Your character and mine (Lilly) are a strong couple, and are as close as can possibly be, with much love and admiration for one another. They've supported each other through thick and thin, and would never dare to leave the other to fend for themselves.

Lilly is diagnosed with kidney failure at the age of 17, and spends a lot of time in hospital, hooked up to machines. Though Lilly is never really well enough to do a whole lot when she is at home, Lilly will still attempt to do as much as she possibly can do, but does ensure she doesn't push herself too far. She knows she could fall increasingly ill at any time, and end up passing away.

Whenever she can visit Lilly, (your character) does, and they end up spending a lot of time just sitting, cuddling and talking together, about everything and anything they can think off, or want to. She always keeps a smile on her face, and cares deeply for her girlfriend, as she knows Lilly does for her. When not with Lilly, she cries and worries, scared of the possibility of loosing her best friend, her soulmate, her everything at any time soon.

When Lilly collapses one evening at (your character's) home, and is rushed to hospital, she is diagnosed with less then 3 months to live, unless they find a donor. Lilly asks (your character) to marry her, having planned to ask her the night she collapsed. (Your character) accepts the proposal, and they begin to plan the wedding.

However, the threat of a new law, preventing same sex couples from marrying looms overhead, and threatens to impact on the wedding. Will they marry, or will it be too late for the couple?

Please pm me if interested.
