Scrivener Calls For Fantasy! (Fantasy Check List) (18+) (M&F)

Welcome!

Hello, welcome, I am Scrivener! Obviously. And I have a deep set craving for fantasy as of late. Original fantasy that is. Knights and mages, elves and werecats, dragons and goblins, and anything more! My pallet is diverse and my brain and imagination are hungry!

Alright, enough metaphors and dramatic elaboration. 

I am seeking devoted partners with a dedication to writing and a love of fantasy. Currently, I am open to both long term roleplays with the potential to expand over several months, and smaller roleplays that will be wrapped up within several weeks. So either-or is perfect with me. 

A little about myself now; I am a full time college student majoring in business and technology. I am currently undertaking thirteen hours this coming fall. But I always find time for roleplays, so do not let that negatively influence your expectations.

I am online daily, and on average write up anywhere from one to three responses a day, it all depends. I am a very understanding person and I am not unreasonable when it comes to expectations of my writing partners. I typically write four to six paragraphs per post, (Four to seven sentences per paragraph.) and I prefer to partner with those of the same standards. One-liners and free-writing are a huge no-go with me.

Setting
The fictional Esorian Forest.

Plot
Set in the massive Esorian Forest, we follow the story of a young Elven huntress who is the daughter of the Keeper of her clan. Essentially, one day, when her father has joined their ancestors in the afterlife she will be the clans’ Keeper. A headstrong and spirited young woman, she still has many things to learn before she can hope to fill her fathers’ shoes as Keeper. 

This is also a troubling time for the clan. The werecats of the forest, vicious beasts with a hunger for flesh and a thirst for blood, have began attacking the elven hunters in the forest and raiding the village in the dark of the night. This coupled with alleged sightings of a spirit stalking the woods and the recent disappearances of several elven children foretells dark days for the clan. Unless this young elven woman can help her people face these trials and learn the ways of a Keeper, her clan has no hope for a future.

An adventurous concept in a world of magic and danger, this is an idea I have been rubbing my hands together over for some time now. I would prefer a female partner for this, just an FYI. This RP will be of a shorter magnitude, i.e once the matters of the werecats and the mysterious spirit are resolved, the book will be closed.

Unless of course my partner and I decide to continue the story in a sequel.

Setting
The fictional canal city of Aroth, a fictional mirror of the RL cities of Prague and Venice.

Rogue x Rogue

Plot
Set in the fictional gothic-themed city of Aroth, this story follows the events of a pair of rogue-type characters, who are in fact members of the cities’ notorious Rogues Guild. An underground syndicate of assassins, thieves, and spies. My partner and I will role as said Rogues, who are friends or perhaps even lovers. Respected in the guild and quite  infamous, these two are hired by a local merchant for a series of jobs. 

This merchant is in fact a member of the cities’ merchant guild, a power hungry man who seeks to take control of the guild as well as dab his grimy fingers into city politics. Tasked with various assassinations, infiltrations, and thefts, these two soon find themselves as mere pawns in this noblemans’ game. A game that, if he wins, will see him as the most powerful man in the city and see the destruction of the Rogues Guild of Aroth and the deaths of all those close to them.

A dark, gritty RP structured with deceit, betrayal, death, and clandestine characters, this will be a long term roleplay in which I will need a committed partner. For this a male or female partner either will suffice.

The fictional village/hamlet of Brinethal.

Barmaid/Maiden x Incubus (Demon)

Plot
For a young, lonely, and quite bored barmaid from the backwater village of Brinethal, an exotic young man visiting the inn is quite a delight. Putting it lightly anyway. Intelligent, cultured, witty, and jovial, not to mention handsome, this man is what you could call “the full package”.

Unbeknownst to this smitten woman, this man is in fact a dreaded demon of seduction, an incubus. He seeks to steal her away as his mating slave and minion and bewitch her entire village with his power. 

A story of romance, betrayal, and overcoming evil, this will be a shorter term roleplay. I would prefer a female partner for this RP.

The fictional realm of Casymere.

Pairing
Dragon x Dragon

Plot
Inspired by the text-based adventure game, Choice of the Dragon, this concept follows the tale of two dragons. Siblings in fact. In Choice of the Dragon, the player has the opportunity to rally an army of goblins and gnolls, who worship their dragon as a sort of embodied god, and wage war across the nearby human kingdom. Ultimately, the player can enslave the entire kingdom or exterminate it. 

In this RP, my partner and I can either pair our dragons together and attempt to wage war across the kingdom, or our dragons can ultimately be enemies. I.E, while my dragon seeks to dominate the land, perhaps my partner could choose to aid the good people of Casymere and lead the charge against me. This is of course up for discussion so worry not. With this concept, I am open to both male and female partners.
