The world is one similar to our own but with several major changes. One of which is the there are numerous creatures that deify modern science. Some have the ability to breath fire, others fly (without wings), some generate and control lightning, others control various other elements or have other strange powers. There are also rumours going around the planet that there are some people capable of thins as well. But no one really believes this, or at least no one admits it. Another big difference is that the landmasses are completely different, and often change as kingdoms use powerful creatures to rearrange the lands and oceans to their liking. But the biggest difference, and the one that most involves you, is the worldwide network of adventurers guilds and heroes that can do basically anything they want.

In order to be given the title of adventurer, one must pass a test that is given but once each year. The test starts with discovering the location of the test and making your way there. A task with many obstacles involved. Followed by a series of impossible challenges that you have to pass once you get there. Tens of thousands attempt the test each year and on average less then ten succeed, and as many as 40-60 die. For those who do pass, they get an Adventure's License, which allows them to break 98% of the worlds laws in 95% of the world. The License also acts as a drivers license, passport, and ID in every nation in the world. It is absolutely impossible for an Adventures License to be copied, forged, or passed on to another. Nor can the License be replaced. If lost, stolen, or destroyed then the person loses their status as an Adventurer, and since the test can only be passed once many Adventures consider their License to be more valuable then their life.

Adventurers can collect task, missions, jobs, and anything else they need at various locations around the world. If they choose, they may join a guild and take their missions from their. An Adventures Guild is more important then their family. Adventures have many other resources available to them, including access to a large information network.

As a player you will be playing a person just taking the adventurers test for the first time. They have little to no knowledge of what awaits them, and only have a month to discover the location of the test and get there. Don't worry, it is doubtful for any of your characters to pass the test the first time around, and failing to do so won't mean the end of the RP for you (unless your character dies of course).

If anyone is interested in this RP then please say something here. This RP is not ready to go (the only information on it being written down here atm) but I would be more then happy to build it if it has enough interest. Also, this RP will need at least on Host good with playing multiple characters and another that can do the flavour for the RP for I am not good at either of these jobs.

PS: If you recognize where I am pulling the majority of this from then please don't say anything, I would like the majority of the developments in the RP to be a surprise.
