Not that I know of. (meaning 'no') Got told about that three or four days ago.

If I forget in IC, I usually just mention them in OOC.

Mentions will only work on new posts and will not resend notifications upon editing. This is mostly to ensure that users are not spammed with notifications for regular edits.
