Draconic arts as in Dragon magic or something different?

yes dragon magic. students studying draconic arts at least as far as I understand will receive an egg that will eventually hatch into a dragon. The dragon will eventually be meant for riding.

What Ninkitty has said is true. A dragon riding Academy that the students start with a dragon egg.
There are 5 open spots for students left so first come is first one to have a room! Please be prepared to post daily for this is a faster paced RP.
