Notes about the max image size limit:

• You can use picresize.com to resize your image online and download the resized version.
• I'm still figuring out a good size limit on images. If 2 MB is not good enough for you, please post in my dev journal and link me to the image you wanted to upload.

Description (optional): Characters like Raven are not real animal themed costumed people, nor do I accept mutants, or radioactive abominations, but I would like to accept characters like Silver Sable or Songbird, but they don't have a mask so I can not include them. I also don't allow animal enthused ability names instead of the actual animal, too; No "Batwing", or "Buzz", for examples.
