I've got a NRP in the works and could use some critique. I've already received some already but I need more. Plus, if people want, to give me suggestions to make it better.

200 years ago the world as we know it ended. No one today knows who , how or what ended it. People today only know one thing. Survival and nothing more. Earth was enveloped in a deadly poisoned fog and whole continents were stripped of life. Those that survived the apocalypse were left living in caves , underground buildings or the subways all around the world. That is until now. A part of America's poisoned fog has lifted and now what's left of humanity has migrated there and not only humans gone there. Some humans that contacted the fog were not killed but mutated. Some retained their mind , some didn't.
The question is : " What will you do to this "new" continent ? Eliminate everyone and become the sole leaders or will you band together ? "

This will simply be a nation RP with some twists here and there in which everyone will fight for survival. Be it together or alone against all.
A map will be provided today / tomorrow for people to choose their starting place. I expect everyone to interact with each other even if at start we will start at different places.
Every player cicle ( every player posts ) will count as a week.
Resources will need to be gathered to build stuff / train warriors. Yes , probably war will be innevitable.
Actions available to all races :

As you've seen there will be neutral tribes on the map. They will be controled by me or the Co-GMs. Tribes will start with neutral status to everyone. There will be certain tribes which will start with hostile status depending on your current army level , race ( human / mutant ) or size of your tribe.
Every player will be allowed 2 non-build actions and 2 build actions per player cicle. If the players unite their tribes 3 non-build actions will be allowed and 2 build actions for the united players.
Those that wish a more...aggressive style of playing will earn +1 non-build actions for each destroyed player.
Those that are destroyed will be allowed to make a new tribe with a small advantage over the others. What the advantage will be ? I'll let the player choose from a list that I'll make after a player will be destroyed.
The style of playing is yours to choose and each style has it's advantages / dissadvantages.

To these I'll add some Special buildings on the map which will add resources or such. These buildings will not cost but will be guarded.
Every player will start with 2000 Currency , 2 Weapons and 400 scrap.
Alliance statuses :
Here there will be a scale from 1 to 100.
1 to 29 = Hostile
30 to 59 = Neutral
60 to 79 = Friendly
80 to 100 = Ally. At this point you'll be able to unite.
All players will start with 50 on the scale to each other.

- >Claim location ( only after it's cleared )
- >Send diplomats to another tribe/player
- >Attack tribe/player
- >Gather resources from location
- >Build walls around location (only after claimed)

- >Unite tribes (only if ally status achieved with player/tribe) ( after that if two players united their tribes , they will have joint-control of the tribe. Allowing more actions to be made each post circle )
- Give gift to tribe/player ( this will raise the status with the tribe / player )

- >Walls L1 ( +2 defense , adds +2 each upgrade ) L1 : 200 scrap , Currency 100 , L2 : 300 scrap , Currency 150 , Weapons 2 , Knowledge 2, L3 : 350 scrap , Weapons 3 , Knowledge 4 , Rare Metals 2 , Currency 200
- >Watch tower L1 ( +1 defense , allows the player to know if they will be attacked next circle ) (each upgrade adds +1 defense) L1 : 50 scrap , Currency 50 , L2 : 70 scrap , Currency 70 , Weapons 1, Knowledge 2 , L3 : 100 scrap , Currency 100 , Weapons 2 , Rare Metals 1 , Knowledge 3
- Church , Totem ( religious building , gives advantages in battles. Every tribe will have a different religion and if not converted to your own there is a chance for rebellion. Which will remove some resources and kill some people ) Scrap 100 , Currency 300 , Rare Metals 1 , Knowledge 3
- >Farm L1 ( adds 3 food each player circle. Each upgrade will add +1 food ) L1 : 150 scrap , Weapons 1 , Currency 100 , L2 : 100 scrap , Weapons 2 , Currency 150 ,Knowledge 3 L3 : 100 scrap , Weapons 2 , Currency 250 , Knowledge 4
- >Embassy ( allows to ally other players / neutral tribes ) 150 scrap , Currency 100 , Knowledge 2
- >Workshop ( +2 weapons each player circle ) 200 scrap , Currency 150 , Knowledge 2
- >Market ( + 500 Currency each player circle ) 150 scrap
- >More buildings will be added if needed.
