Firstly, please do not mind the low post count, I just haven't gotten a RP started on this site.

I'm Rhonu, back after a long time, 32 y/o and I've been crying over this game since I beat it for the first time in January. I'm currently halfway through chapter 6 in my third playthrough and I'm ready to have my heart wrenched out of my chest again!
I have 15+ years of RP experience, started on good ole' MSN and tiny forums. Nowadays I do the bulk of my RP on Discord but they're pretty much all on hold for an indefinite amount of time, unfortunately. So I have a lot of free time on my hands and I crave a new good RP, so here I am!
Please note, I am not an native English speaker, but I'm very fluent. Mistakes happen though, I'm always learning.
Here is what you can expect from me:
- Quality posts. With that I mean I will do my best to ensure you will always have enough to work with when you write your reply. I always proof read and fix what I catch before posting, and my posts range from a few paragraphs to a couple of pages (those don't happen too often though, but I do 'em).
- All of the plot. I love plot, I love a good thought-out story with lots of character development and character/world building and interesting events. I will share any and all ideas I have with you, and always discuss major plot events before they happen. Obviously I will neither godmod your character nor move the RP in a certain direction without your consent. Communication is key! If you have discord that is a bonus, as it makes discussing things a lot easier... and if we get along it'd be fun to chat too.
- I am okay with mature scenes, but they are not a requirement for me! I do want eventual romance (developing naturally), but if our characters ever get to the point of wanting to do the do, I'm 100% fine with a fade to black and I'm 100% fine with writing it out in glorious filthy detail and everything in between. Just let me know what you prefer! Having said that, because I'm looking to do M/M, do not ask me to play a pure dominant top for you. I can write it but it doesn't come natural to me. I am okay with switching though.
- Sorry but I will not double. I prefer to focus on one pairing. I will write as many side characters/NPCs as are needed though, no problem.
- I will try to reply a couple of times a week, once a day if I can manage and if I'm invested. Please do not hesitate to kick my butt if I take too long.
- Because this will (likely) be a historical setting I will try to be as historically accurate as possible and do my research.
- I thrive on angst and drama, paired with a good dose of humor and cute light-hearted stuff.
What I'm looking for from you:
- be 21+. Even if we don't add mature scenes to our RP, I don't feel comfortable writing with minors.
- Don't be a passive writer. Don't make me carry the plot alone. I will lose interest so fast.
- Please... give me enough to work with. If I consistently give you 400+ words on average per posts for example, but only get a 100 in return every time, I will likely call it quits. Short posts do happen and that is totally fine, just... yeah, let's be fair?
- One post a week if you can. But by all means, more is better! If you can't that's fine, life comes first.
- I would really love this RP to be long term, if we can manage it.
Plots!
I don't have anything solid yet, just a few basic ideas. Most important thing is, I would really prefer to be the one to write Arthur, because he's the only one I have actual experience with writing, and he's already fleshed out as an RP character (hello Arthur 'Disaster Gay' Morgan). I've written most of the others as well, but only as side characters. If it matters, my Arthur very closely resembles vanilla!Arthur. You won't get a mountain man with a level 10 beard from me. Just the stupid pretty/handsome scruffy Arthur we all know and love.
I am mainly, very into Arthur and Charles (both are big soft boys and I love them dearly). I also ship Arthur and John, and Arthur and Dutch, and I'm willing to try him with others (say, Javier for example). Charthur is my life though and it's what I'm looking to write the most, but feel free to throw ideas my way. I'm very unlikely to do Arthur/OC, unless your character really captures my interest.
As for plots, I prefer to keep a western theme, but I am open to AUs (like a modern day AU) provided the idea interests me. Again, feel free to send me ideas if you have them. Just, please, no mafia AU. That has never interested me.
If we use the game's setting, I am fine with setting it way at the beginning and loosely following the game's story line, adding in our own bits and pieces and make changes where necessary to keep it interesting for us. Or we could set it near the end of chapter 6 (surviving TB), I'm okay with that too. It depends on the pairing I guess.

Whatever we end up doing, there will likely be violence and cursing, so be okay with that. Whether we RP in a thread or over PM is up to you, I don't have a preference there. We could even do it over discord.
Lastly... I do not hate Dutch. It's fine if you do but in that case, please keep the Dutch bashing to a minimum. I personally do not buy the whole 'he never ever gave a shit about Arthur' theory I see floating around.
