Basically this would be similar to Gatchaman: Crowds. However it takes place on an alternate Earth. The characters from the show still exist however they are currently not Gatchamen. Berg Katse never invaded this Earth and things are proceeding as normal. The GALAX app still exists however the CROWDS ability does not.
People start mysteriously disappearing and in the exact spot they vanished is a symbol. Even paving over the symbol does nothing as it just appears on top of the new pavement the next day. So, a new team of Gatchamen is formed under the guidance of one of the old members. Gatchamen in this world however, have specific abilities as designated by their NOTE color.
White: Create a double of themselves
Green: Ability to teleport up to ten feet
Black: Turn invisible for up to five minutes
Pink: Flight for fifty feet
Red: Power mimicry (one seen power for five minutes)
Yellow: Strong melee (goes into a 'rage' mode causing their Gathchaman suit to adjust accordingly)
Purple: Ability to create up to three forcefields the size of half a person
Orange: Ability to shapeshift into other people for five minutes
Blue: Ability to heal small injuries such as cuts and bruises
These powers will of course upgrade with the experience of the Gatchaman. However to start, each has the limit described per transformation (because who doesn't like a little comedy every now and then?)
