The plot

Earth has been attacked by monsters from another world, which started off as an historical event for humanity turned into an nightmare as unless wave of creatures have flooded earth, killing everyone in sight and those that miraculously survived were carted off in the millions to where the creatures originated from.

Once mighty civilizations didn't survive as waves of monsters slaughtered everyone and reduce these nations to ashes. While most have fallen under the relentless charge, some have prospered, people have banded together,
and have united themselves to fight these monsters to where they came.

Where do we start then?

Well, the Rp is an ongoing one and we wanted to get more people in the RP to spice it up, and if you consider the recent events, the RP world is now in its second year(not in real life but, we're already a few months old).

I want us all to be underdogs in this RP, cause believe me their gonna come at us from all directions, all at the same time. Also, I want to see your reaction to such an assault. Will you survive? Will you fall? or Will you even fight back? Those are the questions I want to be answered in this RP.

Also and above all I want us to have fun and to learn new things. We're the underdogs in this RP and we need every edge we can get to reclaim our home from those that want to see us gone.

The Fractions

You can play or create a nation in the modern world and in the fantasy world. At first these two will be at odds with one another but, in time will open up to one another. As for how to create a fraction you can refer to the template that would be given in the bottom.

Though I employ you all to self police yourselves in making your nations, I do in fact give you the creative freedom and pleasure of making them, as I want to be surprise and it would brighten up the world much more.

  Means of communications have been severed by the invaders. Satellite dishes are still intact, the same with radio towers. It seems like the invaders have jammed them, though the method has not been discovered.

  The seas at this point has been conquered by the enemy with ships/creatures of there own. As a result all ships have been either destroyed, captured or still at sea but are heavily damaged at this point. They by themselves are fortresses (battle ships) at sea but, just like in land, under-siege by the enemy.

  You don't have access to nukes, cause the UN at this point has stored all the nukes in one place calling it dead earth point. Sealed shut from the outside world and only select few knows the location. This was known as the global nuclear weapons ban of the UN. But, if you follow it then you would be limited to a nuke or even 2 or more tactical nukes and since all communications have been cut up you have to manually fire them.

Though, I recommended that we all use nations (real nations that we have in our world.). I highly encourage that you make your own or be creative, like being a small group of people that banded together just to survive and etc. (I'm hoping for something like sealand here. XD)

But, if you wanted to be very detailed. Like for example describe what they were before and how they came to be then that's fine. However if you wanted to start with a newly founded nation then that's also fine by me.

Possible questions in the future

What if I wanted to play as the monsters or have a fantasy race.

Interesting to say the least. PM me for more information about that, I wouldn't want to give up too much information about them.

But, the answer to that is yes of course you can, just PM me first. Because you have to fill up another nation sheet for them. and you would be given role

What's the goal.

Well, Its to reclaim earth but the story won't end there. that's the only clear goal humanity has for now and I think for both sides the quest for the truth and what is really going on.

What if I don't like my nation?

Well, the world is under attack by hordes of monsters and the such. just tell me you want to change and I can arrange that.

What if I want more nations?

You can have up to five nations if all of them are small groups but, you have to play as all of them which is gonna be a hassle on your part.

What's are the portals.

The portals are essentially gates to another world but, they started as an experimental worm hole generators by the space agency, Legacy. The plan as published to the public was to cut travel time from hundreds, or even thousands of years to near instantaneous travel.

This technology was supposed to allow humans to colonize the galaxy but, due to unknown reasons the gates prematurely opened and with them beings from a new world, did it work as intended? nobody knows.

Inside the portals or gates is a giant crystalline tunnel network that is massive in size and mysterious in every way.

Are the portals destructible

The small ones can easily be blown up or even destroyed these ranges from the sizes of houses to small towns but, The big ones however aren't. these big ones have swallowed the "gates" whole and have remained. No means have been discovered to close them.

About the GM

Just to start off, I'm not the best I know that and I have accepted it. I have not seen an NRP I could get behind, so I decided to make my own. I don't have the very best grammar as some of you or maybe most of you have already noticed from the very top.

So asking you all to have the very best grammar is a hypocritical thing for me to ask of you, as I continue to make the same grammar mistakes over and over again. I honestly just want a post that we can all read, understand, and enjoy. I just want us to have fun as we continue with the story.

For those that are gonna go out for some time, I wish that you all would tell us before you leave. I understand if you have something to do. focus on your family, school, and friends first before this RP I can understand as long as you tell us first.

The RP is set to mid-high casual, as I believe this is where my ability as an RPier I am currently at the moment, I also ask for your forgiveness for anything bad I may do in the future. I truly hope that you enjoy the RP.

All known creatures

Greenies

Greenies or what the police and the military has been calling them are tall, muscular and can easily torn a man in two. They can easily die with a good place bullet in the head but, they are more powerful against men in term in close to close combat.

Avians

The Avian are humanoid that can freely fly with ease making their nest and settlement in open areas like our airports and stadiums. They are very territorial to their nest but, out of most of the first wave they don't kill humans unless needed to. Their reptilian brethren are the opposite as they are completely hostile to any humans that gets in their way.

naga

The Naga are humanoid ocean dwellers that drag our ships to the dept with hooks that attach to the bottom of the ship pulling it into a watery grave. The Naga are accompanied by giant ocean entities that can rip ships in one swoop.

mindless

The mindless are the by product of radiation and magic. They have some protection against bullets and can with their enhanced abilities rip though armor.

Siege worms

Siege worms are powerful creatures that burrows under the ground, which the orcs use as unstoppable trains to carry around their troops and smash though the enemy. the only weakness is that these cannot burrow in regular land as they can only do so in deserts. One siege worm is as big as a five story-building. and can swallow a tank whole.

War Elephants

A elephant as big as a five story building, they can bulldozed almost anything in their way. first looking like a elephant. The creature has eight feet and as one lands the ground rumbles. The orcs use this beast to lay siege and get through dwarven cities and also a moving fortress as they build fortifications and siege equipment on the sides and top of the huge creature.

Ghouls

The orcs are using dark magic in order to turn humans into a shriveled-up creature that can only eat human flesh. These creatures will not stop until they finally get to eat and satisfy their insatiable hunger.

Shoties

Shoties or dwarfs have joined the orcs in a crusade to save their world, armed with guns of their own and artillery, they have been trying to deconstruct the modern weapons that their enemies has, while also teaching and training the orcs in how to use them.

Leviathans

The sea and oceans have been lost due to the appearance of these gargantuan creatures. While some are as big as whales there have been reports of creatures that can drag destroyers and freighters to the depths of the ocean.

The war so far

(Forgive us if we are missing a few things but this took a lot of work)

Screaming, that's the sound that filled the air when it first began. The world was forced to go through a transformation that ended in war. Fighting began and people turned to their leaders to figure it all out. Of course little could be done from a surprise attack like this. The U.N. was split apart and created city states, however their was one thing that everyone needed and that was communication.

Today that wish is being fulfilled as of 00:00 hours military standard a line reporter was given a chance to be the voice of this devastation. The funny thing is that this one man was actually just a translator but he was the most fluent translator that is left in the U.N. as a result he was the best person to give a voice to the common man.

He went to an undisclosed location known only by a few of the higher ups. before he was given a Mic and minutes later the red light in front of him lits up, telling him that h on air. He coughed a few times and said testing to make sure that the others working there with him were getting a clear frequency.

Then he was on "everyone testing testing, hello. I know that a lot has happened recently and the United nations wanted me to let you all know that we have reestablished radio communications to the populace at large. As I will no doubt be a target for propaganda or to be used by the enemy to feed you lies my true identity is to be kept secret. For now you will know me as Mr M, I am here to give you all the facts and no sugar coating, so for those with weak hearts or children please leave the room." He said taking the moment to allow them to leave.

He then continued "I Mr M am a translator and as such i will speak the sane message in every language i know on loop until new reports come in from the front lines. Now here are the reports of everything that's happened so far"

America

"On America's front they had sent pioneers into the new world through the, what we now refer to as gates and went through. Sadly they and the command center they were controling the legacy gate was destroyed. Afterwards both our east and west costs fell to what could only be described as monsters, millions were lost in the attacks and now at the Mexican border an army of what could only be described as half beasts that most of us have only seen in movies and video games are marching their way ahead. Sadly I must also inform you all that our president and his have died. As of then our highest military officials are leading the country in this time of crisis. The voices in south America have before silent and that is a result of U.N. forces dissolving into banditry. Now it has regressed to warlords claiming land and fighting off the invaders themselves rather then as a unified unit. Though I doubt we could ever forget that america used hundreds to thousands of planes to help bomb key locations in america in order to give aid to the pinned americans."

Europe

He then took a quick breather drinking some water knowing, he had a lot to say for the first broadcast. He then continued "we now turn to Europe or what was Europe before the calamity. German forces have bombarded the ancient city of Berlin and is now in ruins. Russia had it much worse, as their gate detonated in an nuclear explosion which occurred, destroying the invaders but right now we can't even think about the long term consequences of such an action. The short term however only made their situation much worse as it seems the orcs mutated and became savage now firing the stereotype perfectly as they nearly destroyed Moscow. Their saving grace however came in the form of the former Soviet states moving their large force to help pushing the orcs back. As a resort they have become a super nation and is now the largest unoccupied force left on earth. Let's not forget though that In europe ice bombs were dropped in the baltics freezing a massive part of europe."

Asia

"Next we turn to Asia, the USEAN lost most of their territory as they abandoned most of their island territories as they retreat back further inland. After a major battle they were able to finally push back the orcs and claim china in one of the largest military operation known to man which was a success. This victory was soon tainted however when many of their phase one soldiers started commiting war crimes as they rape and torture the refugees that came to seek aid in china. With after the event it was decided to make english as the official language and a lot of political changes to the nation as a whole. However, Lets not forget that in asia the fighting pilipino who helped a small fleet britishs from leviathan. Japan is still in disarray as various warlords pin themselves over one another to determine who ultimately unify the nation."

At this time an orc in the magical realm with the all clear from his chieftan was about to make his first announcement. It was decided that all of the races, should know the current situation and he decided to give the information since he was elderly and wanted to talk anyways. He sat down in a chair in a specially made room, the dwarves rigged up with horns to act as speakers so he could tell everyone in the camp at once.

"Greetings, this is Ga'vo elder of one of the orc tribes. It was decided to make an annoucnement system to give everyone information on what is happening on the front lines. So without further adue I will begin reading the reports.

"Now as you all know by now, In the beggining of the war several of our renown heroes have led the charged into the world eaters and have secured most of the fronts, bringing weaponry and technology our people have never before seen before. From our initial attack we gained slaves for our world but, despite the aid our world still lies in ruins as the damage lingers on. Alot of the world eaters have joined our side as they have learned the error of their ways, naming themselves as the ghouls, they are ever loyal to the cause. Thanks to their aid we might get the option of peace if more of the world eaters understand what joining our side can do for them.

Under our noble cause the races of Titania have form an alliance never before seen before.The dwarfs, the elves, the contructs, and the orcs have forms a bond that will stand a test of time. Once great enemies, are now the protector of TITANIA, THE EARTH MOTHER. The humans have promise to give aid, and once lost races have been found and other the leadership of the tainted sage. As our people have suffered we have form solace in the gate as its crystal walls protect us from the weapon of the world eaters. The gate is the next fronteir, and we need all that we need in order to win this war. Join up in arms brothers and sisters and FIGHT FOR TITANIA!, FIGHT FOR THE EARTH MOTHER!!

The elves have seen our cause just, as they give aid, as well with the constructs and the high dwarfs. We have also discovered a list of races that we did not though existed but, now we have seen that they are truly warriors of renown and as they have also joined the cause but, ungrateful clans of the orcs are still misleaded as they deny in helping this holy cause.

Lost clans and people have been found calling themselves the triumvaire have been found by the sage himself, leading a brigand of capable leaders and soldiers to his side as he establish a new ally to our cause making it obvious that the outcome of the war is only victory under the armies of Titania." He said saying his will and tired he thanked everyone for listening, before he retires.
