seemingly useless, though extremely unique and quirky ability to produce an endless supply of hats by her father, Dionysus, whether this be by pulling them from somewhere as strange as the pocket on someones clothing, or even as odd as managing to retrieve one from the depths of another hat itself- the young party girl showing mass amounts of control over the fun ability, even to the point in which she also has complete control over the hat once it is on a person's head, sometimes causing the wearer to have to await and seek out her permission before they are able to remove it.

Other: Not particularly a fan of being left on her own, or having to deal with complete and utter silence even while in a group; after a full years stint within an institution before she was sent to the camp to live under her father's watchful eye, Arianna is completely terrified of losing control of herself again just as she did during her past- the madness within herself, and the thought that it could once again take over, her deepest and darkest fear.

Wanting nothing more than to spend as much time as she can with those that she considers her friends, Arianna is always willing to think up new ways in which the group can keep the fun alive, her more favored activities being both gaming nights in the cabins, and surfing down at the beach with the Poseidon children- with an absolute and undeniable love of both partying and drinking until the night ends and the sun comes up above the camp; the buzz of the alcohol always seems to put a bounce into her step, helping to make her more affectionate towards those who tend to come too close after she's been drinking for a while, though she tends to be lucky when taking after her Godly father, never truly feeling the need to sleep off those nasty hangovers that she never seems to get.

Taking after her father when it comes to tending to the fields of the camp, the demigod is extremely skilled in growing both plants and vines, her specialty being the long lines of grape vines that the camp uses to create the wine served during meals- extremely sought after for her alcohol making abilities, Arianna is exceedingly skilled at making things such as beer, wine, ect.

Personality: Logan is a tireless optimistic and seen as an inspiration by his fellow Campers. He found that the burden of being a child of the king of gods was only heavy if one allowed it to be. He tries to prove that he is worthy of expectations, driving him to train nearly day and night to hone already impressive skills. His perfectionism applies only to the field however, if one were to look at his personal quarters they'd find it is frequently a whirlwind of messiness. This contrast often befuddles anyone that tries to get close to Logan, which is a difficult task. Knowing how others look up to him, Logan frequently keeps people at a friendly distance. He'll make small talk, but once questions become more personal, he tries to avoid and change the subject. With his intense drive, many people begrudge him, saying that no one could be quite so perfect as the Child of Jupiter strives to be.

They'd be right, as Logan hosts a vast expanse of doubt and grief. Logan feels that he may not be up to the task of honoring his godly father and living up to Jason's name, especially after his last battle. With the loss came a tempering of his usually outgoing and inclusive behavior, leading to his seclusive behavior. Many have tried to talk to Logan, with words of condolences and permission to show his pain, but he waves it off not wanting to worry others. He feels that if he's to heal, he must first try to heal others but never sees the shortcoming of that line of reasoning. Being quite logical, he knows that he should open to someone about his problems, but still feels that he should not burden anyone with them. He feels it is almost a sign of weakness to be so broken by one death when loss has been felt by so many after the recent wars.

Logan is only as good as his tolerance and has been suffering bouts of melancholia and despair. His bright outlook is often swept aside as this mood settles on the boy and he secludes himself during these times. If one were to look for him, they might find him at the edge of an expanse of water in the wilderness or a shoreline. He finds screaming helps, but only does so when he is certain none may overhear him. Nonetheless, he drives on, wanting to be rid of the demons that have settled on his soul. On the worst nights, he listens to the last voicemail he received from Ashley.

Skills: A paramount soldier, Logan is versed in an array of tactics and types of warfare. He found that his best skill is in the breaking of the enemy's defense, often putting him at the front-line of a battlefield. He is a fair hand at archery, but excels with bladed weapons and staves. His personal love is hand-to-hand combat, going to a mixed-martial arts dojo in his spare time to learn the tricks of their trade. He is usually seen carrying a gladius, a larger than normal buckler, and a pair of javelins onto the battlefield.

Being a child of Jupiter, he has the ability to manipulate the winds, fly, and summon great bolts of lightning to smite his enemy. After Jason Grace's accounts of his last quest, he has begun to practice his abilities of flight, finding it harder than expected. He can manage it, but finds the ability taxing and prefers to save his strength for his other talents. He finds that he can summon exceptional feats of strength, much like Heracles, for short bursts of time, but it leaves him utterly exhausted forcing him to recuperate for awhile. His last gift is the ability to summon a great lightning storm aura around his person, but is only accessible during great duress or extreme emotion.

Unknown to Logan, the blood of Fortūna still runs in his veins, but not like his grandfather who had made a fortune in stocks after taking great risks and always having them pay off. The gift of luck has been passed down, but diluted through the generational gap. Arrows tend to miss him and enemies' attacks do not always land where they intended, but Logan is in no way infallible. One arrow is not all the enemy will be able to fire and one slash is not what wins a fight. Other than this, Logan has hunches, or vibes as he calls them, forewarning him when something terrible or great is to happen.

Other than his skills as a demigod and solider, Logan has been writing poetry on and off for years. Recently he's taken to it with a fervor, writing down his pain one of the few ways he can console himself.

Biography:
Logan was born with a family already versed in the world of the gods and was raised in the dark. He lived in ignorance until he was fifteen, until he grew too powerful and became the target of monsters. They told him of his half-blood and Legacy status and soon he embarked on a journey to the House of Wolves. He passed his trials quickly, earning his Camp Jupiter tattoo and was placed in the First Cohort, from the commendation of his Grandfather, a Legacy of Fortūna. He rose in ranks quickly, nearly besting Jason's own record. This is where the similarities end, as Logan was never offered the title of Praetor. His last quest ended in abysmal failure and nearly broke the optimistic young man.

In a team of three, he was the sole survivor due to a lot of luck. Tasked with finding out about a rumored amassing of monsters Logan, his second-in-command Nolan, and his girlfriend Ashley went to investigate. They were careful, scouting the perimeter before going into the area cited in their information. The monsters were waiting however and ambushed them as they tried to enter a hastily abandoned camp. Although each of them were skilled, they were pushed until their backs were to a cliff. The monsters were unrelenting and followed in pursuit. Logan saw no other way of destroying this threat to his camp and with the agreement of his friends, struck the ground with his fist, cracking the rock shelf with his summoned strength. As the terrible cracking filled the air, he said good-bye to his friends and lover, puling them into a fierce embrace.

He awoke the night after, toppling out of the one tree left standing among a field of debris from the broken cliff. Coughing, he searched for days until he had no more strength. His friends were no where to be seen, dead under the avalanche of rocks. How had he survived when his friends hadn't? He screamed out his grief and slowly made his way back to camp. He arrived a couple weeks later, Reyna ashen-faced when he informed him of the incident. Unable to face his fellow campers, he requested transfer to Camp Half-Blood, hoping the change of scenery might rid him of his grief.

Personality: Gideon is an emulation of his father, but in a slightly toned down fashion. His father is very power hungry, very driven to win every war or create war among others. Gideon does not do that. Gideon is not power hungry, nor does he ever want to make anyone fight. However, he is very driven when it comes to fighting competitions or fighting in general. That side of his father still remains with him. He considers himself one of the best, if not the best fighter in all of the camp.

Gideon is ruthless when it comes to fighting. He doesn't believe in giving mercy where mercy is due. He feels that giving mercy to someone who doesn't deserve it is weakness. He hates showing weakness or anyone who portrays themselves as submissive and weak. He has never once given mercy to anyone that he has faced on a battle field and the only time he has ever not killed someone or something was when he was in the camp and he was playing Capture the Flag or was doing the Obstacle course. Outside of the camp, he believes it is everyone for themselves and if they get in his way... they will feel his wrath. He is very protective of his friends and family, no matter how much they irk him sometimes.

Outside of fighting, though, it seems like Gideon is a pretty nice guy. He is a little bit big-headed and has a big ego. He is very boastful and full of himself, being a son of Ares as is. He believes that he can take on any demi-god in fighting, and for the most part he is correct. Gideon uses his intelligence of combat and battle to help him win almost any fight that he has stumbled upon. Because of all of this, though, he tends to start a few fights because many of the demi-gods do not like him saying that he is better than them, when he really is. Gideon does have a short temper, but it can be easily squandered with a hand placed on the shoulder to hold him back or a glance from one of his friends. He is very loyal to his friends, which also makes him not make friends as easily, because friends, to him, have to prove that they are worthy to be loyal to.

Skills: Gideon is one of the more athletic demi-gods. He is a fast runner and excellent climber. He is quite intelligent when it comes to combat and war. Thanks to his father being the God of War, Gideon has the knowledge and ability to battle with almost any weapon much better than any others. He is a fast learner, which means that he can adapt to different weapons fairly quickly. He also has an ability to conjure up small weapons, but he cannot conjure up big weapons. The biggest thing he can get is a knife. Gideon, as being one of the eldest children of Ares, has developed his power of Odikinesis, which is the manipulation of the emotions of hate and anger, which causes the start of wars. He rarely uses this gift though because it seems that his choice of words has the ability to start a fight on its own.

When it comes to Ares' blessing, Gideon rarely has to ask to get it. He starts to get a red glow around him and he cannot be injured whenever Ares' blessing is bestowed upon him. He is not invincible though. Ares' blessing can tired out a person and if it lasts too long, it can seriously injure the person it was bestowed upon. Gideon has nearly passed out multiple times during fights because of it.

Biography:
Gideon was born a silent child to Emma Carlyle, a secondary school gym teacher from Sydney, Australia. Gideon was a very rambunctious baby, but a fairly quick learner when it came to anything physical. He was walking by the time he was six months old and running by the time he was a year old. He learned to speak soon after. Emma loved Gideon to death and would do anything to protect him, which was why she was so worried about him being able to do all of these things so quickly.

Emma, tired of her life in Sydney and the stress of being a single mother, decided to move to America, where her brother had moved. Specifically, she wound up moving to New York City with Gideon, who was about six at the time, young enough to have developed an Australian accent, one that would stay with him through the years. Gideon started attending elementary school as soon as they moved to America. He would state that he liked it to his mother, but in actuality, he didn't like it as much as he claimed. Many of the kids made fun of him for having his accent and being smarter than most of them were. He hated it, and as he grew older, it began to eat at him. He got into three fights when he was in fifth grade and Emma soon withdrew him from school, stating that her and her brother would teach him. Emma wanted to protect Gideon as much as possible, but it was going to be hard to do that without explaining why so many people wanted to fight him.

Gideon first learned of his father from his mother when he was twelve years old. After getting into yet another fight with a boy at the park one evening after not even doing anything, Emma decided it was time to tell Gideon the truth. She explained to Gideon that he was the son of Ares, the Greek God. Gideon, not really knowing about Greek mythology at the time, nodded, confused. Emma showed him information on Ares, watching him for a reaction. Gideon didn't get angry; he wasn't even a little bit upset. Instead, he felt better about himself. He now knew why everyone made fun of him and why he was different. He thought being a demi-god was amazingly cool. He thanked his mother for telling him, but she made him swear not to tell anyone else, which he swore he wouldn't, and he never did.

Gideon made his way to Camp Half-Blood at fourteen years old, after his mother died in a car accident. His uncle was barely surviving and Gideon didn't want to be a burden on him, so he headed out to the Camp that he had only heard about, leaving his uncle only a note. Gideon has been in the camp for four years now, being the Counselor of the Ares' cabin since he was sixteen. He helps out with a lot of the training for fighting, which he doesn't mind, and he tends always be one of the captains of the Capture the Flag games. He feels like he belongs now, and strives to make both of his parents proud.

Weapon/s: Because he is the God of War's son, he has a very clear ability to be able to work with many weapons. He has a keen wit to be able to turn almost anything, even himself, into a weapon. Though, whenever he can, he tends to use traditional weapons.

Extremely resourceful and able to think 'outside of the box', this handy teenager is a force to be reckoned with, her designs and creations like nothing ever seen by those of her generation. A keen and driven young woman when it comes to her future, Ky' vie pushes the boundaries of inventing, her hard work and determination helping to further the advancements of the camp with her interesting idea's on both technology and transportation.

Most times seen as extremely loud and always dependable when it comes to a job, this knowledgeable young woman is very quick of wit and high tempered, not allowing those who think themselves better than her to walk over and try to control her. Stubborn as an ox and once known to be more hot headed than most living in the camp, Ky' vie is unafraid to speak her mind, her anger and frustration causing her to sometimes unknowingly mix in Australian slang into her speech, more times than not ends up confusing whoever is on the receiving end of the teenagers wrath.

A vicious young woman thing when she's pushed far enough, Ky' vie is known for being a stereotypical tough biker chick; not only being able to take a physical beating, but mentally as well though her conscience does sometimes tend to get in the way. With her stubbornness and her determination to get things done, Ky' vie is extremely strong-willed, rarely ever changing her stance upon something once she has set her mind to it, causing many to waste their breath when they try to convince her otherwise. Quick to call others out on their behavior and actions, her own emotions (when running high) tend to cause the young woman to sometimes be both foolish and irrational, leading her into situations that she rarely thinks about first.

A brave girl at heart, Ky' vie isn't afraid to take jump into action, the reckless girl willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means putting her own life on the line to save others from harm. Known as a major risk taker and driven by the thought of protecting both her camp and the ones that she loves, Ky' vie has a strong love of racing; the teenagers skills on a motorbike unmatched by any other that she has faced on the streets. Growing up in a family with very little to their name, she learnt quickly to become a fighter in all senses of the word, in order for her to live and survive everything that life and everyone in it had to throw her way, believing that even in the toughest of situations there was a bigger force that had a plan for her and all those she cares for.

Intensely loyal to the ones she loves and cares for, Ky' vie is highly family-oriented with the exception of her father, and is extremely sentimental when it comes to both her late grandparents and her home back in Australia; the demigod going above and beyond the duty of a normal teenager by working her hardest to provide them with a life better then she ever had. Strengths: Thanks to growing up surrounded by people who encouraged her to pursue what mattered most to her, Ky' vie has an extensive and expert knowledge base when it comes to mechanics and inventing, the young demigod learning everything she knew by silently watching as others worked and explained what it took to make different things work as one to get a job done. Now one of the youngest and most talented mechanics world-wide, Ky' vie is able to effectively communicate with her team about both the diagnosis and how to repair a range of different machines, allowing her to quickly identify the source of a problem and any other related issues before having them taken care of in a timely manner; her excellent (and sometimes challenging) communication skills helping her to be able to translate complex and technical jargon into simple terms for all to understand easily.

Working hard and dedicated to her particular field of work, Ky' vie has a solid work ethic and is nine times out of ten committed to quickly solving and repairing problems that seem to occur with what she's working on, the feisty woman having no issues with voicing her opinions and being brutally honest with those asking her about her work. Biography:
Growing up under the loving care of her mothers parents, Ky was always a sweet and kind young girl. Forming a stronger relationship with the guys of the group rather than the girls, the young Australian learning from a young age how to look after and defend herself. Hanging out with the guys helped her to grow into a beautiful, confident young lady. Wanting to do her best and help her family in anyway she could, she threw herself into her studies, raising her grades so that she could make her grandparents proud of who she was becoming. Deciding that it was time for their granddaughter to become a woman of her own, her grandparents sat her down telling her the truth about her past their wishes for her to seek out and live within the camp that her father had spoken to them about many times. Reluctantly she packed her bags saying goodbye to her family before heading off for a new life within Camp Half-blood where she met her several people who welcomed and accepted her for who she was. After a year of arriving in the camp the close knit group of friends decided it was time to travel packing their things into the back of her newly build car before they set out to travel around unknowingly putting a target on their backs and causing them to land in a hell they never believed they would get out of; the Goddess Ate unintentionally teaching them that they needed to be more careful about what they do.

After what seemed like days of torture, Ky woke up finding herself in the infirmary surrounded by the Apollo children who worked tirelessly to keep the pain of her injuries at a bare minimum; just another reminder of what their lives would have in store for them all. Soon after getting back to a normal daily routine Ky pushed herself into her work growing closer and closer to one of her friends who had been by her side since day one in the camp, the two of them eventually giving into their feelings for each other and beginning a relationship. After a year, one trip back to her hometown and the loss of grandfather caused a strain on their relationship and in turn caused the love of her life to walk out and leave the camp to be with his family, leaving her on her own once more with those she thought were friends moving on with their lives one by one. At the loss of her last known family, her grandmother, she flew back home for the last time knowing that once she had set all affairs in order she would no longer be able to return to the place she grew up into the loving arms of people she once knew. Now a mature polite young teenager, Ky stepped out of the safety walls of the place she had called home and back into the world nervous to rejoin camp and mess things up for her family who are watching over her. Slipping back into a semi-normal daily routine she tries her best to keep out of trouble and reform the bonds she once had while forgetting the love she once shared, knowing that it wasn't meant to be.

~Demigod Information~


Demigod Abilities: Born as a child of the forge; Ky' vie was lucky enough to inherit two of her father's more notable of traits and abilities; the demigod herself holding a strong and rather controlled power over not only the more common ability of technokinesis, but also the more rarer of her father's abilities, pyrokinesis- the young woman herself, the first after her older half-brother Leo Valdez to master this particular and rather fiery ability.

Technokinesis - Taking after her older half-brother, Leo Valdez, when it comes to her both strong and rather impressive mechanical abilities; Ky' vie is able to skillfully manipulate both machines and technology by not only physically animating them, but also by controlling and communicating with them- this part of her abilities allowing her to manipulate a rather extensive amount of machines and technology including things such as lamps, vacuums, computers, ect. Seen to be the most experienced and skilled within the Hephaestus cabin; Ky is able to understand and sense machinery, and has the rare talent of being able to expertly operate machines in which she had no prior knowledge or experience with- the young woman able to instinctively fly and or drive any mechanical vehicle proficiently; including vehicles such as cars, trains, and helicopters.

Also able to sense faults in metal ore, and able to identify different types of machinery and it's use with a simple touch; Ky is also able to (in particular types of mechanical traps) sense traps, the demigod capable of disabling such complex traps of her father's design when others might find it impossible- while showing that she is more than capable within her abilities, there are certain types of her technokinesis are also dependent on electrokinesis as most of the machines used are run by electricity.


Pyrokinesis - The very first demigod after her older half-brother, Leo Valdez, to master the more dangerous and at times extremely unpredictable ability of pyrokinesis; Ky' vie is able to proficiently generate as well as both manipulate and control the flames of a fire- allowing her the ability to manipulate something as small as lighting and or playing with the flame of a candle, or something much grander as being able to shoot or cover her entire body with white-hot flames; the temperature of such flames able to reach such heights that, despite her well-known and extremely strong resistance to fire and heat, are able to both char and damage her body to the point that she will need to spend time with the Apollo children within the infirmary.

Though showing mass amounts of control over the rare ability of a child of Hephaestus, Ky' vie does however have sometimes have trouble whenever she gets overly excited, scared or even flustered; her emotions causing varying effects such as causing her to heat up and smoke, or even have her hair flair up or burst into flames- however on any normal circumstances, Ky is able to both create and throw such things as fireballs, fire bolts, fire blasts, and when concentrating hard enough on the task at hand, can create impressively large and intense columns of fire; her ability showing that she could potentially be held in comparison to the children of the big three, though her passive nature and non-violent persona help to keep her grounded and down to earth.


~Weaponry Information~


Weapon/s: Though once known to be one of the more violent people within the camp, her strength and skills in fighting matching even that of the Ares children; Ky' vie no longer relies or believes that fighting should be used to solve all her problems like she did when she was younger, the demigod only ever using her weapon when the situation calls for her to do so.

Weapon/s Type: Scythe.
Attributes: Doing everything to earn its name 'Ember' and the fearsome reputation that it and its owner both hold; the scythe, when used correctly and the lantern lit with her spark, emits both deadly flames and sparks, sending embers flying through the air with each and every swing- a dangerous game to play, especially when surrounded by the highly flammable liquids she uses, and the forests of the camp which could light up easily.



~Other Information~


Other: With immense talent for drawing up both blueprints and plans that are unmatched by any other in Camp Half-Blood; Ky' vie has an absolute love for tinkering with plans and parts, building machines and other items from scratch, and for fixing broken things that other campers come to her for help with; whether it be as simple as fixing the Aphrodite children's hair curlers, or something more complex such as cars or motorbikes.

With a simple need and enjoyment of both spending time and entertaining her friends within the camp, Ky' vie has a strong love of cooking and will often throw barbecue's for the campers, giving those who wouldn't normally the chance to hang out and mingle with others around them- the demigod sometimes showing her musical talent by even not only breaking out her guitar and piano playing skills, but also her singing voice when those around her all ask for and cheer her on to do so.

Having once been kidnapped with her friends by the Goddess Ate, so that they could become her new found and most favorite of 'toys', Ky' vie has an extremely strong fear and pure hatred of the Goddess herself and more times than none tends to grow both angry and exceedingly violent while in her presence- the only other things to cause such terror to strike her heart being the thought of finding herself stuck at a great height, and the thought of having nothing left to live for.

Personality: Upon first impression, many people dislike Griffin for his sardonic nature, snarky attitude, and apathetic, brutally honest demeanor. Often unwilling to take a position of responsibility and begrudgingly following orders, Griffin can be aptly described as a "free spirit", uncaring of what he does so long as he chooses to do it.

Griffin does not suffer fools gladly, and completely disregards anyone he perceives to be arrogant, rude, cruel, or stupid, treating them with open disdain and sarcasm.

This mocking nature masks a more insightful side that Griffin only displays to those he is closest to. Remarkably intelligent and well-read, his span of knowledge is only bested by his thirst for it. Problem-solving by nature, Griffin will often lock himself in his cabin for hours, poring over some old book or scroll and scrawling down notes. This thirst for knowledge stems from a naturally passionate personality. Griffin will pursue anything that interests him to the ends of the earth, seeking to learn all he can about said topic. Consequently, Griffin will outright ignore subjects that bore or disinterest him, dismissing them as simply not worth his time (even if all evidence points to the contrary).

Griffin is fun-loving and humorous by nature, known for his frequent jokes and quips, as well as playing the odd practical joke whenever the whim strikes him.

Despite his scornful behavior and borderline cruel nature, Griffin highly values loyalty and honesty, with a distinct desire to be trusted and liked by his fellows. This nature often causes him to attempt to "prove himself" to those he respects, taking compliments very sincerely and letting critiques bother him far more than they should.

Griffin is something of a hypocrite in regards to his personal philosophies. He values honesty in his friends and despises those who deceive him, though he has little issues lying himself if he believes it to be the best course of action.

Lastly, unlike many demigods, Griffin has a rather close relationship with his godly parent, communicating with Hermes on a semi-regular basis and seeking to improve his abilities constantly to impress him.

Biography: Griffin's backstory is a somewhat complicated and bittersweet one. His mother, at the time, was a high school senior with aspirations of being a physical therapist. Hermes unintentionally soon found himself involved with the young girl, first as a friend, then as something more...

Nine months later, Baby Griffin was born. Young, scared, and with no idea how to raise a child, Griffin's mother, Holly felt that her child's best option would be with someone who could care and provide for him. That answer came in Holly's maternal uncle, Redmond. Officially putting Redmond down as the baby's godfather, Griffin was raised in the capital city of Belfast in Northern Ireland under the caring, watchful eye of his great-uncle.

Highly curious and mischievous in youth, Griffin, given the first name Hawley in remembrance of his birth mother, was an explorer, frequently running off on his own to appease his inquisitive nature. Though Redmond tried his best to steer the young Griffin towards a more quiet, conservative nature, Hawley nonetheless continued his haphazard 'adventures'.

Unbeknownst to Griffin at the time, his guardian was no mere mortal - but a demigod, son of Athena. Knowing full well the dangers that came with raising a demigod, Redmond did all in his power to keep the boy safe from harm, monitoring him closely for any sign of his special powers. Such a sign would come when Hawley was merely 6 years old. An old rusted shed he was trying to break into in his backyard was sealed shut by multiple padlocks. In a fit of irritation, Hawley tugged at the chains securing the doors, only for the locks to shatter into pieces, falling onto the ground.

Now with Hawley's growing powers revealed, Redmond took the boy and fled to America to escape any potential monster threat, settling in the bustling state of New York in hopes that the extensive mortal presence would hide the young Griffin's blood.

As Griffin grew older, he began experiencing the various troubles that came with demigod children: crippling ADHD, debilitating dyslexia, and a feeling of disconnect with the other children. As such, when he turned 13 years old, Redmond decided to reveal Hawley's heritage to him.

Learning that he was the son of Hermes, messenger of the gods, Griffin did not react with vehement disbelief like many other demigods had, but merely took the fact as an interesting note of his heritage.

Shortly after, he was sent to Camp Half-Blood, where he would be kept safe from harm, taught to hone on his abilities.

Shearwind is nigh-indestructible and dangerously sharp, capable of slicing through stone and even certain metals. Perhaps most remarkably, the sword is capable of teleporting individuals when swung through the air. Similar to the infamous Shadow Travel used by children of the Underworld, the blade's reach is capable of sending one nearly anywhere they desire, though it causes Griffin great fatigue which only increases with the gain of distance, thus he limits himself as much as he can. Likewise the blade needs time to recharge between instances, as overuse will cause it to shatter.

Personality: Kiran tends to be quiet, but thoughtful when she's in school, or by herself. She enjoys thinking and picking up small bits of information here and there. Her curiosity usually gets the best of her. She'll take high risks to gain the knowledge she desires.

She'll go out of her way to make others feel welcome. Kiran will usually try to break awkward silences, and frequently makes a fool of herself while doing so. She gets along very well with Apollo. Her relationship with her father is better than most demigods. He calls her Devika, which means "little goddess" in Hindu. Usually she down plays being the favorite child, claiming that she's just really pushy when it comes to visiting him. However, she's very hard on herself and is always trying to make herself better, by pushing herself beyond her boundaries. She very rarely cares about her own health, occasionally causing harm to herself.

Skills: Kiran is an extremely good musician. She can play a multitude of instruments, and has a sweet melodic alto voice. And while she's absolutely terrible at archery (much to her dismay), she is an expert at double wielding. Her skills in healing are average by normal Apollo cabin standards, but in the real world they seem rather exceptional.

Kiran has the ability to use photokinesis. She can create illusions/hallucinations, create light shields/force field, project healing energies, blast of lights to impale or blind enemies for some time or maybe forever, and create a ball or shape of light to blast.

Biography:
Kiran's mother was an immigrant to America. She was raised in India, where the rest of her family lived. However, Kiran's mother was invited to attend a college at the New York Institute of Technology where she decided that she wanted to learn the cultures of the US and fit in. So she went to a college party, got drunk, and ended up sleeping with Apollo, who was in disguise. After learning she was pregnant, Kiran's mother was ashamed, because it went against her culture and belief. However, she refused to get an abortion because that was also against her belief. So when the child was born she was named Kiran, meaning "Ray of light". Kiran's mother never knew who Kiran's father was.

Kiran's mother constantly exposed Kiran to Indian culture. So, through rigorous home teachings, Kiran has learned Hindu. As Kiran grew up, her mother wanted her to become a doctor. So Kiran, tried her best in school, however, due to her dyslexia and ADHD she had trouble focusing in school. She always hung out with the smart students in her grade, and tried her best to appear smart. She lived with high expectations constantly on her shoulders.

Eventually, as classes got harder, Kiran's grades dropped. Furious, her mother started punishing her more and more severely. It started off with taking away luxuries such as internet, and her phone, but eventually it lead to even more. Soon, her meals were taken away and she was constantly sleep deprived from how long her mother would force her to stay up in order to study. However, Kiran's grades were barely improving. It got to the point where her mother would beat her for her grades. While it didn't particularly hurt very bad because her mother didn't have much strength, it was still emotionally scarring. After awhile, Kiran's friends and teachers at school noticed. Soon the school called social services and Kiran was taken away from her home. At a foster home, a satyr found her and brought her to camp. Kiran's was thrilled to have people she could consider family. She lives at Camp Half-Blood, but is sometimes forced to see her mother who is trying to regain custody of Kiran.

Personality: Jericho is an aloof sort of person, preferring to stay out of conflict and not share his opinion with most. He’s learned to be quite independent, never asking another for help and keeping everyone at an arm’s length. When he does speak, it is usually in a dry and bored tone, as if he’d rather be back in the woods he spends most of his time in. This solidarity often finds him at odds with the other campers, especially because of his parentage. He dislikes it immensely whenever anyone asks how he came to be, because he has no answers. Always a perfectionist, Jericho often finds himself in the woods or at the training grounds to perfect his various disciplines.

He did not inherit his mother’s chastity however, being quite the flirt. He always finds time for a beautiful lady and goes out of his way to make a good impression. His soft-spoken and cold demeanor often labels him as one of those classic bad-boys, an image he takes full advantage of. Girls seemed to go wild for that sort of thing and girls are one of Jericho’s very few passions.

Underneath his cynical and sometimes insulting behavior is a very understanding and sincere person. He only truly cares about Erin, the two’s similar dispositions making them natural friends. Some of his favorite activities is sitting back and making fun of the more idiotic campers that run amok.

Skills: Jericho is an excellent huntsman, able to track his prey with uncanny precision and over time that a human hunter couldn’t hope to replicate. His marksmanship is also top notch, able to split an arrow with another and acrobatically fire off rapid shots from his favored bow.

He’s a skilled negotiator, often using his distant attitude as a stance of neutrality with the other counselors of the camp. It’s not often he can be bested in a debate or argument.

He can carve well, making small animal figurines in his spare time, a craft his father taught him. This allows him to make his own arrows and heads, when his bow’s own magical supply seems lacking. Able to sew, he can mend most of his clothing on the go. His abilities with traps are unparalleled within the camp, always catching monsters unawares, only to dispatch them back to Tartarus with a well-aimed shot. He’s very agile and acrobatic, often running up the trunks of trees only to kick up and grab a branch, spinning to land on it with both feet. These abilities make him one of the better of questers that the camp sends out.

Eye of the Hunter: Jericho never misses his shot, the young man having the blood of Artemis in his veins. He sees where his target will go and where he should shoot, but this also gives him a keen edge in close quarters as well. His honed senses tell him through minute muscle movements where his enemy will strike and move.

Hunter’s Concealment: Jericho can hide his presence at will, becoming invisible in any light bar direct and bright sunlight. The sounds of his footsteps disappear and his scent will be lost to monsters and other beings alike.

Hunter’s Focus: Everything slows down for Jericho when his mind truly focuses on the task at hand. His eyes can zoom in like an eagle’s from up high, his sense of smell is like that of the wolf’s, and his analysis of the situation is almost savant-like.

Animal Tongue: Jericho can communicate with all manner of animals in their tongue, understanding them as easily as any human.

Call of the Wild: Jericho can summon the predators and larger creatures of the forest to aid in battle when the going gets tough.

Tree-friend: Very rarely, Jericho can convince the stately trees of the forest to aid him as well, entangling enemies and knocking them down.

Biography: Jericho grew up in a rural town aptly named Hunts Point. His father found him on his doorstep in a silver wicker basket, with a letter from the Goddess of the Hunt. Les Anderson kept the boy secret, not wanting any to know of his strange origins. He raised him in an isolated cabin, where he lived with him until he was twelve. Les taught Jericho everything he knew about the art of the bow, finding his son unbelievably talented. Their training wasn’t limited to just the bow, however, as his father was a son of Ares. Trained in all manners of combat and weaponry, Jericho grew up secluded, but well versed in battle and tactics. Eventually, Les realized his boy needed people of his own kind to surround him and brought him to Camp Half-blood to live permanently, promising to visit when time permitted.

Les never kept his promise, dying shortly after by a monster attack that had been meant for his son. This event created a deep hatred of monsters for Jericho, who thereafter made it his personal mission to exterminate their kind. He took on more and more quests, never being seen much around the camp. Recently he’s had much more of a presence, much to the consternation of the other males.

Attributes: Moonlight needs no arrows, the desired amount appearing on the bowstring whenever fully drawn. The arrows disappear after a set amount of time, but the damage does not and cannot harm normal mortals. Wolf’s Fang grows bright when in the presence of monsters, much like the full moon’s glow. Talon allows Jericho to slash at his enemies with the power of the shadows, imbued with unholy power. It poisons the target, causing fatigue and intense pain after a few moments with only a cut or two.

Personality: Being a self-proclaimed "funny man", Archer has a very light hearted aura about him. He is always making the jokes during awkward situations and depressing moods. He is considered to be annoying by the other campers at times, as he also tends to make jokes at inappropriate times. His jokes are offensive at sometimes, depending on the person. He seems to be able to make a joke out of everything and seems to be a person that doesn't take situations as seriously as they should be taken.

He did grow up under discipline though, which allows him to turn the jokes on and off whenever it is necessary. This also forces him to focus in dire situations, causing him to turn the jokes completely off. He can be solid in dire situations, as his father, through his engineering, has taught Archer to think outside the box and think differently in certain situations than other people do. He tends to be able to use everything around him to his advantage in a situation, which, through has mother, made him learn that anything can be a weapon. The battle strategies coming from his mother have helped him also in the past with certain situations.

When it comes to a battle, Archer never turns down a chance to fight, but he is never the one who provokes it. If it ever seems to be that he has started a fight, he always defuses the situation by walking away. However, if someone picks a fight with him and they take the first swing, he happily complies with their eagerness to fight a son of Athena. In a fight, he is observant and takes into consideration all the factors of doing one simple move, including the outcome of many different scenarios. He thinks quickly though, which allows him to process this information rapidly as well, which also always him to act in good time.

Archer does sometimes tend to think of himself better than everyone else, as he is one of the best fighters and most athletic people at Camp Half-Blood. He is never humble about his accomplishments and tends to always be bragging about the different quests he has completed in the past, especially hard ones. He never seems to learn that this is why people tend to pick fights with him. He never seems to go on quests as often as the other campers, but when he does, it seems, to him at least, that it is a harder quest than some of the others.

He is extremely flirty. Like ridiculously flirty. If there is a female human, demi-god, or god in any vicinity, Archer with most likely flirt with them. He is quite charming, though he can be a bit of a goof at times when it comes to girls. He always tries to show off in front of them. The only person that he does not flirt with that is female is his mother, which both of them are okay with that. He has never had a serious girlfriend however, and girls tend to find him inattentive in relationships as well as noncommittal. No matter how much he flirts, he seems to not have found "the One" yet.

Skills: Archer is a naturally athletic person, so things like running long distance, swimming, climbing trees, rock climbing, and all of those things come very naturally to him. He tends to leave swimming to Claire, though. He is able to fight with almost any weapon and can become very adaptable to anything as a weapon on the spot. He is a quick learner, which allows him to adapt to certain situations, and his ability to think outside the box allows him to use whatever sources he has around him to his disposal.

Along the lines of magical or godly abilities, he, like Gideon, has telumkinesis, but Archer's is much more powerful and much more refined. Archer, since he has had his ability long, can conjure up almost any weapon, minus a few big weapons such as cannons or mortars and other great weapons like those. He has the ability to conjure up some weapons that he can just create out of his imagination. When he comes in contact with other people's weapons, he has the ability to make them weaker. His powers, however, are not that refined, and sometimes it can backfire to where the weapon is only barely weaker or his own weapon or skills become weaker. And, no matter how much he will NOT admit it to anyone, he is fairly good at weaving.

Biography:
Archer actually grew up never knowing his father for the longest time. He was dropped off at an adoption home when he was just barely a baby. The baby was crying nonstop and it woke up the other children in the house, so the mother of the house, as she was called then, decided that she needed to go check out the crying. She saw what it was and immediately brought him into the orphanage. He had no name on him, no letter saying where he had come from, so the mother named him herself, naming him after her first born son that had died when he was only three: Archer.

The rules of the orphanage were strict, and Archer adhered to them as he got older, but he was never put down for wanting to have a bit of fun. Because no one knew where he came from, he took on the orphanage's mother's maiden name, which was Andrews. He hung out with the children and became like a little brother to the older children. When they were adopted off, he never cried, but he would always tell them, "I know I'll see you again soon. Some day." The mother was always worried when he said that. She thought he would freak out the children about them getting taken back to the adoption home, but it never happened, and she slowly got less and less worried.

When Archer's father came back for him, it was a big surprise to everyone. No one knew who this man was, not even Archer, but he presented the mother with a picture of himself at Archer's age, which, at the time, was seven years old, and the resemblance was uncanny. Sadly, the mother gave up Archer back to the father, but Archer, as he normally did, told her that he would see her again soon. She gave him a kiss on the cheek and he left with his father.

Archer found out very quickly that he did not like living with his biological father. His father, being a strict engineer who was always busy, never seemed to have time for him and when he did, it was always to teach Archer about manners or to teach him something about engineering, or, in Archer's opinion, to bore him to death. Archer became so tired of this that he joined a bunch of clubs, teams, and such just so he could stay out of the house and away from his father. He would get rides from teammates or club members and he almost never had any contact with his father, which he was fine with. They both seemed fine with the arrangement.

As Archer got older, he began noticing he was getting attention from the opposite gender. He wasn't humble about being good looking. Rather, he was confident about it. He showed off all the time, and this was the time period when he got into more trouble. He was around fifteen at the time when it began. He brought girls home, he was ditching classes, and he was skipping practices. His father was not amused. He would kick the girls out and force Archer to go to class and practices. This drove Archer to the edge and he and his father, on the night of his sixteenth birthday, got into a screaming match, which was how Archer came to learn the truth about where he came from and what he was.

He knew any life could be better than living with his father, so he packed up and left for Camp Half-Blood. He was there within a few hours, and found himself right at home with everyone else. He made fast friends with a few, flirted with all the girls, and now loves his life and lives it as he had back at the orphanage rather than how he was back with his father.

~Weaponry Information~


Weapon/s: As a son of Athena, Archer has mastery over many weapons and thinks it is great fun to spar with as many people as he can with as many different weapons as he can, which is one of the reasons why he likes Gideon so much.
Weapon/s Name: ασημένια φωτιά and φλας which is "Silver Fire" and "Flash".
Weapon/s Type: An old, authentic Jian Sword and a crossbow.
Attributes: ασημένια φωτιά enhances his physical abilities, making him move faster and jump higher. The power of it drains him though, even though the enhancement only goes up slightly. φλας gives him better accuracy without having a scope, but while he is holding the crossbow, he cannot create bolts for it.

Personality: Being a newbie to Camp Half-Blood, only being there a little under a year, many know him as the male version of Erin, though some say he is much worse, and others say he is better. He is very rebellious and independent, keeping mainly with what he believes is right and what he believes he should do. He is quite intelligent, both in street smarts and book smarts, and has a hard will. He can be considered blunt and steely at times-well, all the time, but he really doesn't care that others find him offensive or harsh at times. Though how Erin can recede from the spotlight, Colt steps right into and expresses his exuberance and outgoing nature there. He cannot stand people who hide in the shadows when life is so short, but if they hide because they cannot do what is put in front of them, then he begins to ignore them. From the abusive relationship from his parents, Colt has become very shelled and hard and tends to not listen to leadership or an adult presence very well.

Being a son of the Roman version of Aphrodite, Colt knows how he looks and he isn't afraid to exploit it to get what he wants. Arrogant and proud, he can seem a bit snobbish at times, though it much more likely that he seems like a jerk or an asshole. He flaunts his looks, his muscles, and everything along those lines. He is a major flirt, but he flirts mainly with girls just to get into their pants rather than to actually find love. With his powers, it's very easy for him to get human girls to fall for him, while it is rather hard to get the demi-goddess to fall for him. Not that he hasn't tried... That being said, he is very uptight about his looks and makes sure that he looks good every day, which he doesn't have to try hard for. Venus's beauty is natural for him, which means he can wake up looking perfect. He can become very envious, however, of other people's beauty, especially those without the parent of Aphrodite or Venus.

When it comes to anger, Colt can seem very intimidating. Standing at just over six foot four inches, he tends to hike himself up even taller to make those that have made him angry seem a lot smaller and insignificant in their own minds. He is quick to get revenge on those who hurt him or his friends and tends to hold grudges for a very, very long time. He has an excellent memory, and if he doesn't get someone back right away, that means something worse is coming in the long run. Colt has a longer fuse for anger, but he gives off a big explosion when he's set off. He sometimes becomes blind to the fact that it was a friend that made him angry and in his blindness, he can hurt those that he cares about.

However, even through all his bad, Colt still has a small glint of good in him. He is truly loyal to his friends and family, those that he considers family anyways, and is extremely protective of them. He isn't afraid to get back at those who hurt his friends or those who hurt anyone close to him in general. He can be considered overly protective at times, but he hardly shows that side. He mainly shows his "I don't give a damn" side to the world, while this softer side is hiding underneath.

Skills: Colt has been known to use amokinesis to get mortal girls to fall for him and get them to bed. He has also been seen using charmspeak on people to get out of working or doing things that he does not want to do. When it comes to physical skills, Colt is an amazing runner and a half decent fighter. He is a skillful horsemen as well as a great dancer, though no one has ever seen him dance. Besides those things, Colt doesn't expose many of his skills.

Biography:
Born to a single father at the time, Colt grew up in with a very broken childhood. His father was in between jobs at the time he was born, but as soon as Colt was born, his father knew he needed to get a job. Rames began working as a janitor at one of the local elementary schools. He worked multiple shifts, or so he claimed, but many a time, he would come home to the babysitter and a baby Colt smelling an awful lot like tequila, beer, or any other form of drink, depending on what mood he was in that night. As soon as the babysitter was thrown out the door by Rames, Rames would turn his drunkenness to Colt. Whenever Colt would cry, Rames would leave the room, slamming the door behind him, which would only make Colt scared and cry louder. He would purposefully ignore the poor child and leave him be, sometimes forgetting to feed him for hours, only to have the babysitter come the next day and feed him.

As Colt grew older, when he was about five years old and beginning to develop a rebellious personality, Rames married an elderly hag named (at least, a name that only Colt was allowed to call her) Miss Pricip. She never took Rames last name, which meant that Colt was required to call her Miss Pricip at home, in public, wherever they went. Colt, when he went to school, only referred to her as "the rich hag". His father had only married Miss Pricip for her money, and once she died when Colt was eleven, his father inherited all of it...

And almost immediately flushed it down the drain. His father went out all night partying with janitor friends and came back drunk as he used to be when Colt was a baby. Colt would avoid his father as much as he could, barring his door with his bed or a chair, making sure that his father stayed away from him while he was drunk, but when Colt came down in the morning, his father, still drunk, would beat him, verbally abuse him, and neglect him as he always had. This began turning Colt into a hard shelled young man. This abuse went on for many years.

Colt met Erin when he was freshmen in high school, being one of her first friends. He and her became close and he was very much for her dating their other friend, as he did not know what the guy was like underneath. High school was a getaway for Colt, and a new sensation, as he was beginning to unearth his god like beauty. He was the flirt of the group, the guy who always spoke of his conquests. He would flirt with Erin, on occasion, mainly when he was bored, but he never did anything about it, especially after Erin and their friend started dating. His relationship with his father had now reached the point to where they mutually ignored each other and didn't acknowledge that the other existed.

Erin began pulling away around the time of Colt's fifteenth birthday. He had began noticing slight changes in her at first. He had asked her, on many occasions, what was wrong, but she seemed to pull farther away from him. He couldn't believe it, especially after how close they had been before. He began trying to get her to tell him, begging her, even threatening her, but it wasn't of any use. She wouldn't tell, and it was beginning to worry him immensely. He pushed at her harder, and finally saw the truth. He saw the exposed bruises on her skin and the cuts, and he couldn't believe it. He had thought the guy to be nice. He pleaded with Erin to break up with him, that Colt would protect her, but she went back to him anyways.

After losing contact with her for many days, Colt, and the rest of her friends and family, became increasingly worried, and they went out to find her. They found her, Colt actually being the first to find her, and took her back, and her mother explained her parentage. Colt knew what they had to do, but, with much resistance, he borrowed money from his father and took Erin to Camp Half-Blood and dropped her off, before heading back to Los Angeles. It was another year before he told his father the story, and his father laughed, drunk as usual, and explained where Colt had come from. Colt, shocked and angered by this, immediately packed up his things and headed to Camp Jupiter, staying there for only a year before heading to Camp Half-Blood to meet up and reconnect with Erin, though they were both different now.

Demigod Abilities: Born as a child of war; Aella has been lucky enough to inherit two of her father's more note worthy of traits and abilities; the demigod herself holding both an exceedingly strong and rather disciplined control over not only the ability of telumkinesis, but also over the power of odikinesis- the young demigoddess herself the first after her older half-brother, Frank Zhang, to inherit the rarer form of being able to constantly hear the two voices of her father filling her head.

Telumkinesis - Born to Mars as a daughter of war, Aella has a vast and great amount of control and power over weapons of all and any kind that she wields; the young woman able to not only conjure and use any weapon presented to her, but also able to identify different types of weaponry and it's use/ how to use it with just a simple touch. Extremely boastful and competitive at times when it comes to pitting her ability and physical strength against that of her siblings; Aella is able to not only quickly disarm her opponents in order to render them hapless, but also has the ability to curse the weapons of those she finds herself and her cohort up against in a fight.

Odikinesis - Showing more vulnerability to suggestible emotions such as pure hatred, blind rage, and unadulterated anger; Aella has a strong and powerful control over the feelings and emotions that come with the trials of war, and is able to easily induce and cause them to stir to life within others in order to start fights.

Father's Voices - Taking after her older half-brother, Frank Zhang, when it comes to her strong and almost constant ability in hearing the voices of her father; Aella is able to not only hear, but also communicate with both the Lord Mars and Lord Ares within her head. ~Personal Information~


Personality: Calista, as a daughter of Aphrodite, is a known flirt. She enjoys the dating game as much as a child of Ares likes the battlefield. For Calista, it is a battlefield a true test of one’s abilities. She has honed her charm and charisma to a deadly edge and finds herself eager to please. Calista is typically well liked by those who get to know her, however she typically has to make up for stepping off on the wrong foot with most people she meets. This is most commonly due to her flirty exterior, people assume she lacks depth.

Calista is very proud of at least half of her heritage, she had an upbringing many would be jealous of, especially Demigods. Aphrodite, her mother, dropped her off at her half sister's house when her father passed away. She was told growing up that one day the same may happen to her, though for some reason it seemed a fantasy that would never happen. But if there was one thing Calista took from her childhood it was immense pride as a daughter of Aphrodite. Most other demigods look down upon her mother as a lesser god with feeble abilities, but years of training directly under her mother has benefited Calista deeply in both tactics and deception.

Calista handles negative emotions in an unusual way for a daughter of Aphrodite. Most seek a partner or ten and make do with what they have. However Calista acts much more human, she sits, she cries she gets angry and throws a tantrum. Her mother accounts to this to how strong her father’s will was. Calista feels as though this is one of her defining features and is surprising proud of her human characteristics after spending so long around Jaune and Aphrodite herself.

She has very mixed emotions of her father, on one hand every story accounts to him being the paramount of a man, he was a barrel chested ice fisherman with a figure chiseled from Mount Olympus itself. But she had long forgotten his figure or form. He had the voice of a siren and the eyes as blue as the ocean he constantly traversed. However before Calista’s fourth birthday he passed, drowned at sea. She fears being left and though she would never admit it also fears open water to some extent. She has a distaste for Poseidon, knowing her father died in his domain however as Aphrodite has explained more than once, gods cannot save every human from every inevitable death. Calista still finds it difficult to get over however.

Skills:

Amokinesis: A power possessed by all of the children of Aphrodite. The ability to control emotion, most prominently those involving love. Calista’s experience and training under another daughter of Aphrodite has given her an inherent talent manipulating those who love. Her experience has also allowed her the ability to easily manipulate a lack of love, whether that create animosity, hatred or apathy.

Charmspeak: The ability to influence other with the strength of your voice. Charmspeak is bestowed on few children of Aphrodite and works to strengthen their abilities of Amokinesis. It took little time for Calista to discover this ability with the tutelage of a daughter of Aphrodite herself. She is able to persuade other with just her voice and to the untrained ear, unbeknownst to her target the majority of the time. Some examples are simply asking to cut in line at a coffee shop or asking a mark to betray valuable information.

Inherent French: As all children of Aphrodite can, Calista can speak French as long as it is popularly known as the language of love. As an offshoot of this ability Aphrodite or her children’s abilities are at their strongest when in Paris, the city of love.

Virtuoso: Calista is a phenomenal harpist as well as an enchanting singer. She has learned to use Charmspeak through singing as well as speaking in order to get what she wants from someone however it is much more difficult to do through singing in a variety of ways. First off, she must make direct eye contact with the mark, secondly she must be thinking of both the coming notes and melodies as well as their hidden meaning. If she can focus long enough and hard enough to accomplish this, this version of Charmspeak is much more potent.

Fighting: Calista fights with αγκαλιά αγάπης (Spelt phonetically: ankaliá agápis). She is swift and relatively nimble utilizing Amokinesis in mid fight in order to make an enemy hesitate before striking the winning blow. While she is somewhat competent fighting with her hands and a sword and shield, any who had actually spent time training in either of those two aspects would be able to best her without any other outside influence.

Biography:
Calista was born in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Her father was a fisherman whose weekly routine would be to cast a wide net around the island of Victoria and then make his way back into harbor. One evening he met a woman on his way home, she had red hair and emerald eyes, freckles too. They say that Aphrodite looks different depending on the time of day, month, temperature and wind speed. Which is more or less true, they also say that her children will inherit her features at their conception, this was definitely true. Calista, without an Irish bone in her body, is a sturdy redhead who can hold her nectar sporting freckles all around the bridge of her nose and cheeks.

For the first four years of young Calista’s life she lived with her father, he was a fisherman and as such she had her sea legs before she managed to figure out her land legs. It wasn’t long after that her father had passed away.

For poetries sake, it would be nice to think of that day as a huge storm, raging currents, pounding winds, the whole package. But it was a clear sail, a steady sea and everything except for one little thing in the universe was perfect.

The first time Calista met her mother was at her father’s funeral. She was scooped up into her loving arms and embraced, hushed and coddled all the way home. She was brought to a home completely unfamiliar to her, though it was still in Vancouver. Turns out Aphrodite had thrust a child upon another one of her daughters. Apparently it's not even all that uncommon among the daughters and sons of Aphrodite, having a child, a sibling thrust upon them in times of need. A god can't permanently raise one of their children, or so Calista has been told.

Jaune was Calista's half sister, her primary caregiver and Calista's greatest antagonist for the majority of her life. She treated her less like a relative and more like an instrument she was tuning, day in and day out. She twisted, pulled, replaced parts of Calista trying to shape her into the perfect being. Calista's seventh birthday she was given a dagger, bronze, had similar abilities to cupid's arrows. She was told it was worth more than she would ever amount to. A person can only take being told they are worthless for so long until they snap. Calista remembered that day well. Aphrodite's second visit, her longest visit. She took the two girls out for a day rowing on a canoe, though she did not row, their mother convinced to able-bodied men to. They sailed over the stretch of open water where Calista's father had drowned, not too far from shore, in fact one could've swam. But he did not, Aphrodite explained to her daughters, sometimes things had to happen and those things were devoid of meaning and importance.

Calista took training more seriously and she became that finely tuned instrument and oh how she played.

Two years ago Calista began real training. She was bred a lover anda fighter. Taught how to use her looks as a soldier uses his sword. How to sway people’s strongest opinions to her side with a glance, a flutter of her eyelashes. She was taught to pluck at the strings of a harp as if she was one of the sisters of fate plucking at the string of a life.

By the time she was let back out into the world she was no longer Calista Celena Eden, daughter of a fisherman living in Canada. She was Calista, daughter of Aphrodite, a demigod.

Calista entered camp half-blood when she was nearly eighteen years old and has been there ever since. She isn’t too well known as she has yet to want to make an appearance, but watching heroes return from missions, it makes a girl yearn for some adventure.

As a result of his cunning nature and sharp wit, Simon is confident bordering on arrogance, fearlessly walking into dangerous, even life-threatening places with little apparent regard for his own well-being and belittling those he believes to be intellectually inferior. That being said, Simon is no fool, clearly understanding that some situations are simply too much for him alone to handle, during which times he will seek assistance.

In spite of his crafty personality, Simon does have some capacity for empathy and human emotion. He has a remarkable ability to not only gauge one's emotional state, but soothe them in times of duress with calming words and positive reinforcement. As a result of this empathetic ability, Simon has an incredibly good rapport with children, showing a doting, paternal side when dealing with them. Some believe that this is a way for him to "redeem" himself from his more heartless manipulations; to keep him sane.

And finally, on a lighter, more amusing note, Simon becomes uncharacteristically awkward and bumbling in matters of romance, stemming from a difficulty dealing with people on a personal level. Though he is capable of love and attraction, his trouble expressing it properly, coupled with his aloof behavior cause him to strike out in many romantic endeavors. Nevertheless, he perseveres, hoping to perhaps find a woman to settle down with one day.

  • Mystiokinesis: As a son of Hecate, Simon is capable of casting incredibly varied and powerful magic, drawing power from the natural energies of the world. Simon's magical prowess allow him to manipulate the elements, cast protective runes around him or allies, alter the state of something, conjure various objects, project psychic energy bolts, and even utilize the more enigmatic powers of telekinesis and telepathy, with seemingly any number of spells in-between. As a result, Simon has the capability to become one of the most versatile demigods in Camp Half-Blood. His magical prowess, however, is not perfect and comes with a variety of drawbacks. Firstly, casting spells pulls on Simon's personal energy reserve, with stronger, more advanced spells relative to the amount of stamina lost. Overexertion can send Simon into a deep, comatose-like sleep, during which he will recover his energy reserves. At worst, overexertion could have fatal consequences. Secondly, Simon's spell-casting relies on hand gestures and spoken incantations. As such, if one were to bind and gag him he would be incapable of casting any magic whatsoever. And thirdly, Simon is still human. He requires food, water, oxygen, and rest to survive, and can be harmed the same way any other demigod can.
  • Mist Control: Another power inherently gifted to children of Hecate is the ability to manipulate the Mist, the supernatural force that prevents mortals from seeing monsters, supernatural weapons, etc. To this end, Simon can cast powerful illusions that affect the victim's sight and touch , manipulate the memories of mortals, disguise or completely hide monsters from mortals' sight, hide various locations or individuals from a mortal's sight, disguise himself or others, and even potentially teleport. As with his Mystiokinesis, Simon cannot overexert himself when utilizing this power for fear of entering a coma - or worse.
  • Occult Knowledge: A self-proclaimed scholar and aficionado of occult or mystical knowledge, Simon possesses a remarkable amount of knowledge on anything remotely magical or supernatural, ranging from information regarding monsters, to various artifacts and weapons, all the way to knowledge of the various other planes (Olympus, The Underworld, etc.)
  • Martial Arts: Though not one to regularly participate in physical combat, Simon has trained extensively in martial arts and hand-to-hand combat as a way to supplement himself should he be without his magic. Though lacking obvious strength or endurance, Simon often combines his observational ability with his fighting, allowing him to analyze his opponent for any obvious weaknesses or gaps in their pose, making him a formidable foe in his own right.
  • Strategy: Though he often appears to gallivant through dangerous situations without a whim, Simon is a skilled strategist, carefully planning out each and every move he makes while using his impulsive front to make enemies believe he is without a plan. Nevertheless, his boisterous adventuring spirit and childlike fascination mean he prefers to think on the spot as opposed to planning a full strategy on paper.
  • Fluency in Latin: As a student of the arcane arts, Simon is fluent in Latin, capable of reading, writing, and speaking the language perfectly.
  • Alchemy: Simon has a peculiar interest in the art of alchemy and potion-making, crafting a variety of draughts and elixirs to serve various purposes; ranging from healing one's injuries or illnesses, to enhancing the drinker's confidence and luck, to causing agonizing, painful death. Simon keeps a record of various potion recipes and ingredients in his journal.
  • Necromancy (Limited): As his mother is the goddess of necromancy, Simon possesses limited powers connecting him to the Underworld. He is capable of summoning a single skeleton warrior to his aid at the cost of energy. This warrior is bound to Simon, obeying his orders alone. He also appears capable of banishing undead minions back to the Underworld, though this ability has not been seen enough to draw a full conclusion.


Biography: Born on a stormy autumn night in Beverly, Massachusetts, Simon claims to recall little of note during his childhood. His father, Alister, was an eccentric, theorized drug-using antique store owner who had the uncommon ability to see through the Mist. From the time he was old enough to read, Simon was extensively taught Greek mythology from his father, who firmly believed that knowledge was the greatest gift a person could receive. He excelled in his schooling, though deliberately kept his grades below exceptional to avoid standing out amidst his peers.

Simon was often excluded by his classmates, considered "weird" and a "freak" for his lack of social skills and tendency to analyze people and situations. Because of this, he grew up a very lonely child, his only 'friends' being whatever animals he would come into contact with and his own father.

As the years passed, Simon's loneliness grew. He attempted to fit in with the other boys in his class, but lacked the athletic skill and coordination that many young children had. It was in one of these desperate attempts to prove himself that he fell out of a tree he was attempting to climb, fracturing his leg. Though the injury healed fine, it left him with a permanent limp that only further alienated him from the rest of his peers.

However, Simon's luck would shift when he turned the age of 13. A young transfer student by the name of Emilie Brooks had recently moved to the United States from Canada, and started attending Simon's school. She became acquainted with Simon almost immediately, looking beyond the "strange gimp boy" to see the true individual underneath. Simon grew enamored with her vibrant, sunny nature, feeling revitalized in her presence. Their continued interaction evolved from acquaintances to friendship to romantic attraction. Simon felt as though, for the first time, he was not alone in a world he did not belong in, and that things were finally about to change...

It was not long after Simon's 14th birthday, only a year after he had met Emilie, when he received a phone call. Emilie Brooks had drowned the evening prior in a lake after hitting her head against a rock in a diving attempt, drowning within minutes. Simon did not tear, he did not weep, he did not scream. He only felt numb. The one person who had saved him from being alone was taken from him, as was to be expected.

From that point on, Simon no longer opened himself up to people. He hid his emotions under a mental suit of armor, instead letting others view him as they saw fit. He turned manipulative and objective, forgoing personal relationships in favor of making sure he held every card. Heartbreak was something he would never experience again.

By the time Simon turned 16, his demigod status was revealed to him personally by his own mother, who gave him a spell-book as a claiming present. Sent to Camp Half-Blood now that his status was revealed, Simon immersed himself in his Greek heritage, becoming rather well-known in the camp as a resident scholar and magician, even if he had very few, if any friends to speak of. None know of his past or what he's experienced, as he keeps his memories guarded close to his chest. But there may be someone who can pierce through his cynical exterior...

Personality:

Carmen has a difficult time making friends. She usually ends up in awkward social situations, unsure of what to say or do. She tends to over think what she says before she says them, and by then the topic has already changed. Even when she does speak, her voice is fairly quiet. Many times she gets frustrated with herself for her mistakes, but her frustration quickly turns to plain disappointment. Carmen tends to get embarrassed easily because of other's teasing of her speech.

However, these traits diminish after time is spent with a person. She hasn't had this happen many times while she lived with her relatives, but when it does everything comes more naturally for her. With strangers, though, she tends to keep her mouth shut. She has selective mutism, usually never talking to certain types of people, especially people who are mean to her at any point of their social interaction. It's a defense mechanism she adapted from her short time in public school.

Carmen is typically selfish because of being spoiled at home and unobservant of anyone else's needs but her own. One must state something plain and simply for her to figure something out. It's difficult for her to read between the lines. However, she does try her best to please others. She values the opinions of others so much, she tends to forget that she has free will. She is also pretty clumsy and forgetful, again due to her upbringing.

Carmen tends to bail out of a relationship at any sign of something going wrong. However since it's difficult for her to notice this, it rarely happens, unless someone points it out to her. She relies heavily on others during social interaction to help her get through a conversation without embarrassing herself.

Skills:

Chlorokinesis: Carmen has the ability to control, manipulate, and summon vegetation. She is barely aware of it, simply be living that she is good with plants. She can also talk to plants, but she hasn't figured it out yet.

Green-Thumb: She enjoys working with plants life and is very good at it. She also has a vast knowledge concerning plants due to reading about them in her spare time. She uses this to her advantage, knowing what plants could kill you, poison you, heal you, or what you can eat. Her knowledge even goes down to the molecular level thanks to her father.

Biography:

Carmen lived with her grandmother and aunt for most of her life. Her father was a very busy person who frequently traveled from place to place. Her aunt worked a low paying job as a preschool teacher, and had to live Carmen's grandmother. Her grandmother was living off the money left to her by her rich deceased husband. For awhile, Carmen's aunt taught her, but Carmen insisted that she attend public school.

So she started public school around sixth grade. At first a few girls were extremely nice to her despite her unfavorable social skills. However, in the end these girls back stabbed her, spreading horrible rumors and insulting her every step of the way. Of course the entire school joined in her mockery. At one point, even the teachers were subconsciously belittling her. At this point, Carmen's grandmother stepped in and pulled her out of the school. It was around seventh grade that she was pulled back into the pleasant atmosphere of homeschooling.

Using this experience as a valuable lesson, Carmen was taught that it's best to listen to her superiors. It was also around this time that Carmen's grandmother introduced her to gardening. It had always been a part of Carmen's life, but now her grandmother began giving her full lessons. They had a large greenhouse, where Carmen was eventually given her own space for her own gardening endeavors.

By the time she was fifteen years old, word reached Carmen's household that Carmen's father died in a plane crash. Carmen was devastated. Although she didn't see her father much, the time she had spent with him was significant. He use to bring her back presents and teach her interesting fact about plants. Her mourning lasted awhile, but after realizing she needed to accept and move on, she started going back to normal life.

Now she is nineteen years old and her aunt and grandmother finally decided to tell Carmen about her mother. After a hard decision and many tearful goodbyes, Carmen left for camp half blood, with all of her things with a weird Knife attached to a chain added to her collection. Her grandmother had ment well, by giving her a weapon, but Carmen had little experience with one.

Personality: Virgil grew up fending for himself, for not long after her dalliance with his father, Hades, Lisette was hardly fit to be a mother. He grew up with an abiding anger at drugs and the users that took them. His grandma raised him to be a boy of honor and integrity, to help when he could, but keep his nose down when he knew he shouldn’t. Many times he’d had to run away from what he thought was bullying, when it was in fact a mugging. His nearest brush with death had been the bullet that nearly tore through his shoulder, leaving a gouge along his shoulder muscle. His grandma had beat him nearly senseless when she found out he would be okay. Virgil knew she was just scared and had simply pulled her into a strong hug, taking comfort in her presence.

He’s a studious sort, always wanting all the details before making a decision or judgement of a person or subject. He is loath to let anyone get close, in case they turn on him like some of his old friends had in his neighborhood

Caution and anxiety now rule his thoughts, thinking that there might be a threat around every corner, in every person. After a few run-ins with a few unsavory characters, he’d sworn off anyone that didn’t first prove themselves through fire and trials. He’s not known to have a temper, but is quick to retaliate or retort to someone’s challenge or insult. Never one to take things lying down, he possesses a strong will that is slow to recover after his recent tragedies. Not known by many, Virgil is also an extremely sentimental person, often putting in great stock in small gestures and favors that come unasked. If someone were to sit down with him in a moment of vulnerability Virgil will accept support from anyone patient enough to deal with his near catatonic state of grief.

Skills: Virgil is a fair writer, a decent sketcher, and a paramount athlete. His particular talent is hoops, winning many a game on the blacktop in Oakland. It was the money won in these games that allowed him to fund his needs as he fled across the country.

He has all the powers afforded to a child of Hades, but doesn’t know how to use any but Shadow travel, of which he finds particularly easy and not very taxing at all. Yet his nonstop flight across the United States put him at the limits of his abilities, using it continuously for battles and escape, jumping large distances. Eventually he was limited to much shorter hops as his stamina was drawn to its outer limits.

Biography: Virgil was born to a single mother, a once glamorous actress that quickly slid down the dirty side of the business. With a raging coke addiction, she spent most of her earnings before he’d even grown out of diapers. She kicked the habit, finding work in small time commercials, finally breaking back into the scene and rarely having time for her son because of it. Eventually, business slowed as he drug abuse came back and the wear began to show on her beauty. Soon, they were back to the slums of Oakland, back to Lisette’s roots with Virgil in tow.

Lisette had always been attractive and she made use of her little remaining beauty, the only way she knew how… hooking. It wasn’t soon after that she was chasing the dragon’s tail and addicted to heroin. Virgil was five turning six when the worst of it was fully underway. Once, he’d escaped their garbage strewn apartment, finding his mother in the side alley between his tenement and the next, a needle still in her arm as the euphoria filled her body. It was obvious, even then to the young boy, his mother didn’t care about the world around her anymore. Wasn’t the mother he’d once known and loved. He began beating her shoulders and crying, urging her to come back home! He was hungry, tired, and needed his mother!

Child Services were called and Virgil was placed with his Grandmother forthwith. From that tender age onward, he lived with his sweet old Grandma Edna. She took him in with open arms and a warm heart, but with stern rules. His grades never slipped below a B+ again, most often finding Virgil on the honor roll. He now had all the food he could want, his grandmother an excellent cook. Even with all of her rich soul food cooking, Virgil was still fit and strong, not a trace of body fat. Edna always chalked up to her good genes, but Virgil had always suspected differently. His grandmother wanted to protect him for as long as she thought she could.

At the age of eighty-two, Edna was diagnosed with leukemia. Seven months went by after the initial diagnosis and her treatments seemed to be going extremely well. Her doctors were hopeful, optimistic even, yet Virgil couldn’t help but feel differently. Somehow, he knew, his grandmother would die, on his birthday no less. Soon, that fateful day came. He knelt beside her bedside, holding onto a hand that was far too thin. Edna had been a rotund woman and strong in body and soul. It was a wonder she’d survived as long as she did, something that the latent powers of Virgil had a hand in. His subconscious desire to keep his grandmother stayed her death for as long as was even unnaturally possible.

Hours they sat in silent vigil, waiting for the fated time. In the final minutes of her life, Edna finally revealed Virgil’s true heritage, the divine blood of Hades that coursed through his veins. Even as she told him, the dark purple glow of his father’s symbol appeared above his head, floating there without any source other than itself. He wondered at it… until the weak grip of his grandma’s became nonexistent. She had passed away seemingly between beats of his heart and in that moment, Virgil felt more alone than he ever thought he could. Yet even before the true breadth of grief could consume him, an odd sound of scraping and cracking resounded from the ceiling!

Between blinks, the roof was ripped from its holding and a blood-chilling screech filled the air. Virgil began to shake as wide eyes laid on the very first monster, but certainly not the last he’d know. A drakon had come for him and he could see many shadowy shapes all about the night sky. He felt the strength of the shadows then, his awareness of his demigod abilities manifesting in the first ability a child of Hades might utilize, Shadow travel. He managed to get on top of the drakon, flung around by wild bucking as if it were a bull. He flew through the night air, catching a hold on two spines on the drakon’s tail. He snapped one off and managed to climb its spine, eventually digging its own bone into its eye and crumbling the beast into dust!

Thus started Virgil’s desperate escape to Camp Half-blood, his new home, and the only place he had family left.

Personality: In many ways, Roy's personality resembles that of his father's domain. Like the winter, he is fierce, indomitable, and powerful; capable of both peaceful tranquility and harsh, intense rage. He is loyal, steadfast, and honest to a fault, never one to hide his opinions or beliefs, even in regards to his friends. He is courteous and well-mannered, yet aloof and somewhat distant, his eyes always remaining cold and indifferent, no matter how warm his smile may be.

Demanding and impulsive at times, Roy can be harsh and single-minded, prone to a strictness whenever those in his cabin disobey him. This harshness, coupled with his blunt, borderline rude honesty cause a number of campers to dislike him, but he does not appear to be fazed by such information, believing that a man has to say what needs to be said; even if it hurts or offends others.

Often called larger than life for his intimidating stature and inclination towards taking the leadership role in a group, Roy possesses strong leadership skills, known for valuing cooperation and teamwork while ensuring that each member be treated equally, specialized in a way that maximizes their skills while counterbalancing their weaknesses. During quests he becomes incredibly brave with a determination to focus on a single task. During such times, he becomes almost frighteningly devoted, often risking his own safety in order to complete an objective. This resolute nature often appears during more recreational tasks, such as Capture the Flag, or even simple hobbies.

Many who speak to Roy describe him as being incredibly friendly and good-natured, but end up knowing very little about his personal life or interests due to his somewhat stoic demeanor. He becomes hesitant upon any mention of his past or hobbies, usually clumsily attempting to divert the topic back into something more general. However, he is a man of good humor who enjoys good discussion and healthy drink, showing that he desires peace and serenity far more than strife and conflict.

Nevertheless, Roy is infamous for his short, oftentimes explosive temper. Tumultuous as a winter storm, he is capable of loud, sometimes even violent outbursts that manifest whenever he feels particularly stressed, indignant, or simply angry. This short temper is only magnified by terrible stress-management skills. Though a good leader, Roy has a difficult time adapting to fast-paced scenarios, or situations that don't go according to plan. Instead of leading during such times, he simply overloads, unable to properly think or process. Roy is aware of and disgusted by his temperamental nature, often choosing to secluding himself out of shame or disappointment for a few hours following any particularly vehement outburst.

Likewise, Roy is disgusted by his father's totally apathetic nature. As such, when together, they rarely speak for fear of argument. Some theorize that this mutual dislike stems from deep similarities between the two of them. Likewise Khione's relationship with her younger brother tends to be complex. Though they do not speak much, Roy implies that at one point she attempted to seduce him, the full details of this encounter being unknown.

  • Physical Fitness: Having participated in many outdoor activities since he was young, Roy is in excellent physical shape as a result. As the winter is firm and resolute, so is he. Possessing tremendous strength, endurance, and dexterity, Roy is capable of surviving, and even thriving in seemingly inhospitable environments, with many describing him as an ox of a man.
  • Combative Ability: Roy's physical prowess is only heightened by combative and weapon training. Versatile, he is capable of wielding a variety of weapons, ranging from dual daggers all the way to a massive battleaxe or warhammer with the same amount of skill, though he seems inclined towards wielding stronger, heavier weapons. Likewise, he is trained in hand-to-hand combat, frequently incorporating a boxing-type style in fistfights, where he relies on his own strength to overpower opponents.
  • Cryokinesis: As the son of Boreas, Roy has complete control over the elements of winter. He naturally emanates cold air around him, which is capable of covering the ground in frost if he's sufficiently angered. On a more offensive note, Roy is capable of projecting jets of swirling ice and snow from his hands, summoning hailstorms and freezing winds, creating objects out of solid ice, freezing objects or opponents, covering himself in hardened ice for "armor", and even potentially summoning a blizzard. Roy frequently uses his powers to create weapons in the midst of battle, though extended use of his Cryokinesis can drain him physically, leaving him weak and tired should he overexert himself.
  • Aerokinesis: As his father is the North Wind, Roy has some control over the air and wind, though not nearly to the extent of the sons or daughters of Zeus/Jupiter. He can create and manipulate air waves and currents, create powerful gusts of wind, and even learn to levitate or fly.
  • Survival Skills & Instinct: Due to having an outdoors-oriented childhood, Roy possesses excellent survival skills in the wild. He has expansive knowledge on knot tying, how to build a shelter, start a fire, treat water, build traps to catch food, and even first aid knowledge for injuries one would typically receive outdoors. Likewise, he possesses incredible survival instincts that give him good control over his fight-or-flight response.
  • Fluency in French: As his father himself is based in Quebec, Roy is naturally adept at understanding the language. He can read, speak, and write French almost perfectly, though he doesn't appear too interested in the language itself.
  • Skill with Animals: Roy seems to be naturally gifted with animals. Most any type of creature, ranging from domesticated animals all the way to wild creatures seem to gravitate towards Roy, and he has an uncanny ability to calm down most wild animals he sees, barring an angry bear or wolf, of course. As a result, Roy often forms deep connections with animals, especially his own dog, Hircine.
  • Carpentry: Though his skill with building and tinkering pales in comparison to the children of Hephaestus, Roy is skilled at making items out of wood, typically small whittled statues or sculptures. Whittling seems to calm him down, give him something to do. It's even said that, should one catch his attention, they may receive a crafted gift...


Biography: To Roy's mother, her union with Boreas was very intimate and special. In disguise, he would often grab a cup of coffee or bite to eat at the local cafe she worked at, tending to him each of his visits. The two soon grew fond of each other, beginning a romantic pursuit. Then, one fateful night after one too many glasses of wine...you can guess the rest.

Nine months later, Roy Ulysses Thatcher was born. Roy's father, who bothered not to reveal his own identity to Susan, disappeared without a trace, leaving her to raise him alone for the first few years of his life. Then, as luck would have it, nearly four years after Roy's birth, a new man would come into the picture: Jack Montag. An Army-man turned logger who happened to own his own lumber mill, Jack was strong and dependable, soon wooing Susan much the same way Boreas had years before.

Before long, the two were married, and Roy, now with the surname Montag, had a family. Growing up, Roy was raised in a solid lifestyle, being taught the value of hard work and trustworthiness since he was old enough to walk and talk. As Roy grew older, he would become involved with various youth groups, such as the Cub and Boy Scouts, as well as frequently participating in his family's church; even helping work at the lumber mill when he got old enough.

Roy had a strong relationship with both parents, being taught how to whittle and play guitar by his father, and how to sew and cook from his mother. Things were...happy.

However, as was the case with every demigod, the time would come when they would need to leave...even if they had no idea they were demigods.

One fateful day, Roy was walking through the woods on the outskirts of his house, looking for new trees or animals to discover. Suddenly, a flash of white in front of him caught his eyes, drawing them up to a tall branch in a towering tree...a snowy owl. Native to the Arctic regions, the bird had no place here in California, yet here it was...

Intrigued, Roy could only stare at the bird, completely entranced. It was only there for a moment before disappearing in the flutter of wings, with a single letter floating to the ground, left by the owl.

Held together with a snowflake wax seal, the letter lacked any other markings or address. And yet...Roy knew inside that whatever it was and wherever it came from; it was important. Taking it straight home, Roy sat down both his parents and opened the wax seal.

Inside was a single piece of paper, its writing at first appeared completely unintelligible to Roy, written in a language that his parents could only infer to be French. Soon, however, the words seemed to rearrange themselves, becoming legible to him. The letter referred to Roy as the "Son of Boreas", speaking of Camp Half-Blood and a formal invitation for Roy to attend. Stressed at the sudden news, Roy at first was unresponsive, utterly unsure of who Boreas was or how he could be his father. After a few hours of close discussion, Roy's mother came to the conclusion that Roy's biological father - her mysterious suitor all those years ago, was Boreas, himself.

Deciding that Camp would indeed be the best option for Roy's growth and safety, his parents reluctantly sent him on a plane to New York with directions to the Camp placed conveniently in the letter.

Now, Roy has integrated well into the camp, becoming a strong leader and fighter. Still keeping in semi-regular contact with his parents, Roy has all but immersed himself in his Greek heritage, but still keeps a cross necklace and knowledge of a few hymns to remind him of home...

Attributes: Though lacking any special abilities themselves, both of Roy's tomahawks are made of silver, making them especially effective against Lycanthropes, due to their sole core weakness being silver.

Other:
  • Though a Greek demigod by heritage, Roy was raised under a Christian household, and still seems to hold onto some tenets of his religion, most notably a cross necklace worn around his neck and a fondness for hymns.
  • Roy's natural body temperature is incredibly low, due to his Cryomantic abilities. Though he does not appear personally affected by this fact, many who around him note a distinct drop in temperature in his presence, which only further worsens if his emotional state should change.
  • Roy is a talented guitar player, keeping an acoustic guitar in his cabin that was a gift from his mortal step-father.
  • Roy has a deep fondness for Christmas movies and music, becoming distinctly more jolly when the winter months hit.
  • Much like Simon, Roy is prone towards using nicknames when describing other people. This behavior becomes especially apparent in the midst of battle or fast-paced scenarios.
  • Roy often wears winter clothing even in the hottest of weather
  • Roy cannot stand the heat, despising it with a passion. He even appears to suffer from heat exhaustion or heatstroke much faster than the average person.
  • Roy is a big eater, known for having a seemingly endless appetite during meals.
  • Roy still acknowledges his mortal parents as his "real" family, practically disowning Boreas in all but name and title alone.
  • Any mention of Khione makes Roy incredibly tense and nervous.
