Demanding and greedy, Kuro rarely behaves well with others unless there’s something in it for her. She’ll harass others for fun and trick people into giving her stuff, but she’s not very good at hiding her selfish motivations and often too lazy to try. Because she believes that most people must be as untrustworthy as her, Kuro is very suspicious of other people.

One of many orphans created by the nine-tails attack, Kuro grew up a street-urchin and pickpocket with dreams of becoming exorbitantly wealthy. While orphans are generally well taken care of and housed in Konoha, Kuro exacerbated all attempts to help her, refusing to follow basic rules and bullying and stealing from the children she was housed with.

Unsurprisingly, Kuro’s actions made her few friends and plenty of enemies. When she was out-bullied or bested by other kids, she would wander around konoha looking for more things to steal and people to bother. She was not a great thief, but her persistence attracted the attention of the Toge 20, a criminal gang established by orphans from the Ten tails.

She refused their offer to join at first, declaring she didn’t need anyone’s help. However Kuro needed far more help surviving than she would let on, and the promise of a hot meal eventually lured her in to staying with the Toge 20. She was treated mostly kindly despite her penchant for insulting and stealing attempts, a stark contrast to the kids she’d grown up with. It was almost as if they were treating her like a little sister - a nuisance, but worthy of patience, training and care.

However Kuro was not one to make friends. She left after a few weeks, declaring the group to be ‘a bunch of soft-skinned weenies’ who weren’t tough enough to hang out with her.

To the worry and relief of her peers, Kuro did not return to the orphan dorms. Instead she built a shanty treehouse on the outskirts of Konoha, incorporating the techniques she’d learned from the Toge 20 to make it a booby-trapped hideout. There she could hide her ever growing pile of treasures and live unbothered by children and adults alike, while still hitting up the Toge 20 for food as often as her pride could bear. She was occasionally captured by the village authorities, but remained persistent and unafraid of the consequences.

During one of her stints in juvie, Kuro caught the attention of a jounin who recommended she sign up for classes to become a real ninja. At first Kuro refused. Why go to school when she was doing fine surviving on her own? According to her, she’d already figured out everything she needed to know, and everyone else was just stupid.

So, the jounin sweetened the deal; For every day that she came to school, he’d buy her lunch. Kuro still refused the offer, but it wasn’t long after that that she appeared at the academy and insisted on her free meal. At first she left after lunch, but soon enough she started staying through the rest of her classes… and then demanding dinner afterward.

Generic Sealing Technique:
This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice.

Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique
The user spits a number of small fireballs into the air. The small flame(s) move wildly through the area, surrounding the target, or the user can control each individual flame’s movements with their chakra. Items can be hidden within the flames, not only making them more deadly upon impact but also, by controlling the flames' movements, giving users a means of controlling the item as well. At high levels, this technique can generate a volley of remote-controlled fireballs. Kuro can currently maintain a single small fireball.

Wind Release: Air Bullets
This technique shoots concentrated bullets of air at the victim with intense speed. The piercing power and amount of bullets varies with skill and experience. Kuro can currently fire off one concentrated shot at a time, or a weaker scattershot.

Fuinjitsu: Vaccum Seal
A seal which contains a powerful vaccum, with the potential to disrupt someone at close range and redirect projectiles.

Protective Wing: Kuro raises her arm, releasing senbon (or other weaponry) sealed within her coat with a gust of wind, speeding up her attack and blowing back her opponent.

Shadow Clone:
Kuro can create a single shadow clone.

Stealin Sacks: While these appear to be simple burlap bags, Kuro has modified them with a variety of seals to help her on the battlefield. She has one of each.

Power Stealin sack: Capable of absorbing and holding a single elemental/ninjutusu attack directed into the bag, which can be released later.

Kidnappin Sack: Seals a single opponent inside of the sack, in which are arranged poison-gas releasing tags should they break the original holding seal.

Slingshot
Short bow (She carries a quiver of foot-length arrows.)

Kuro sows confusion and chaos on the battlefield with techniques aimed to surprise and misdirect. Unable to overpower through big techniques or physical force, she relies on an unpredictable assortment of weaponry and basic jutsu. She particularly enjoys hitting people with their own techniques.
