I like how each figure's face is distinct and has some sort of personality to it. I say this as someone that detests drawing faces and always tries weasel out of drawing faces - covering them with helmets/masks/etc. or drawing them from the side so as to conceal any wonky proportions. I applaud anyone with the fortitude to actually draw the face.
Like you mentioned yourself, work on the hands and arms. For me, I like making rough line sketches to get the proportions right. For example, I'll draw a small square for the hand, attach it to a longer line maybe 3-4 hands long up to a circle that serves as the placeholder for the elbow, etc. etc. That works decently for me.
